The research used a factorial completely randomized design, consisting of sixteen combination treatments and three replications. The first factor was doses of T. harzianum, consisting of four levels, i.e. 0, 15, 30, and 45 g.polybag-1.  The second factor was doses of micorrhyze, also consisting of four levels, i.e. 0, 5, 10, and 15 g.polybag-1. Variables observe were incubation period, length of xylem discoloration and percentage of wilting plant. The data were analyzed statistically by analysis of variance. The least significant difference test (LSD) at the 0.05 level was used to see the difference between the treatments. The results showed that applications of fungi mycorhize and T. harzianum affected growth of F. Oxysporum f sp. Lycopersici. The incubation period of F. oxysporum on tomato was longer, 20.5 days when applied with mycorrhize 15 g.polybag-1 and T. harzianum 45 g.polybag-1 compared to control 17.75 days. The length of xylem discoloration was only 2.39 cm when treated with FMA 15 g.polybag-1 compared to control 13.44 cm, while xylem discoloration was 6.56 cm when applied with T. harzianum 45 g.polybag-1 compared to control 8.65 cm. Application of mycorrhize 15 g.polybag-1 and T. harzianum 45 g.polybag-1 caused  a decreased percentage of wilting plant. The percentage of wilting plant was 35 % when treated with FMA 15 g.polybag-1 compared to control 74.28% and 42.50% when treated with T. harzianum 45 g.polybag-1 compared to control 54.64%. There was no interaction between fungi mycorrhize and T. harzianum for xylem discoloration and percentage of wilting plant. Komposisi monomer, temperatur dan waktu polimerisasi divariasikan. Membran PU dicetak di atas plat kaca, yang diteruskan dengan proses koagulasi menggunakan air pada temperatur kamar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi optimum sintesa membran PU dari asam lemak bebas hasil oksidasi-metilasi diperoleh pada perbandingan 1,2 : 0,56 (mol/mol), temperatur 100 oC dan waktu polimerisasi 5 menit. Membran yang dihasilkan bersifat transparan, elastis, homogen, kuat dan mempunyai titik transisi gelas 127,4 oC dan ketahanan tarik 41,7 MPa. The PU membrane made from the Gracilaria sp of red seaweed has rendement of 60.5% from the total weight of the dried sea grass. The produced Carrageenan has pure properties with containing many OH groups which can be used to synthesize membrane. The dope solution to produce good membrane was made at the temperature of 60 oC for the reaction of 5 minutes by varying concentration of carrageenan 5-35 % (b/v). PU membrane was constructed using petri dish with the thickness of about 0.1 mm. To control the thickness of the membrane, the volume of dope solution was used about 12 mL, and the membrane was produced with 10 cm in diameter. The membrane had been synthesized at the temperature of 60 oC with varied concentration of Carrageenan 15% (b/v) to the toylulene diisocyanate (TDI). The produced membrane has the optimal properties with the tensile strength of 340 kgf/mm2, the elongation percentage of 9%, the glass temperature transition of 243.6 oC and the melting point of 423.02 oC. He effect of of monomer composition, temperature, and polymerization time was studied on the performances of flat sheet membrane. Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions of the membrane synthesis from free fatty acid by oxidation-methylation was obtained at ratio of 1.2: 0.56 (mol / mol), temperature of 100 °C and polymerization time of 5 minutes. The resulting membranes are transparent, elastic, homogeneous, robust and has a glass transition point of 127.4 ° C and had stensile strength about 41.7 MPa. Infraredspectrum (IR) observation showed that the persistence of the peak –CO from -NCO at wavenumber 2272.9 cm-1, whereas the -OH group was disaapear at wave numbers 3100-3300 cm-1. Salah satu pengenal yang dianggap paling akurat adalah sistem biometrika. Perangkat biometrika mampu mengenali identitas seseorang dari ciri-ciri fisiknya, misalnya dengan iris mata. Iris mata memiliki karakteristik biometrik yang baik, yaitu memiliki fitur yang unik. Tujuan penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja metode pengenalan iris mata berbasis ordinal Measure dari koefisien DCT. Tahapan-tahap penelitian : citra pada database CASIA dinormalisasi, dihitung histogram citra, kemudian histrogram citra diekualisasi, dilanjutkan dengan pemilihan daerah iris bebas noise, menghitung ordinal measure dengan jarak Minkowski, dan pencocokan citra iris masukan dengan citra iris yang ada dalam database CASIA. Penelitian ini menghasilkan FRR = 25,8% dan FAR= 0,37%, pada nilai ambang T= 0,2.
