Namun, dalam kenyataannnya pemanfaatan tanah daerah sempadan sungai Krueng Aceh di Kecamatan Suka Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar tidak terdapat izin dari pihak yang berwenang. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan pemanfaatan tanah daerah sempadan Sungai Krueng Aceh tanpa izin di Kecamatan Suka Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar, faktor yang menyebabkan pemanfaatan tanah di daerah sempadan sungai tanpa izin, akibat hukum terhadap pemanfaatan tanah di daerah sempadan sungai tanpa izin, dan upaya dilakukan pemerintah dalam menertibkan pemanfaatan tanah daerah sempadan sungai. Penelitian skripsi ini dilakukan dengan penelitian lapangan, untuk memperoleh data primer dengan wawancara terhadap responden dan informan, serta penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder dengan mempelajari literatur, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan bacaan-bacaan lain yang berhubungan dengan penelitian skripsi ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, warga yang memanfaatkan tanah daerah sempadan sungai tidak memiliki izin dan tanah tersebut dibagi-bagikan oleh keuchik. Kedua, faktor penyebab pemanfaatan tanah daerah sempadan sungai tanpa izin adalah (a) tidak mengetahui adanya aturan, (b) tidak ada lembaga yang bertugas memberikan izin, (c) tanah sempadan sungai dekat dengan pemukiman penduduk, (d) tidak ada larangan tegas dari pejabat berwenang. Ketiga, akibat hukum yang timbul adalah pemberian sanksi pidana dan denda, namun dalam praktek belum pernah dilaksanakan. Keempat, upaya yang telah dilakukan pemerintah adalah dengan pemasangan papan nama yang berisikan larangan pemanfaatan tanah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan persentase berat (% b/b) tanah sawah : tanah pelataran tambak yaitu: A (0:100), B (50:50), C (55:45), D (60:40), E (65:35), dan F (70:30) dengan empat kali ulangan. Parameter yang diukur adalah panjang batang padi, jumlah bulir padi dan berat gabah kering padi. Penelitian ini menggunakan ANOVA dengan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa tanaman padi masih dapat tumbuh dengan adanya penambahan tanah pelataran tambak kedalam tanah sawah, serta pada kontrol (A). Hasil uji ANOVA diperoleh bahwa penambahan tanah pelataran tambak berpengaruh nyata (? =0.05) terhadap berat kering padi. Hasil uji lanjut Duncan, diperoleh bahwa perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada penambahan tanah pelataran tambak kedalam tanah sawah sebanyak 40 (% b/b) atau perlakuan D dihasilkan berat gabah kering padi maksimal. Penggunaan tanah pelataran tambak lebih atau kurang dari 40 (% b/b) menunjukan penurunan nilai berat gabah kering padi yang dihasilkan. This study was conducted to determine the effect of using cabecabe leaf (Lepidagathis javanica) into the ration on broiler performance. Design of this experiment was assigned to Completely Randomized Design (CRD) in 4 treatments and 5 replications. Each replication contained 5 chickens. The treatments were R0 = basal ration (as control), R1 = 97.5% of basal ration + 2.5% of cabe cabe leaf, R2 = 95.0% of basal ration + 5.0% of cabe cabe leaf and R3 = 92.5% of basal ration + 7.5% of cabe cabe leaf. Basal ration composed by corn, rice bran, soybean meal, coconut meal, fish meal, coconut oil, mineral mix and premix. Parameter measured was feed consumption, daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio. To determine the effect of treatment on the parameter was analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the significant effect of treatment on the parameter was analyzed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Result of this study showed that using cabe cabe leaf into the ration significantly (P<0.05) decreased feed consumption. Daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio. Duncan’s Multiple Range Test showed that feed consumption and daily weight gain were significant (P<0.05) different between control and all level of cabe cabe leaf, however, feed conversion ratio was significant (P<0.05) different only between control and 7.5% of cabe cabe leaf in the ration. It is concluded that using 2.5% of cabe cabe leaf into the ration reduced feed consumption and daily weight gain but not influenced feed conversion ratio up to 5% of using cabe cabe leaf into the ration. Today, there are some tendencies that the knowledge of traditional Aceh food is declining. Various foreign and instant foods which enter Aceh are one of the tendency causes. The circumstance in Aceh which is not conducive makes many variety of plants in the forest are no longer use. The missing generation as an effect of earthquake and tsunami disaster happened in Aceh brings possibility of loosing knowledge of traditional Aceh food.This research aims to make a proposal of plants utilizing management as material of traditional Acehn food from local knowledge to be sustained for generations in Banda Aceh. It can be conducted in: (1) knowing the kinds of plants used for Aceh food by society. (2) Knowing the value and contribution of utilizing plants as traditional Aceh food for society. This research conducted from June to August 2005, continued in January until March 2006.The collecting of data conducted in two villages. They are in Lam Ara village in Banda Raya sub district and Darussalam village in Syiah kuala sub district. The technique of data collecting is with interview, intake of plants sample in field and field observation. Determining of responder conducted with the random stratification sampling method which is divided into three groups.Result of research indicate that there are 118 plant type consisted of 43 familia. Among 43 familia from plant used in traditional Aceh food, there are 5 familia which its use most often.  They are Fabaceae, Rutaceae, Solanaceae, Rubiaceae And Euphorbiaceae. Among plants used by society there are 16 kinds of plants have been generated intensively, 25 kinds are not intensively generated, 36 kinds is obtained from forest or wild nature. And 23 kinds of plant utilized come from outside area. This result is obtained from 51 kinds of Traditional Aceh food.
