Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dalam komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa dalam membina kedisiplinan dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa dalam membina kedisiplinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu sebuah penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang atau perilaku yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 orang yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa berjalan dengan baik karena telah memenuhi prinsip komunikasi efektif seperti keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap suportif dan kesetaraan dalam proses pembinaan dan pemberian nasehat. Faktor pendukung adanya ketersediaan ruang untuk proses pembinaan, kepercayaan tentang pengetahuan agama memudahkan dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan dan faktor penghambatnya adalah hambatan yang terdapat pada siswanya berupa faktor emosi dan prasangka pribadi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Dalam proses bimbingan dapat dilihat bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang baik dengan siswanya. Terlihat bahwa implementasi komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan dalam proses bimbingan sangat baik dan memberikan hasil yang positif, merubah siswanya untuk menjadi siswa yang baik. Kemudahan yang ditemukan oleh guru adalah tersedianya sarana berupa ruang dalam proses pembinaan dan proses bimbingan. Dan hambatan yang dialami guru berupa hambatan manusiawi yang terdapat pada siswanya. This research present experimental performance of a forced convection greenhouse dryer for drying of fish. The greenhouse dryer was installed at Aceh province, Indonesia. It has a concrete floor with the area of 6×4 m2. The roof of dryer is built in semi-cylindrical shape and covered with transparent polycarbonate sheets. Two axial flow fans powered by a 50-watt solar cell module was used to generate forced convection for ventilating the dryer.To investigate its performance, the dryer was used to dry two batches of fish. The Results showed that to dry 50 kg fish with initial moisture 68 % required 11 hours. Incontrast, to dry the same amount of fish using sun drying take a time about 2 days. The air temperature inside greenhouse dryer at noon in the clear day was 45-55°C.Kinerja Pengering Rumah Kaca Dengan Metode Konveksi Paksa Untuk Pengeringan IkanABSTRAK. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan hasil percobaan terhadap kinerja pengering rumah kaca dengan metode konveksi udara secara paksa pada pengeringan ikan. Penelitian pengering rumah kaca ini dilakukan di Propinsi Aceh, Indonesia. Pengering ini berlantaikan beton dengan luas sebesar 6x4 m2. .Atapnya dibuat berbentuk semi-selinder dan ditutup dengan lembaran plastik transparan berbahan polikarbonat. Dua buah kipas dengan aliran udara secara aksial dipasang dengan sumber daya berasal dari panel surya sebesar 50 Watt dan dipakai untuk menghasilkan konveksi udara paksa pada ventilasi pengering. Untuk menginvestigasi kinerja rumah kaca ini, pengering ini digunakan untuk mengeringkan dua tumpukan ikan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengeringkan sebanyak 50 kg ikan dengan kadar air awalnya sebesar 68% membutuhkan waktu selama 11 jam. Sebaliknya, dengan menggunakan sinar matahari secara langsung, untuk mengeringkan ikan dengan jumlah yang sama, maka waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih lama yaitu sekitar 2 hari. Suhu udara di dalam rumah pengering tepat pada siang hari yang cerah berkisar antara 45-55oC. Recently, the starch is often used as a raw material for food, pharmaceutical and non-food industries such as textiles, packaging, detergent, etc. Because of unpreserved nature of fresh potato and its quality still reduced during storage, the research was conducted to process potato into semi-finished product in form of starch that expected will enhance the stability during storage, and shipping. The research design used was completely randomized design (CRD) factorial consist of 2 factors. The first factor was the drying temperature (T) consists of 3 levels i.e T1 = 40oC, T2=50oC, and T3 = 60oC. The second factor was drying time (L) consists of 3 levels i.e L1 = 5 hr, L2=6 hr, and L3 = 7 hr. Combination of the treatments was 3 x 3 = 9 with 3 replications, in order to obtain 27 units of the experiment. The analysis of potato starch was made to measure yield, moisture, starch and ash contents, as well as starch brighness. The results showed that drying temperature (T) was highly significant effected to starch yield, moisture, ash content, and starch brighness. While, drying time (L) has significantly effected on moisture and starch brighness. The interaction between temperature and time were not significantly effected to yield, moisture, starch, ash contents, as well as starch brighness. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling metode yang digunakan adlah pengolaha data. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan instrument atau alat kuisioner yaitu berupa daftar pertanyaan tertulis yang diberikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari keseluruhan jawaban responden adalah sebagai berikut: sebagian kecil (30%) demgam katagori sangat setuju, sebagian kecil (35%) dengan katagori setuju, sebagian kecil (30%) dengan katagori tidak setuju, sedikit sekali (5%) dengan katagori sangat tidak setuju.
