Salah satu tindakan bedah definitif pada penyakit Hirschsprung adalah prosedur Transanal Endorectal Pull Through (TEPT) yang menunjukkan hasil memuaskan khususnya pada tipe rektosigmoid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran outcome pasien penyakit Hirschsprung pasca operasi TEPT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif yang dilakukan pada pasien penyakit Hirschsprung yang telah menjalani operasi lebih dari 6 bulan di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh kemudian dihubungi melalui telepon untuk menilai outcome fungsi anorektal pasca tindakan TEPT dengan menggunakan kuesioner Heikkinen. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 responden yang akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan tabulasi silang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan outcome fungsi anorektal paling banyak adalah kontinensia baik (50%), usia pasien saat dilakukan tindakan operasi paling banyak adalah 0-1 bulan (38,9%), usia pasien saat dilakukan follow-up paling banyak adalah 1-5 tahun (86,1%), jenis kelamin paling banyak adalah laki-laki (63,9%), panjang reseksi usus paling banyak adalah kelompok 10-20 cm (94,4%), dan lama rawatan paling banyak adalah 4-7 hari (61,1%). Penilaian outcome fungsi anorektal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai evaluasi terhadap manajemen penyakit Hirschsprung.Kata kunci : penyakit Hirschsprung, prosedur TEPT, outcome fungsi anorektal. Penyakit ini ditangani dengan tindakan terapi antibiotik oleh dokter paru. Dari hasil terapi tersebut akan didapatkan outcome pasien dengan hasil hidup atau meninggal setelah rawat inap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan outcome pasien pneumonia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif yang dilakukan pada pasien pneumonia di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh yang ditangani dengan rawat inap pada periode 2011-2012. Sampel berjumlah 20 reponden yang akan dianalisis menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan outcome terbanyak adalah hidup 65,0%, usia pasien pada kelompok usia 40-64 tahun 45,0%, jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 65,0%, penggunaan antibiotik levofloxacin sebanyak 40,0% dan tingkat mortalitas sangat rendah dan rendah sebanyak 25,0%. Dari keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan outcome yang terbanyak dengan kategori hidup, usia terbanyak pada kelompok usia 40-64 tahun, jenis kelamin terbanyak pada laki-laki dan tingkat mortalitas terbanyak sangat rendah dan rendah.Kata kunci: outcome, antibiotik, tingkat mortalitasCommunity acquired pneumonia (CAP) is an infection disease of lung parenchyma and important cause of mortality in elderly. The disease is treated with antibiotics therapy by pulmonary specialist . Based on results of the therapy, would be obtained outcomes of patients devided into two, live outcome or death outcome after hospitalization .The purpose of this study is to describe variables related to patient outcomes. This is a retrospective-descriptive study carried out in in dr . Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh General Hospital, period of 2011-2012. Among 20 respondents were analyzed using frequency distribution tables. In the adjusted analysis, the highest outcome was 65.0% live, the age of 40-64 years as much 45.0 % ,male as much 65.0 %, the use of antibiotic levofloxacin as much 40.0 %, the very low and low mortality rate as much 25.0%. In women, cancer incidence rates increased every year. Developments in treatment modalities and the ability to detect tumours in the early stages increased their survival rate but also raise fertility problems. Those problems are the fertility preservation for patient who have to endure gonadotoxic chemotherapy and or radiation even though they still need their fertility functions. Ovarian cryopreservation and autotransplantation were initially designed to protect and restore reproductive function in patients receiving sterilizing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. Other indications including patients undergoing haematopietic stem cell transplantation, autoimmune diseases and those undergoing oophorectomy for non-cancer conditions. Options in cryopreserved ovarian tissues include autotransplantation and xenotransplantation. An orthotopic site or a heterotopic site can be considered for autotransplantation. Xenotransplantation of human ovarian tissue into immunodeficient animals can prevent immunological rejection.  The theoretical advantage of orthotopic grafts is the restoration of normal reproductive function and natural conception after transplantation but application for cancer patients is problematic because of the potential risk of transmission of microscopic metastatic disease. With Xenotransplantantion, the possibility of cancer transmission and relapse can be eliminated because cancer cells cannot penetrate the zona pellucida, and some technical difficulties of in vitro growth and maturation of primordial follicles can be bypassed. But it is still unknown whether conditions for the growth and maturation of human oocytes in an animal host are comparable to those in situ and whether animal pathogens can be transmitted to human tissue with it. Ovarian tissue cryopreservation is the fertility preservation option for prepubertal girls and for women who face thehigh likelihood of diminished ovarian reserve requiring immediate treatment. Its procedure are still within improvement and also in the study of understanding its mechanism. Hambal, Muhammad Fahrimal, Yudha Shafitri, Rimaya Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2011-12-15 Description An account of the resource A study on the mosquitoes Aedes spp. has been conducted in Kuta Alam Sub-district, Banda Aceh, to find out the percentage and distribution of positive ovitrap with eggs of Aedes aegypti and A. albopictus, based on location of ovitrap, level of rainfall as well as different landuse of settlement areas. Sampling was conducted by setting up ovitrap monthly, from January to December 2010 in settlement area that have more trees versus less trees, both indoor and outdoor. Data of the ovitrap percentage that was proved to be positive with eggs of A. aegypti and A. albopictus was analized using Student T-Test. The study revealed that rainfall value did not significantly affect (P>0.05) the percentage of positive A. aegypti and  A. albopictus ovitraps and neither  did the location of ovitrap (indoor versus outdoor). The settlement areas with more trees have significantly higher percentage of ovitraps containing A. albopictus than areas with less trees, but not significant for A. aegypti (P<0.05). It was suggested that rainfall and location of ovitrap did not influence the number of ovitrap containing Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus eggs, while settlement landuse  influenced significantly the percentage of positive ovitraps for Aedes albopictus, but not for Aedes. aegypti. Between two villages in Kuta Alam sub-district, it was found out that Gampong Beurawe was dominated by Aedes albopictus while Gampong Kuta Alam by Aedes aegypti. Overall, the sensitivity of ovitrap in Kuta Alam subdistrict was 83,7%.
