This study aimed to find out program, implementation, obstacles, and supporting factor in production unit empowerment. This study used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis used were data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and data verification. Subjects of the study were principal, vice principal, head of production unit, head of production sub-unit, school supervisors, school committee and teachers. The results of the study showed that: 1) Programs were formulated based on analysis that included human resource, facility, finance, market aspect, and other considerations that involved all personnel through discussion at the end of each school year. Production units run were V Mart and Graphic business. 2) The implementation of the empowerment program involved human resource from the school and outside of the school. Source of funds used was funds from school. State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 of Banda Aceh established cooperation with SMKN 2 of Banda Aceh in printing of answer and question sheet and other printing forms. In V-Mart business, SMKN 1 of Banda Aceh established cooperation with some suppliers of goods and school cooperative enterprise both with SMKN 2 of Banda Aceh and SMKN 3 of Banda Aceh for stationeries and other household goods for members of the school cooperation. 3) Supporting factors of the empowerment of production unit were adequate human resource and facility, support from related parties, and good market aspects. Pemeriksaan kualitas spermatozoa, meliputi motilitas dan konsentrasi spermatozoa. Pemeriksaan konsentrasi testosteron serum darah dilakukan menggunakan teknik enzymelinked immunosorbant assay (ELISA). Motilitas dan konsentrasi (x10 6 ) spermatozoa pada kelompok K1; K2; K3; dan K4 masingmasing adalah 3,00±0,00; 3,20±0,28; 2,00±0,86; dan 3,20±0,28 dan 146,60±71,90; 187,80±60,80; 124,20±64,70; dan 129,40±27,07. Konsentrasi testosteron pada kelompok K1; K2; K3; dan K4 masing-masing adalah 5,53+1,75; 4,68+4,56; 2,51+1,33; dan 2,40+1,60 ng/ml. Kepemilikan senjata airsoftgun tanpa hak seperti yang disebutkan dalam undang-undang berpotensi menjadi penyalahgunaan senjata airsoft gun.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk menjelaskan prosedur pemberian izin memiliki senjata airsoft gun di wilayah Banda Aceh, menjelaskan upaya yang dilakukan Polri terhadap penggunaan senjata airsoft gun tanpa adanya izin, dan menjelaskan hambatan yang dihadapi Polri dalam pengawasan senjata airsoft gun tanpa adanya izin.Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat teoritis, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prosedur kepemilikan senjata airsoft gun di wilayah Kota Banda Aceh belum dapat diterapkan secara maksimal dan menyeluruh kepada seluruh pemilik senjata airsoft gun. Hal ini disebabkan masyarakat tidak menerima senjata airsoft gun digolongkan kedalam jenis senjata api. Untuk itu perlu upaya yang keras dari pihak kepolisian di wilayah hukum Polda Aceh untuk memberikan upaya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terhadap aturan kepemilikan senjata airsoft gun, serta upaya represif dengan tindakan penertiban terhadap para pemilik senjata airsoft gun tanpa izin yang sah. The experiment was arranged ina completely randomized design (CRD), factorial 5 x 4 with 3 replications. Potassium application was consisted of 5 levels: 0 kg ha-1, 25 kg ha-1, 50 kg ha-1,  75 kg ha-1, and 100 kg ha-1. Variety was consisted of  4 levels :  Naga Umbang, Jerapah, Gajah  and  Bison. Variables observed were yield, seed vigor, and seed viability. Results showed that potassium did not exert significant effects on all variables observed, except  on seed vigor and viability.  Varieties significantly affected yield, where Bison provided the best dried pod weight and Jerapah gave the best seed vigor and viability. This research was carried out at the Laboratory of  Feed and Animal Nutrition,  Department of Animal Husbandry Faculty of Agriculture Syiah Kuala University for  73 days from December 26, 2011 to March 7, 2012. The purpose of this experiment was to find out the effects of the coffee peeling on in vitro digestibility of Aceh beef cattle. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was applied in this experiment consisting of 4 treatments  namely levels of  coffee peeling on basal diet   (R0=0%, R1=10%, R2=20%, R3=30%). Each treatment consists of 5 replications. Parameters observed in this research were dry and organic matter digestibility. The results showed that dry matter digestibility was not significantly different (P>0,05)amongst treatments  54,42%, 49,32%, 45,97%, 42,08%) for R0, R1, R2 and R3 respectively.  On the other hand, organic metter digestibility was significantly different (P<0,05) in which R2 treatment was the highest and R0 treatment was the lowest (54,59%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian limbah kopi, EM-4 dan mikoriza serta interaksi antara limbah kopi, EM-4 dan mikoriza terhadap kualitas tanah dan pertumbuhan bibit kopi arabika Gayo-1 di Aceh Tengah. Percobaan dilakukan di lapangan dengan pola Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang terdiri dari 3 faktor perlakuan yaitu pemberian limbah kopi (0 dan 0,67 kg/polibag), EM-4 (0; 10 dan 20 ml/liter air) dan mikoriza (0; 10 dan 20 g/polibag). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian limbah kopi, EM-4 dan mikoriza dapat memperbaiki kualitas tanah pada media pembibitan yang ditunjukkan oleh meningkatnya pH tanah, N-total, K-dd, Ca-dd, Mg-dd, KTK dan total mikroorganisme tanah serta memperbaiki kualitas dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan bibit kopi arabika Gayo-1. Pemberian limbah kopi, EM-4 dan mikoriza pada media pembibitan memberikan pengaruh interaksi terhadap peningkatan beberapa sifat kimia tanah dan total mikroorganisme tanah serta pertumbuhan bibit kopi arabika Gayo-1.
