The logistic fuction is used in this study, where 110 respondents chosen randomly. The result shown that only motivation factor is significant to influence student to awareness environmental, where as the levels of education is statically not significant. Conclusion of the study showed higher levels of education and motivation, then student is more concerned about the environment. Furthermore, if motivation increase by one percent, the probability students to awareness environment increase by 784,18 percent. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)Peningkatan hasil belajar Geografi; (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran Geografi; (3) Keterampilan guru mengelola pembelajaran Geografi;dan(4) Respon siswa terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran model Collaborative Learning. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa VIII-1 MTsS Lam Ujong yang berjumlah 28 siswa Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar guru mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa.Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan(1) Persentase ketuntasan secara individual meningkat siklus I dari 28 siswa ada 6 siswa yang belum tuntas, dan siklus II dari 28 siswa 4 siswa yang belum tuntas, persentase ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 78 % menjadi 92%; (2)Aktivitas guru , pada siklus I sebesar 37,5% kategorinya kurang sesuai dan siklus II sebesar 25% kategorinya sesuai. Aktivitas siswa yang dominan adalah saat mempresntasikan hasil hasil diskusi kelompok, pada siklus I sebesar 25% kategorinya kurang sesuai dan siklus II sebesar 25% kategorinya sesuai; (3) Keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran Collaborative Learning meningkat dari kategori baik, menjadi sangat baik; dan (4) Respon siswa 92% mengatakan baru dengan cara guru menerangkan materi pembelajaran, 89% mengatakan menarik mengenai model pembelajaran yang baru diikuti, 92% memahami yang diikuti,92% mengatakan menarik tentang komponen pembelajaran, 94% berminat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran, dan 94% siswa dapat memahami materi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Collaborative Learning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Gulma dan Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non Faktorial dengan 7 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan (kontrol, konsentrasi perasan alang-alang 10%, 20%, konsentrasi perasan teki sebanyak 10%, 20%, konsentrasi perasan rumput grinting 10%, 20%). Peubah yang diamati meliputi persentase pengendalian gulma bayam duri (Amaranthus spinosus), persentase pengendalian gulma Jejarongan (Chloris barbata), bobot berangkasan basah gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), bobot berangkasan basah gulma jejarongan (C barbata), bobot berangkasan kering gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), bobot berangkasan kering gulma jejarongan (C barbata), keracunan tanaman, persentase kematian tanaman, tinggi tanaman kedelai, jumlah biji per tanaman kedelai dan bobot biji per tanaman kedelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian beberapa jenis perasan gulma berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keracunan tanaman pada 21 hari setelah aplikasi (HSA), pengendalian gulma bayam duri (A spinosus), dan jejarongan (C barbata). This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Weed Science and the experiment station of Agriculture Faculty UNSYIAH Banda Aceh in May to August 2014.This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial with 7 treatments and 3 replications (controls, reeds juice concentration of 10%, 20%, the concentration of sedges juice as much as 10%, 20%, the concentration of bermuda grass juice 10%, 20% ). The parameters observed percentage of weed control spiny amaranth (Amaranthus spinosus), the percentage of weed control windmill (Chloris barbata), the weight of the wet weed spiny amaranth (A spinous), the weight of the wet weed windmill (C barbata), weight dry of spiny amaranth (A spinous), weight dry of windmill (C barbata), crops toxic, the percentage of deaths crops, height of soybean plant, number of seeds per soybean plant and weight of soybean seed per plant.The results showed that administration of some types of juice weeds affect the toxicity of plants at 21 days after application (HSA), control spiny amaranth weed (A spinous), and windmil (C barbata). Pada penelitian ini bertujuan membuat desain rangkaian multilevel inverter sembilan tingkat satu fasa yang terdiri dari perancangan program pembangkit sinyal switching menggunakan mikrokontroler PIC16F877, perancangan rangkaian driver TLP 250 sebagai penguat referensi kerja mikrokontroler dan perancangan rangkaian daya menggunakan 12 buah MOSFET IRFP 460. Penelitian ini dimulai dari simulasi dengan PSIM, pengujian program dengan Proteus, serta perakitan dan pengujian rangkaian eksperimen laboratorium.
