Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kualitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa:1) Kewenangan Majelis Pendidikan Daerah (MPD) Aceh sebagai lembaga normatif atau badan non-struktural adalah sebagai pengontrol, penilaian, pemberi masukan dan dukungan kepada pemerintah dan lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Provinsi Aceh; 2) Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) memiliki kewenangan melaksanakan penjaminan mutu pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah, pendidikan dasar menengah dan selanjutnya bekerja sama dengan pendidikan tinggi berupa Lembaga Pendidik Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK); dan 3) Majelis Pendidikan Daerah (MPD) dan Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) secara bersama-sama memiliki wewenang menjaga standar mutu pendidikan di Provinsi Aceh serta mengembangkan sistem pendidikan yang islami baik secara proses maupun secara hasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program kerja supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah, pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah, dan kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran pada SMAN di lingkungan Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program kerja supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah sudah memiliki rancangan yang baik untuk jangka waktu satu tahun ke depan dan dirumuskan kembali di tahun yang akan datang; (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran dilakukan dengan pendekatan langsung dan pendekatan tidak langsung. Adapun pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran secara tidak langsung diterapkan oleh kepala SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar sedangkan secara langsung dilakukan oleh kepala SMA Negeri Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar; dan (3) Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran antara lain: (a) pendekatan supervisi pengajaran, sedikitnya waktu yang dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah sehingga pelaksanaan supervisi sulit untuk diagendakan, (b) teknik supervisi pengajaran, lebih memperhatikan pada aspek psikologis guru. This study aimed to determine the effect of biochar residue and NPK fertilization on soil chemical properties and yield of rice (Oryzasativa L.) season three. The experiments were arranged in randomized completely block design with two factors (residual biochar and NPK fertilizer and each treatment was replicated 4 times. Percobaan disusun dalam Rancangan Acak kelompok ( RAK) pola faktorial dengan dua faktor (residu biochar dan pupuk NPK) dan 4 ulangan. Residu biochar terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu perlakuan tanpa residu biochar dan perlakuan residu biochar 10 ton ha-1. Perlakuan pupuk NPK terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu tanpa pupuk NPK, pupuk NPK 135 kg ha-1, dan pupuk NPK 270 kg ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa residu biochar berpengaruh nyata terhadap N-Total tanah 28 hari setelah tanam (HST), N- Total tanaman 21 HST, kapasitas tukar kation (KTK), jumlah gabah total dan hasil per hektar. Pemupukan NPK berpengaruh nyata terhadap N-Total tanaman 45 HST, P-tersedia, k-tersedia, KTK, tinggi tanaman 45 HST, 90 HST, jumlah anakan 28, 35 dan 45 HST, jumlah malai/rumpun, persentase gabah hampa/malai, persentase gabah berisi/malai dan hasil per hektar. Water related projects have failed woefully in Nigeria because they are executed without recourse to or lack of relevant hydrological data. Hydrologists primarily are saddled with the responsibilities of data gathering, processing, storage and retrieval on all components of the hydrological cycle such as precipitation, evaporation, runoff, infiltration, stream flow to mention a few. This however can only be done when hydrologists are adequately trained and efficient hydrological gauging stations with up to date equipment are established. The current situation   in Nigeria is that hydrological data banking is lacking which is linked with inadequate and inefficient guaging stations and trained manpower.
