This research was conducted at the plastic house, Syiah Kuala University farm, from March to July 2013. Experiments using a completely randomized design (CRD) non- factorial, consisting of 5 varieties of upland rice and 3 varieties of lowland rice with 3 replications in each condition, flooded and not flooded conditions. Observations on plant height, number of productive tillers, days to flowering, days to harvesting, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, percentage of grain contains per panicle, grain weight per clum and weighs 100 grains. Data were analyzed to determine the variability, heritability, genetic gain, limits the selection, the correlation and appearance changes. The results showed wide variability genetic in flooded conditions on plant height, number of productive tillers and panicle length, while the not flooded conditions wide genetic variability present in plant height, days to flowering, days to harvesting, panicle length, and the percentage of grains contains per panicle. High heritability values found in all the characters except the percentage of grain containing per panicle in flooded conditions. Genetic gain ranging from high to low at 30 % selection intensity. Plant height was negatively correlated to the number of productive tillers, correlated positively to the character of panicle length and number of grains per panicle. Character number of productive tillers negatively correlated to the character of flowering and correlated positively to the character of the grain weight per clum. Varieties Inpago 6 is a variety with an average change in the appearance of the low.Keyword : Varieties, genetic parameters, different conditionsABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan mendapatkan nilai duga parameter genetik beberapa varietas padi pada kondisi media berbeda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah plastik kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala dari Maret sampai Juli 2013. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial, terdiri atas 5 varietas padi gogo dan 3 varietas padi sawah dengan 3 ulangan pada masing-masing kondisi, yaitu kondisi tergenang dan kondisi tidak tergenang. Pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, umur berbunga, umur panen, panjang malai, jumlah gabah per malai, persentase gabah berisi per malai, bobot gabah isi per rumpun dan bobot 100 butir. Data pengamatan dianalisis untuk mengetahui keragaman, heritabilitas, kemajuan genetik harapan, batas seleksi, korelasi antar karakter dan perubahan penampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keragaman genetik luas pada kondisi tergenang terdapat pada karakter tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif dan panjang malai sedangkan pada kondisi tidak tergenang keragaman genetik luas terdapat pada karakter tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, umur panen, panjang malai, dan persentase gabah berisi per malai. Nilai heritabilitas tinggi terdapat pada semua karakter kecuali persentase gabah berisi per malai pada kondisi tergenang. Kemajuan genetik harapan bervariasi mulai dari tinggi hingga rendah pada intensitas seleksi 30%. Karakter tinggi tanaman berkorelasi negatif terhadap jumlah anakan produktif, berkorelasi positif terhadap karakter panjang malai dan jumlah gabah per malai. Karakter jumlah anakan produktif berkorelasi negatif terhadap karakter umur berbunga dan berkorelasi positif terhadap karakter bobot gabah berisi per rumpun. Akan tetapi dalam prakteknya parate eksekusi yang selalu digunakan, karena dianggap lebih mudah, murah, dan tidak melalui proses yang berbelit-belit. Namun pada kenyataanya pelaksanaan praktek parate eksekusi di PT Pegadaian (persero) Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh masih terdapat berbagai permasalahan.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan parate eksekusi, Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh PT pegadaian dalam melaksanakan parate eksekusi, dan upaya penyelesaian dalam sengketa pelaksanaan parate eksekusi. Untuk memperoleh data dalam skripsi ini dilakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan guna memperoleh data sekunder yang bersifat teoritis, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan parate eksekusi pada PT pegadaian belum sesuai dengan prosedurnya, proses administrasi pemberitahuan yang disampaikan kepada pemberi gadai tidak sampai tepat pada waktunya dan pemberitahuan tersebut tidak sampai kepada pemberi gadai. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi PT pegadaian adalah kurangnya perhatian pemberi gadai terhadap tanggal jatuh tempo dan tanggal lelang serta kesalahan administrasi dari pihak PT pegadaian sendiri dalam hal penyampaian surat pemberitahuan jatuh tempo yang terkadang tidak sampai tepat pada waktunya, perlawanan yang dilakukan oleh pemberi gadai atas upaya eksekusi yang akan dilakukan oleh PT pegadaian, hasil penjualan melalui pelelangan tidak memberikan kepastian akan hasil yang optimal, pemberi gadai mengajukan keberatan terhadap hasil penjualan, peminat lelang tidak ada, benda jaminan milik pihak ketiga, dan kurangnya iktikad baik dari pemberi gadai. Upaya penyelesaian apabila terjadi sengketa maka diselesaikan secara musyawarah untuk mufakat dan jika hal tersebut tidak tercapai maka diselesaikan melalui pengadilan. Dalam praktek selama ini penyelesaian sengketa tidak ada sampai ke pengadilan.Disarankan kepada PT pegadaian agar pemberitahuan yang diberikan kepada pemberi gadai terhadap barang jaminan yang akan dieksekusi sampai kepadanya. Untuk menghadapi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi sebisa mungkin tidak merugikan penerima maupun pemberi gadai dan apabila terjadi sengketa diselesaikan dengan musyawarah. These subcellular organisms can be classified into four groups ; animal, plant, archaea and bacteria viruses. Among them, bacteria viruses or also known as bacteriophages have the highest numbers with the  total estimation of 1031 .  The fact is that, until today only ~ 6,000 types of phages have been discovered since 1959 (ICTV report, 2011). Therefore, there are lots of new phages waiting to be discovered. Partial genomic studies have been conducted on a potential new bacteriophage isolated from goat faeces. Thus, to fulfil the objective of this study genomic characterization was carried out to discover more genomic details in order to reveal the true identity of the newly isolated phage . As first part of the analysis, phage genome was extracted to identify the phage's genome type and to estimate the genome size. Along with that, the extracted genome was used to proceed with the genome profiling and also for  partial genome sequencing analysis. Based on the genomic analysis, the results showed the isolated phage carries DNA as it genetic material with the size of genome around 30-40kbp. Besides that, this phage produced different genomic profile in comparison with other known phages such as Lambda, T4 and T7 phages when digest with the same restriction enzymes. Besides that, based on partial genome sequencing and results run against NCBI database, this newly isolated phage might be related with another newly isolated phage known as Sodalis phage SO-1. As far as the genomic data collected, an assumption can be made that this isolated phage could be a new addition to the list of viruses in International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) database.
