The purposes of this study were to identify the polymorphism of the lactoferrin gene and the association of genetic variants of the lactoferrin gene on milk quality in Holstein-Friesian (HF) cows. The study was conducted on 194 heads of HF lactating cows coming from semi intensive of small dairy farmers in two villages of the KPSBU Lembang, Lembang district. Investigation on variant genotypes of the lactoferrin gene used PCR-RFLP method. Genotyping of the lactoferrin gene with EcoRI restriction enzyme produced two genotypes, i.e. AA (65%) and AB (35%) genotypes. Both the AA and AB genotypes had inconsistency in controlling component of the milk quality. Further, the AB lactoferrin cows had a higher frequency in the classification of low somatic cells count (0.75), while the AA cows were at a higher frequency in the classification of high somatic cells count (0.60). It was concluded that there is no strong relationship between intron 6 lactoferrin gene with milk quality parameters. Further, the AB genotype of the lactoferrin gene had a consistency in producing lower somatic cells count compared to the AA genotype. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) 3 x 3 with three replications. Factors studied were red pepper varieties (TM 999, ST 168 and local), and growing media (soil + sand, soil + manure, and soil + husk) with a ratio of 2:1. The results showed that varieties exerted highly significant effects on plant height at 15 days after transplanting (DAT) and fruit weight per plant at first harvest 90 DAT and a significant effect on number of fruits per plant at first harvest 90 DAT. Varieties of TM 999 and ST 168 were better than that of local. Growing media also exerted highly significant effects on plant height at 45 DAT, number of productive branches, number of fruits per plant at first harvest (90 DAT) and fruit weight per plant at first harvest (90 DAT), and significant effects on plant height at 15 and 30 DAT, number of fruits per plant at second harvest (93 DAT), and weight of fruit per plant at third harvest (96 DAT). The research was conducted at Lee Guna Gampong Peurada Banda Aceh from 15 June to 23 July 2010.  A factorial randomized completely design with three replications was used in this experiment. The first factor evaluated was medium (dried rice stalks, cane bagasse, and cardboard), and the second factor was Super A-1 fertilizer concentrations (0 cc, 7.5, and 15 cc/L). The results showed that media significantly affected stem weight and cap diameter of mushroom. However, the media did not influence primordial initiation, the number of mushrooms, length and diameter of stems. Mushrooms grew best on the medium of cane bagasse. Super A-1 concentration significantly influenced the number of mushrooms, diameter of mushroom cap, and stem diameter, but did not affect mushroom weight. The best concentration of Super A-1 for mushrooms growth was 15cc/L. Therefore, it is necessary to test the antidiabetic activity using ethanol extract of the tekelan leaves in male mice induced by alloxan. Mice were induced intravenously by alloxan dose of 55 mg/kg bw. After 7 days, mice were diabetic ( KGD > 200 mg/dL ) and were grouped into 6 groups: negative control group (only treated with CMC - Na) , positive control group (glibenclamide 0.45 mg/kg bw) and the 4 other groups were given ethanol extract of Tekelan leaves at doses of 5 , 25 , 125 and 250 mg/kg bw. Dosage administered for 28 days and blood glucose levels was checked every 7 days using a glucotest. Data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variation at 95% confidence level. Ethanol extract of tekelan’s leaves  at doses of 5 , 25 , 125 and 250 mg/kg bw can lower blood levels  from day 7 to day 28 and was significantly different compared to the negative control group ( p < 0.05). Ethanol extract of tekelan’s leaves at doses of 5 , 25 , 125 and 250 mg/kg bw showed antidiabetic activity in alloxan-induced mice. The study began by dividing the mice into 6 groups. Group 1 was given 1% CMC, group 2 to group 4, given EELK 50, 100, 200, 400 mg / kg bw, respectively, and group 6  administered with glibenclamide 0.45 mg/kg bw. Thirty minutes later each group was given glucose 30 mg/kg bw. After 30 min of glucose loading, blood glucose levels of mice were measured, and measured again at minute 60, 90, 120 and 150 minutes. The results showed that the glucose tolerance test EELK a significant effect in lowering blood glucose levels compared to controls at 30 and 60 minutes after administration of glucose. At minute 90 to 150, the effect of blood glucose levels EELK restore back to normal. EELK demonstrated ability to reduce blood glucose levels, and EELK doses of 50 and 100 mg/kg bw showed antidiabetic effects better than a dose of 200 and 400 mg/kg bw. Increasing doses showed antagonistic effects: the ability to increase blood glucose levels. Dalam program kerja kepala sekolah terdapat beberapa program salah satunya bidang kepegawaian meliputi peningkatan professional guru dan pegawai, pembinaan mental dan lain-lain.
