Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) kendala yang dialami oleh guru (2) kendala yang dialami oleh siswa (3) faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru matematika dan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kendala yang dialami guru meliputi: (a) guru kesulitan menentukan metode maupun media yang tepat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika; (b) guru kesulitan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar peserta didik; (c) guru masih sulit melaksanakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan membuat siswa aktif. (2) kendala yang dialami siswa meliputi: (a) masih rendahnya keberanian siswa untuk bertanya kepada guru mengenai materi yang belum dipahami; (b) siswa belum memiliki keberanian untuk mengemukakan ide maupun menyanggah pendapat; (c) siswa belum memiliki keberanian mengerjakan soal ke depan tanpa ditunjuk guru. (3) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakberhasilan pembelajaran matematika yaitu: (a) faktor peserta didik sebesar 29,43% memperlihatkan bahwa faktor tersebut merupakan pilihan terbesar dari keempat faktor yang ada; (b) faktor sarana prasarana sebesar 24,90%; (c) faktor guru sebesar 23,40%; dan (d) faktor evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 22,26% dari keempat faktor yang ada. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor kenyamanan termal diantaranya radiasi matahari langsung, metabolisme bawaan pasien (Met), isolasi pakaian pasien (Clo), peralatan ruangan dan sistem sirkulasi udara yang kurang optimal. Kondisi ini menyebabkan tubuh tidak nyaman dalam beraktifitas. Sebagai RSUD yang digunakan untuk pelayanan umum tentu hal ini perlu diperbaiki dengan cara mengetahui dulu penyebabnya. Beberapa hal yang biasa dilakukan diantaranya melakukan pengukuran langsung pada ruangan yang meliputi pengukuran Temperatur, kelembaban udara, laju perpindahan udara dan intensitas matahari. Dari analisa hasil pengukuran diketahui beberapa fenomena yang terjadi diantaranya ada peningkatan temperatur antara luar dan dalam ruangan akibat penambahan penghuni mencapai 3oC dan penurunan kelembaban dalam ruangan mencapai 2%. Temperature maksimal dalam ruangan mencapai 36oC. Kelembaban terendah 44% dan kecepatan angin rata rata dalam ruangan dibawah 1 m/s. Solusi yang diusulkan dalam penanganan ini berupa pemasangan blower untuk meniup udara kedalam ruangan agar dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan termal di RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh. Dibidang teknik sipil zeolit juga telah dipergunakan sebagai bahan stabilisasi tanah. Tanah lempung merupakan jenis tanah kohesif yang sangat mudah bereaksi terhadap air, bila air ditambahkan pada suatu tanah yang sedang dipadatkan, air tersebut akan berfungsi sebagian unsur pembasah pada partikel-partikel tanah. Uji pemadatan sering digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan kadar air dan berat volume, dan untuk mengevaluasi tanah agar memenuhi syarat kepadatan, maka pada umumnya dilakukan uji pemadatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan zeolit yang digunakan sebagai bahan stabilisasi tanah lempung Desa Cot Seunong, terhadap nilai kepadatan. Setelah itu dicari persentase variasi campuran zeolit yang menghasilkan nilai kepadatan optimum. Tanah yang diigunakan berasal dari Desa Cot Seunong Kecamatan Montasik dan kemudian distabilisasikan dengan zeolit yang berasal dari perbukitan Desa Ujong Pancu Kecamatan Pekan Bada. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium Mekanika Tanah Fakultas Teknik Unsyiah. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah sifat-sifat fisis dan uji proctor standar. Variasi campuran zeolit adalah 0%, 3%, 6%, dan 9%. Hasil pengujian sifat-sifat fisis tanah Cot Seunong yaitu berat jenis 2,67, batas cair 76,37%, batas plastis 24,56%, indeks plastis 51,81% dan lolos saringan No.200 78,97% . Adapun Hasil menurut sistem klasifikasi AASHTO tanah ini termasuk kedalam kelompok A-7-6 (44), sedangkan menurut sistem klasifikasi USCS tanah tanpa campuran tergolong dalam tanah lempung tak organik dengan plastisitas tinggi. persentase kenaikan pada nilai berat volume kering (?d maks) hingga variasi campuran 9% adalah 6,10 % dan persentase penurunan pada nilai kadar air optimum (OMC) hingga variasi campuran 9% adalah 15,08 %. Dengan demikian zeolit berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan nilai berat volume kering dan menurunkan nilai kadar air pada stabilisasi tanah lempung. Oleh karena itu, kepuasan dokter spesialis sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan dokter spesialis dalam menjalankan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2014. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 82 dokter spesialis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa 12,2% responden merasa sangat tidak puas, 35,4% responden merasa tidak puas. 47,6% yang merasa puas, dan hanya 4,9% responden merasa sangat puas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan dengan pengetahuan tentang INA CBGs (P = 0,000), kondisi lingkungan kerja (p = 0,000), remunerasi (p = 0,000), transparansi (p = 0,000), dan kebijakan rumah sakit (p = 0,000).
