Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat korelasional dengan menggunakan metode purvosive sampling dan balanced panel data. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 114 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh berupa data laporan keuangan tahunan, yang diambil dari situs resmi BEI. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS Statistik 20.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap terhadap integritas laporan keuangan yang terdaftar pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2011 (2) Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap integritas laporan keuangan yang terdaftar pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2011 dan (3) Pergantian auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap terhadap integritas laporan keuangan yang terdaftar pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2011. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana prosesintegrasi sosial antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat setempat, (2) Faktorpendukung apa saja yang mempengaruhi proses integrasi sosial, (3) Faktorpenghambat terjadinya proses integrasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1)mengetahui proses integrasi sosial antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakatsetempat, (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung integrasi sosial antara masyarakatpendatang dan masyarakat setempat, (3) Untuk mengetahui penghambat integrasisosial antara masyarakat pendatang dan masyarakat setempat. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif sedangkanpengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara . Informan dalam peneitian iniberjumlah (10) orang yaitu yang terdiri dari (5) masyarakat pendatang dan ( 5) darimasyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) proses integrasisosial antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat setempat di Desa Alue BilieKecamatan Darul Makmur sudah berjalan dengan baik. (2) Sementara faktorpendukung terjadinya integrasi sosial yaitu kebersamaan, tidak membeda-bedakanantara masyarakat setempat dengan masyarakat pendatang, rasa senasibsepenanggungan, menyadari bahwa manusia sebagai makhluk sosial. (3) Faktorpenghambat integrasi sosial antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakatsetempat yaitu berbeda kebudayaan, kedudukan sosial, berbeda agama, berbeda etnis,ras, bahasa, kebiasaan, sistem, nilai, norma. Simpulan proses integrasi sosial antaramasyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat setempat sudah berjalan dengan baikmeskipun banyak perbedaan yang ditemukan dalam kehidupan, di dalam prosesintegrasi ada juga pendukung dan faktor penghambatnya yang dapat mempengaruhiberjalannya integrasi sosial. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepada masyarakatsetempat janganlah berprasangka buruk terhadap masyarakat pendatang sebab merekadatang demi melanjutkan kehidupan dengan mencari nafkah, kepada aparatur desatetap fokus mengurusi masyakaratnya agar tetap terjadi keharmonisan, sehingga tidakada lagi yang berpendapat bahwa masyarakat pendatang lebih dikhususkan, dankepada masyarakat pendatang tetap menghargai adanya perbedaan bahasa dalamkehidupan sehari-hari, perbedaan agama, etnis dan suku sehingga tidak ada lagi sikapapatis kepada suatu kaum yang berbeda. Kedua rokok ini memiliki kandungan nikotin dan tar yang merupakan bagian partikel dari asap rokok. Asap rokok filter dan rokok kretek dapat menyebabkan perubahan warna pada resin komposit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan warna resin komposit setelah terpapar rokok filter dan rokok kretek. Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 spesimen dengan ukuran diameter 5 mm dan ketebalan 2 mm. Spesimen dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yang dilakukan pemaparan rokok filter (n=10) rokok kretek (n=10). The objective this study is to know the resistivity variation and subsurface structures in the study area in 2D resistivity models and to interpret the model. The method used is a 2D geoelectric resistivity pole-dipole configuration, with Terameter ABEM SAS 4000 instrument which have 61 (sixty one) electrodes, consisting of 3 lines.
