Penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dosis vitamin E dalam pakan, yaitu 0 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 450 mg/kg, dan 600 mg/kg. Pakan yang diberikan dengan komposisi 5% dari bobot tubuh ikan sebanyak 2 kali sehari selama 50 hari. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa penambahan vitamin E dalam pakan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan, efesiensi pakan, konversi pakan, tingkat kelangsungan hidup, dan hepatosomatik indeks, namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap retensi protein. Namun demikian pemberian dosis vitamin E 600 mg/kg pakan. memberikan nilai tertinggi untuk pertumbuhan, efesiensi pakan, konversi pakan, retensi protein, dan protein dalam feses, sedangkan nilai hepatosomatik indeks dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi diperoleh pada dosis 300 mg/kg pakan. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa dosis vitamin E terbaik pada penelitian ini adalah 600 mg/kg pakan. . Kata kunci : Protein, Pakan, Tocopherol i ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to study the determine the optimum level of dietary vitamin E dosis on the growth performance, feed convertion ratio, feed efficiency, protein retention, fecal protein, hepatosomatic index, and survival rate for keureuling fish (Tor tambra). The fish were fed with five levels of vitamin E, including 0 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 450 mg/kg, dan 600 mg/kg at ration of 5% body weight twice times a day on 08:00 am and 05:00 pm for 50 days .The result showed that the higher growth performances, feeding convertion, feed effeciency, protein retention, and fecal protein were found at 600 mg/kg feed, while hepatosomatik index and survival rate were found at 300 mg/kg. Therefore, it is concluded that the best dosis in this research was 600 mg/kg feed. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian, antara lain metodeeksperimen yaitu dilakukan pengeringan bahan baku, variasi komposisi sampel,pencetakan dan pengujian secara langsung kepada briket. Briket yang didapatkankemudian dianalisis terhadap hasil pencetakan briket, nilai kalor briket dan nilaiefisiensi pembakaran briket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai kalor tertinggiadalah pada sampel 1 dengan tekanan 10 ton sebanyak 21067 kal/g denganpanjang briket 5,5 cm serta nilai rapat massa 1,03 g/cm3 dengan efisiensipembakaran briket 3%. Sedangkan nilai kalor terendah pada sampel 6 yaitu 8219kal/g, panjang briket 6,05 cm serta kerapatan massa 0,94 g/cm3 dengan nilaiefisiensi 8%. Perbedaan nilai kalor tersebut disebabkan pembakaran pada bombkalorimeter tidak dipengaruhi tekanan pencetakan tetapi dipengaruhi olehkomposisi dan ukuran partikel sampel. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Ayu Wandira Description An account of the resource Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis lalat buah yang menyerang empat jenis tanaman buah pekarangan yaitu belimbing segi (Averrhoa carambola), jambu air (Syzygium aqueum), jambu biji (Psidium guajava) dan mangga (Mangifera indica) di Kota Banda Aceh serta membandingkan preferensi lalat buah terhadap buah-buahan tersebut. Pengambilan sampel buah pekarangan dilakukan pada lima kecamatan di Kota Banda Aceh. Pemeliharaan dan identifikasi jenis lalat buah dilakukan di Laboratorium Zoologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Syiah Kuala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif dengan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL). Jenis buah sebagai perlakuan dan kecamatan sebagai ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Tukey. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah jenis dan jumlah individu imago lalat buah. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan terdapat empat jenis lalat buah yaitu Bactrocera dorsalis, B. carambolae, B. albistrigata dan B. papayae. Bactrocera dorsalis dan B. carambolae menyerang keempat jenis buah, sedangkan B. albistrigata dan B. papayae hanya menyerang tiga jenis buah. Bactrocera albistrigata menyerang jambu biji, jambu air dan mangga, sedangkan B. papayae menyerang jambu biji, belimbing segi dan mangga. Hasil analisis varian menunjukkan bahwa jenis buah berpengaruh terhadap preferensi lalat buah (p < 0.05). Preferensi lalat buah tertinggi adalah jambu biji, sedangkan preferensi terendah adalah jambu air.
