Tujuan dari penelitian ini pertama adalah untuk melihat jumlah siswa kelas akselerasi dan kelas reguler yang memiliki pemahaman konseptual tinggi algoritmik tinggi (A1C1), pemehaman algoritmik tinggi konseptual rendah (A1C0), pemahaman algoritmik rendah konseptual tinggi (A0C1), dan pemahaman algoritmik rendah konseptual rendah (A0C0), kedua untuk melihat adakah perbedaan antara pemahaman konseptual antara siswa kelas akselerasi terhadap siswa kelas reguler, serta adakah perbedaan pemahaman algoritmik antara siswa kelas akselerasi terhadap kelas reguler. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra-eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan soal tes, angket tanggapan siswa, dan wawancara. Instrumen tes memiliki validitas 100% dengan koefisien reabilitas yang diukur menggunakan rumus alpha sebesar 0,78. Berdasarkan hasil tes diperoleh untuk kelas akselerasi 1 siswa termasuk kategori A1C1, 14 siswa termasuk kategori A1C0, 4 siswa termasuk kategori A0C0, dan tidak ada siswa yang masuk kategori A0C1. Untuk kelas reguler 10 siswa termasuk kategori A1C1, 6 siswa termasuk kategori A1C0, 2 siswa termasuk kategori A0C1, dan 1 siswa termasuk kategori A0C0. Untuk analisis perbedaan pemahaman konseptual dan algoritmik antara siswa kelas akselerasi dengan kelas reguler menggunakan rumus t-test. Sementara kendala yang ditemukan. Pertama, kurangnya sosialisasi terhadap pelaksanaan Alokasi Dana Gampong. Kedua, lemahnya sumberdaya dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana gampong. Ketiga, kurangnya pengawasan dari pemerintah terhadap pelaksanaan alokasi dana gampong sehingga sulit dilakukan evaluasi sejauh mana keberhasilan pemanfaatan alokasi dana gampong. Komposisi monomer, temperatur dan waktu polimerisasi divariasikan. Membran PU dicetak di atas plat kaca, yang diteruskan dengan proses koagulasi menggunakan air pada temperatur kamar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi optimum sintesa membran PU dari asam lemak bebas hasil oksidasi-metilasi diperoleh pada perbandingan 1,2 : 0,56 (mol/mol), temperatur 100 oC dan waktu polimerisasi 5 menit. Membran yang dihasilkan bersifat transparan, elastis, homogen, kuat dan mempunyai titik transisi gelas 127,4 oC dan ketahanan tarik 41,7 MPa. Pengukuran spektrum inframerah (IR) dari polimer yang dihasilkan menunjukkan masih adanya puncak –CO dari –NCO pada bilangan gelombang 2272,9 cm-1, sedangkan serapan terhadap gugus –OH pada bilangan gelombang 3100-3300 cm-1 telah hilang. Recently there is no such effective methode for controlling the disease. The use of fungicide to control the disease can make new races of the fungal pathogen is very virulent.  The use of biocontrol agent such as Pseudomonas fluorescens and Bacillus subtilis is alternative methode to control fusarium wilt.  The aim of this experiment was to find out the most effective antagonist bacterial to control fusarium wilt on banana.  The study was carried out in Mycology Laboratory of IPB and green house and Phytopathology Laboratory of Balitbio, Bogor from January to October 2001.  Six treatments in this experiment were arranged in randomized complete design with 3 replications.  The result showed that Pseudomonas fluorescens and Bacillus subtilis were reducing Panama disease fusarium wilt on banana. Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah tikus putih sebanyak 18 ekor, jantan, berumur 2-3 bulan dan bobot badan 180-230 gram. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan dua kelompok perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan serta tiga kali pengambilan sampel. Masing-masing perlakuan terdiri atas sembilan ekor tikus yaitu kelompok aquades dan kelompok bengkuang. Luka bakar dibuat pada punggung tikus menggunakan solder listrik. Perawatan luka bakar dilakukan dua kali sehari selama 21 hari. Pengamatan patologi anatomi dilakukan setiap hari dan histopatologi diamati pada hari ke 7, 14, dan 21. Parameter penelitian diamati secara patologi anatomi yaitu melihat diameter luka bakar, kemerahan dan edema, pembentukan keropeng serta epitelisasi yang dianalisis menggunakan uji T independen, sementara pengamatan secara histopatologi yaitu melihat reaksi inflamasi dan pembentukan serabut kolagen dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengamatan patologi anatomi menunjukkan bahwa penyembuhan luka bakar menggunakan bengkuang tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata (P>0,05). Hasil pengamatan histopatologi menunjukkan bahwa kelompok aquades terlihat infiltrasi sel radang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan kelompok bengkuang, dan pembentukan kolagen pada kelompok bengkuang terlihat lebih rapat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara statistik bengkuang tidak mempercepat penyembuhan luka bakar derajat IIB pada tikus putih.The aims of this research was to found out the utilization of yam bean (Pachyrhizus erosus) to healing degree burns IIB in white rats. The animals try used were 18 white rats, male, at the age 2-3 months and the body weight 180-230 gram. This research was designed to used two groups of treatment and three times repeat and then three times taken the samples. Each treatment consist of nine white rats, aquadest group and yam bean group. Burns was made on the backsused electric soldering. Treatment of burn done twice a day for 21 days. Observation of anatomic Pathology and histopathology performed daily observed at day 7, 14, and 21. Parameter of this research were observed in Anatomic Pathology that is looking at the diameter of the burn, redness and edema, formation of the scab and epitelisasi were analyzed using independent T test, while observations are inflammatory reactions and formation of collagen fibers analysed descriptive. The result of observation of Anatomic Pathology results showed that the healing of burns using Yam bean showed no real differences (P>0,05). Histopathology observations showed that a group of inflammatory cell infiltration aquades look a lot more compared to the Group of yam bean, and formation of collagen in the group yam bean looks more meetings.
