Cacing tanah (Lumbricus rubellus) merupakan bahan alam yang mengandung peptida antimikroba lumbricin-1 yang secara in vitro dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui konsentrasi hambat minimum (KHM) dan konsentrasi bunuh minimum (KBM) tepung cacing tanah (TCT) terhadap Methicilllin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan metode dilusi tabung yang terdiri dari 7 kelompok , yaitu 1 kelompok kontrol negatif, 1 kelompok kontrol positif, dan kelompok perlakuan yang terdiri dari konsentrasi TCT 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, dan 400 mg dalam 5 ml pelarut asam asetat dan asetonitril konsentrasi 1 %. Pada kontrol negatif media NB dan kontrol positif yaitu Media NB dan suspensi bakteri. Konsentrasi hambat minimum (KHM) yaitu didapatkan dari pengukuran absorbansi pada masing-masing suspensi uji dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer. Konsentrasi bunuh minimum didapat dari perhitungan jumlah koloni yang tumbuh pada media NA. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa KHM adalah pada konsentrasi TCT 200 mg/ 5ml, dengan nilai absorban paling rendah. Pada KBM adalah jumlah koloni terkecil pada media NA, yaitu pada konsentrasi TCT 200 mg/5ml. A teacher is required to possess comprehensive knowledge in pedagogy. In fact, a teacher can choose from a variety of methods to teach reading. In this study the researcher tried to find out the relationship between theory and facts. This study used descriptive research methods. The populations of this study were the English teachers and students in a junior high school in Banda Aceh. The instruments used were: observation sheets, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the data gathered, the researcher found several problems that needed to be solved, even though the teachers at the junior high school in Banda Aceh already had standard knowledge in teaching, especially in preparing lesson plans, but, they lacked the ability to implement their knowledge especially in teaching reading comprehension. Based on observations the researcher concluded that the methods and strategies generally applied by the teachers at the school were: Direct Method, Grammar Translation Method and Think Pair Share Method, which still required supervision. Therefore, the researcher hopes that this study can be continued by subsequent researchers in the future in order to provide more input for better implementation of methods in teaching English, especially for teaching reading comprehension. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji stasioneritas, dengan menggunakan metode Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF). Berdasarkan pengolahan data penelitian ditemukan bahwa Indeks Harga Saham Pertambangan (IHSP) di pengaruhi oleh harga minyak mentah dunia, suku bank Indonesia dan nilai harga saham pertambangan pada periode sebelumnya. Suku bunga Bank Indonesia (BI Rate) dalam jangka panjang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IHSP, sedangkan dalam jangka pendek BI Rate periode sebelumnya berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Pertambangan (IHSP). Selain itu, nilai IHSP periode sebelumnya juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai IHSP periode sekarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sepuluh ekor sapi betina yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, setiap kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor dengan kategori: umur 5-8 tahun, berat badan 150-250 kg, sehat secara klinis, dan tidak sedang bunting. Sampel plasma untuk pemeriksaan estradiol diambil pada saat dilakukan inseminasi dari vena jugularis. Sebelum dilakukan koleksi, seluruh sapi disinkronisasi berahi menggunakan prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2?) dan metode ovsynch. Pemeriksaan konsentrasi hormon estradiol dilakukan dengan metode enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) menggunakan kit estradiol. Hubungan antara intensitas estrus dengan konsentrasi estradiol sebesar 0,392 dengan persamaan regresi y = 3,094 + 0,01x dimana y adalah skor intensitas berahi sedangkan x adalah konsentrasi estradiol. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah korelasi antara intensitas estrus dengan konsentrasi estradiol pada saat inseminasi sapi lokal relatif lemah. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of estrus with estradiol concentrations during insemination on local cattle. This study uses ten cows were divided into two groups with each group consisting of 5 with category: age 5-8 years, weight 150-250 kg, clinically healthy, and not pregnant. Plasma samples were taken at the time of artificial insemination from the jugular vein to measuring the estradiol hormone concentration. Prior to the collection of plasma samples, all of cattles were synchronized their estrous phase by using prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2?) and ovsynch. Examination of the concentration of the hormone estradiol performed using enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) using commercial kits estradiol. The relationship between the intensity of estrus with estradiol concentration of 0.392 with the regression equation y = 3.094 + 0.01x where y is the score of the intensity of estrus, whereas x is the concentration of estradiol. The result of this study indicate that statistically there is no relationship intensity of estrus with estradiol concentration. Itcan be concluded that the corelation between the intensity of estrus with estradiol concentrations during insemination on local cattle was low.
