Saat ini fungsi jembatan agak berubah, mulai dari dijadikan tempat berdagang dan parkir yang merupakan hambatan samping. Peletakan lampu lalu lintas juga menjadi masalah yang harus diperhatikan karena menyebabkan kendaraan berhenti diatasnya yang mengakibatkan bertambahnya beban yang diterima oleh jembatan. Jika ditinjau dari fungsinya, jembatan hanya menerima beban bergerak/beban kejut. Mengingat pentingnya peranan jembatan bagi kehidupan manusia dan masalah yang ada, maka dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisa tentang jembatan Keutapang dalam hubungannya dengan kemacetan, tingkat pelayanan, serta akan ditinjau juga tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam pemakaian jembatan tersebut. Penelitian ini didukung oleh data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengamatan lapangan dan kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi terkait. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan didukung dengan pengolahan data kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan MKJI 1997 dan Skala Likert. Penelitian inidilaksanakan dalam rumah plastik di kebun percobaan dan Laboratorum BenihFakultas Pertanian Universitas Teuku Umar, Laboratoriun Ilmu Tanah FakultasPertanian Univesitas Gajah Mada dan Laboratorium Penelitian Tanah danTanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, mulai dari tanggal 23 April2013 sampai dengan 3 Oktober 2013. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakanadalah rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial 5 x 4, dimana dosis kalium terdiridari : 0, 25, 50, 75 dan 100 kg K2O ha-1 dan varietas terdiri dari : Naga Umbang,Jerapah, Gajah dan Bison. Peubah pertumbuhan : diamati adalah tinggi tanamandan jumlah cabang umur 15, 30 dan 45 hari setelah tanam (HST), dan beratberangkasan kering per tanaman, Peubah produksi terdiri dari : berat polongkering per rumpun, persentase polong berisi dan hampa, bobot 100 biji polongkering per ha, serapan K jaringan tanaman dan Kdd media tanam, dan mutu benihyaitu :potensi tumbuh, daya berkecambah, kecepatan tumbuh, keserempakantumbuh, vigor kecambah dan T50. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis kaliumberpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman kacang tanah umur 15HST, serapan K jaringan, Kdd media dan viabilitas dan vigor benih. Pemberiankalium 75 kg K2O ha-1 menunjukkan serapan K tertinggi, sedangkan viabilitas danvigor benih sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemupukan kalium, terbaik diperoleh denganpemberian kalium 75 kg K2O ha-1 kecuali terhadap uji T50. Tetapi tidakberpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang dan semua parameter produksi.Varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman umur15 HST. Produksi polong kering per hektar tertinggi diperoleh oleh varietasBison (3,96 ton ha-1) yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan Naga Umbang dan Jerapah.Viabilitas dan vigor benih tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh varietas Jerapah. Terdapatinteraksi yang nyata antara dosis kalium dan varietas kacang tanah terhadap tinggitanaman umur 15 HST dan Kdd media tanam. Tinggi tanaman terbaik diperolehdengan pemupukan 50 kg K2O ha-1 pada varietas Bison. Effect of Potassium on Peat Soil toGrowth, Production and Seed Quality Several Varieties of groundnut (Arachishypogaea L.), under supervision of Syamsuddin and Teti Arabia.This study aims to know the extent of the effect of potassium fertilization dosesand varieties as well as the interaction of these two factors on the growth,production and quality of groundnut seeds in peat soil. Was conducted in thescreen house of garden experiment and Seed Laboratorium of Agriculture FacultyTeuku Umar University, Soil Science laboratory of Agriculture Faculty of GajahMada University and Soil and Crop Research Laboratory of the AgricultureFaculty of Syiah Kuala University, starting from 23 April 2013 to 3 October 2013.The experimental design used was a completely randomized design factorial 5 x 4,which consists of potassium doses: 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 kg K2O ha-1 and varietiesconsist of: Naga Umbang, Jerapah, Gajah and Bison. Variables growth: plantheight was observed and the number of branches the age of 15, 30 and 45 daysafter planting (DAP), and biomass dry weight per plant, production variablesconsist of: weight of dry pods per hill, percentage of pods containing and hollow,weight of 100 seeds dry pods per ha, K uptake and plant tissue Kexchangableplanting medium, and seed quality namely: growth potential, germination, growthspeed, simultaneity grow, sprout vigor and T50. The results showed significantdose of potassium on the growth of peanut plant height age 15 DAP, uptake of Knetworks, Kexchangable media and viability and seed vigor. Administration ofpotassium 75 kg K2O ha-1 showed the highest K uptake, whereas the viability andseed vigor is strongly influenced by potassium fertilization, best obtained byadministering potassium 75 kg K2O ha-1 except for the T50 test. But did notsignificantly affect the number of branches and all the production parameters.Varieties very significant effect on plant height growth age 15 DAP. Production ofdry pods per hectare obtained by varieties Bison highest (3.96 ton ha-1) were notsignificantly different with the Naga Umbang and Jerapah. The highest seedviability and vigor shown by Jerapah varieties. There is a significant interactionbetween dose of potassium and peanut varieties to plant height age 15 DAP andKexchangable growing media. Plant height is best obtained by fertilization of 50kg K2O ha-1 at Bison varieties.
