Rawa Tripa is a peat forest area in Nagan Raya Subdistrict, Aceh Province with diverse ecological benefits as well as high content of carbon that plays an important role in minimizing the effect of greenhouse gas on earth. Yet, the preservation of ecosystem in the region is currently threatened due to the reduction of peat land cover area and other environmental damages. One of the causes of the reduction of the total area of the region is the plantation production activity done by several oil-palm plantation companies operating in the area of Rawa Tripa. In relation to the current environmental damages, a number of parties and stakeholders in Aceh Province have taken an initiative to take a joint action to save Rawa Tripa and one of the actions taken is done through a community-based approach. The community-based environmental movement has been regarded as an alternative solution to solve a number of environmental problems. Community approach which is also known as partnership-based approach or community participation in maintaining the natural resource preservation and management. Various constraints founded in supporting the effectiveness of this community-based environmental protection movement are, among other things, the lack of joint commitment to maintain the preservation of this area, and the parties with different interests and paradigm in managing the natural resources in Rawa Tripa. The factors which can support the successful of the environmental movement are the harmonious ideas and agendas of the parties implementing the movement or action and the high level of local community participation. Pembangunan perumahan ini mulai dari type, design dan spesifikasi teknis yang bervariasi, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat dijangkau oleh para konsumen. Meskipun pengembang sudah memberikan beberapa kemudahan seperti dapat mengangsur sesuai dengan kemampuan type yang dipilih, ternyata masih banyak baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) maupun yang bekerja disektor swasta belum mampu membeli/memiliki rumah sendiri dengan alasan berbagai pertimbangan kepentingan masing-masing. Maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik rumah tangga yaitu pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan, usia, jenis kelamin, jumlah anggota rumah tangga dan status perkawinan yang mempengaruhi peluang memiliki rumah sendiri di Kota Banda Aceh dan mengestimasi besarnya probabilitas variabel penjelas yang signifikan mempengaruhi peluang memiliki rumah sendiri di Kota Banda Aceh.Variabel-variabel penjelas yang digunakan dalam model ini terdiri dari variabel pendapatan, jumlah anggota rumah tangga, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, sektor pekerjaan, usia dan status perkawinan yang akan mempengaruhi probabilitas rumah tangga untuk memiliki rumah sendiri.Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder hasil Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional 2011 yang berisi hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh BPS. Sampel responden yang dianalisis sebanyak 418 rumah tangga. Tesis ini memfokuskan pada daerah kota Banda Aceh serta menggunakan estimasi dengan model logit.Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa proporsi rumah tangga di Kota Banda Aceh yang memiliki rumah sendiri sekitar 53,83%, dengan proporsi yang bukan rumah milik sendiri sekitar 46,17%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah anggota rumah tangga dan usia berpengaruh nyata terhadap peluang memiliki rumah sendiri dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Mekanisasi pertanian dengan menggunakan traktor sebagai tenaga penggerak sudah lama dilakukan, dampak buruk penggunaan traktor dan peralatan mekanis lainnya adalah pemadatan tanah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan sifat fisika tanah serta pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kedelai akibat tekanan ban sebagai tumpuan berat traktor dan pemberian pupuk urea pada pengolahan tanah. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan lapangan dengan menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi, terdiri dari tiga variasi tekanan angin ban dan tiga dosis pemberian pupuk urea yaitu: 0 kg.ha-1, 25 kg.ha-1 and 50 kg.ha-1. Parameter yang diamati adalah : (1) sifat fisika tanah (2) kapasitas lapang pembajakan dan (3) hasil kedelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tekanan ban dan pemberian pupuk nitrogen secara interaksi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap permeabilitas tanah. Tekanan ban traktor sangat nyata berpengaruh terhadap berat volume tanah, porositas tanah, permeabilitas tanah, kadar air tanah pada pF 2,54 dan 4,2. Mechanization of agriculture by using a tractor propulsion system is old, the adverse effects the use of tractors and other mechanical equipment is soil compaction. Research was aimed to study some soil physical properties, crop growth and yield of soybean affected by tire pressure, as the support heavy tractors and nitrogen. This research is a field experiment using a split plot design, consists of three variations of the tire pressure and the three doses of urea  fertilizer was : 0 kg.ha-1, 25 kg.ha-1 and 50 kg.ha-1.The parameters observed was : (1) physical properties of soil (2) plowing field capacity and (3) soybean yields. The results showed that the effect of tire pressure and nitrogen fertilizer interaction was highly significant for soil permeability. Tractor tire pressure has significant influential on the weight of the volume of soil, soil porosity, soil permeability, soil moisture content at pF 2.54 and 4.2. Nitrogen fertilizer has significant influential on the permeability of the soil, plant height and number of productive branches on each of 30 and 45 days after planting, and the weight of 100 seeds of soybean. Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) adalah kurikulum operasional yang disusun dan dilaksanakan di masing-masing satuan pendidikan. Kenyataan di lapangan tidak semua guru memahami kurikulum KTSP, keluhan sering terjadi dan terdengar dari guru pada saat observasi awal yang penulis lakukan pada beberapa guru SMP dan SMA yang ada di Kabupaten Bireuen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman guru Penjaskes tentang Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2011. Populasi adalah keseluruhan subjek penelitian. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Penjas yang ada di SMP dan SMA Kabupaten Bireuen yang berjumlah 108 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan Random Sampling 20% dari jumlah guru Pendidikan Jasmani yang ada di Kabupaten Bireuen yaitu 22 guru Pendidikan Jasmani. Untuk mendukung data dalam penelitian ini peneliti juga menambahkan kepala sekolah dan siswa yang berjumlah 22 kepala sekolah dan 22 siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan angket dan wawancara, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam konsep dasar KTSP sebagian besar (63,64%) guru Pendidikan Jasmani pernah dipanggil untuk penataan pemahaman KTSP. Dalam perencanaan KTSP lebih dari setengah (59,09%) guru Pendidikan Jasmani ada menyusun perangkat pembelajaran sebelum mengajar. Dalam penyelenggaraan KTSP sebagian besar (77,27%) mendapat pujian dari kepala sekolah karena sangat bagus dalam mengajar dan lebih dari setengah (59,09%) mampu untuk mengajar dan perlu ditatar/diberi penataran lagi. Dalam media KTSP sebagian besar (68,18%) guru Pendidikan Jasmani menyatakan sebelum penerapan KTSP sarana dan prasarana di sekolah sudah memadai dan pernah membuat/pengadaan peralatan serta berupaya menanggulangi kekurangannya dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dalam Model Pembelajaran KTSP sebagian besar (63,64 %) ada membuat model pembelajaran tersendiri dalam mengajar dan model pembelajaran yang dibuatnya beragam serta sudah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai dengan tuntutan.
