Model pembelajaran Kancing Gemerincing memberikan kesempatan kepada anggota kelompok dapat berperan untuk memberikan kontribusi dan mendengarkan pandangan anggota kelompok lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Peningkatan prestasi belajar geografi, (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa, (3) Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran Geografi dan (4) respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Kancing Gemerincing. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X-1 MAN Darussalam yang berjumlah 34 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian dengan (1) Persentase ketuntasan secara individual meningkat dari siklus I 34 siswa ada 7 siswa yang belum tuntas dan siklus II dari 34 siswa hanya 2 siswa yang belum tuntas. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 79,41% menjadi 94,12%. (2) Aktivitas guru yang dominan adalah menugaskan siswa untuk mempresentasikan hasil diskusi agar siswa mengeluarkan pendapatnya dan memberikan kontribusinya. Pada siklus I aktivitas guru sebesar 16% kategorinya sesuai dan siklus II aktivitas guru sebesar 17% kategorinya sesuai. Aktivitas siswa yang dominan adalah mempresentasikan hasil diskusi kelompok dengan mengeluarkan pendapatnya dan mendengarkan kontribusi dari kelompok lain. Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa sebesar 15% kategorinya kurang sesuai dan siklus II aktivitas siswa sebesar 17% kategorinya sesuai. (3) Keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran Kancing Gemerincing meningkat dari kategori cukup baik, menjadi baik. (4) Respon siswa 90% mengatakan senang dan 80,8% merasa baru dengan komponen pembelajaran. 82% berminat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran selanjutnya, 85% jelas bahasa yang digunakan guru, dan 97% siswa dapat memahami materi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kancing Gemerincing. Yulvizar, Cut Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2012-11-30 Description An account of the resource This study was undertaken to investigate soil Actinomycetes from grand forest park of Pocut Meurah Intan as well as to evaluate their potential to produce antimicrobial compounds. The study was conducted in Laboratory of Microbiology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Syiah Kuala University from February to July 2012. The research was carried out by using an explorative method with laboratorial evaluation. Three different soil samples were taken from a depth of 10-20 cm below the soil surface and isolated on YM agar medium. During the investigation, 24 isolates were recovered and exhibited various morphological characteristics. The results of the antimicrobial assay showed that 14 isolates (58.33%) were active against one or more of the test organisms. Among the 14 active isolates, one isolate (7.14%) showed antibacterial activity; 9 isolates (64.29%) showed antifungal activity; and 4 isolates (28.57%)  exhibited a broad-spectrum activity against both of the test bacteria and fungi. The inhibitory activity were also varied, ranged from weak (<5 mm), moderate (5-19 mm), to strong (>20 mm).  The highest antimicrobial activity was presented by ATH-17 against Candida albicans (34.50 mm), while the lowest was exhibited by ATH-15 against Escherichia coli (0.20 mm). Dari 190 kuisioner yang disebarkan, hanya 120 kuisioner yang dapat dianalisis. Stratified random sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik ini digunakan dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel untuk penelitian. Metode analisis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa taktik manajemen kesan (supervisor-focused, self-focused dan job-focused) dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, taktik manajemen kesan (supervisor-focused dan self-focused) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional, sedangkan taktik manajemen kesan job-focused tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional. Selain itu diperoleh hasil bahwa perilaku kewargaan organisasi memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh taktik manajemen kesan supervisor-focused terhadap kinerja dan memediasi secara pasial taktik manajemen kesan self-focused terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan pengaruh taktik manajemen kesan job-focused terhadap kinerja tidak dapat dimediasikan.Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Manajemen Kesan (Supervisor-Focused, Self-Focused dan Job-Focused), Perilaku Kewargaan OrganisasionalABSTRACTThe aims of this study are to investigate the effect of impression management tactics (supervisor-focused, self-focused and job-focused) and organizational citizenship behavior on performance. The students at Economics Faculty of Unsyiah Banda Aceh is taken as a sample in this study. The method of this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. As much of 190 questionnaires distributed, only just 120 questionnaires which can be analyzed. Stratified random sampling was used as a sampling technique. This technique is used to make the whole population as the sample for the study. Hierarchical Linear Modeling methods of analysis are used to determine the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that impression management tactics (supervisor-focused, self-focused and job-focused) and organizational citizenship behavior influential significantly against performance, impression management tactics (supervisor-focused and self-focused) influential significantly against organizational citizenship behavior. The study also shows that impression management tactics job-focused not influence significantly on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the results showed that organizational citizenship behavior has perfectly mediated of tactics supervisor-focused impression management on performance and partially mediated the self-impression management tactics focused on performance. While the influence of impression management tactics job-focused on performance can not be mediated by organizational citizenship.
