The population of this study is Islamic bank in Indonesia which consist of 11 banks. While the sample consisted of 9 Islamic banks. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The unit analysis which is used is the annual publication of financial report of Islamic bank in 2009-2012. Multiple regression analysis was employed to analysis data. The result show variable of deposits, spread profit sharing, and non performing financing are effect simultaneously to the Mudharabah financing. For partial results, deposits, spread profit sharing, and non performing financing are not effect to Mudharabah financing. Unit analisis yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan publikasi tahunan bank syariah tahun 2009-2012. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukknan secara simultan variabel simpanan, spread bagi hasil, dan non performing financing berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan Mudharabah. Sedangkan secara parsial simpanan, spread bagi hasil, dan non performing financing tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan Mudharabah. Based entire population, there are 11 Islamic Banks for 3 years 33 observation data. The data used in this study are secondary data, in the form of annual financial statements published by the website www.bi.go.id.The multiple regression analysis model in used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets, and Financing to Deposit Ratio simultaneously affect the Murabahah financing. In partial Capital Adequacy Ratio negatively influences the Murabahah financing. Data yang digunakan adalah berupa data time series dari tahun 1990-2012 dengan model analisis Vector Autoregressive (VAR). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji stasioneritas, dengan menggunakan metode Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF). Pengujian keseimbangan jangka panjang antar variabel dengan menggunakan kointagrasi Johansen.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PMDN dipengaruhi oleh tiga variabel yaitu PDB, suku bunga, dan PMDN itu sendiri. Pengaruh ke tiga variabel tersebut bersifat dinamis, perubuhan-perubahan yang terjadi satu tahun sebelumnya pada ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap PMDN pada periode sekarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PDB dan PMDN tidak memiliki hubungan kausalitas, PDB memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap PMDN sementara PMDN tidak memengaruhi PDB. Suku bunga memberikan dampak negatif terhadap PMDN namun tidak signifikan. PMDN juga memberikan dampak positif secara dinamis terhadap PMDN itu sendiri namun tidak signifikan. Untuk meningkatkan PMDN, pemerintah harus melakukan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat memacu pertumbuhan PDB, sehingga akan meningkatkan jumlah PMDN.
