Gigi tiruan perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan dengan cara dilakukan pembersihan untuk dapat mengurangi penumpukan plak dan pertumbuhan bakteri. Salah satu larutan pembersih alami yang berkhasiat sebagai antibakteri dan antijamur yaitu larutan jeruk nipis 10%. Larutan jeruk nipis ini belum dijadikan sebagai bahan pembersih gigi tiruan namun sudah digunakan sebagai larutan obat kumur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekasaran permukaan resin akrilik heat cured setelah perendaman dalam larutan jeruk nipis 10%. Spesimen pada penelitian ini berbentuk persegi dengan ukuran 12 x 12 x 3 mm berjumlah 20 spesimen yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok. Kelompok kontrol (n=10) dan kelompok perlakuan (n=10) direndam selama 4 hari. Pengukuran kekasaran permukaan dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perendaman dengan menggunakan Surface roughness tester. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji t berpasangan untuk pengukuran kekasaran sebelum dan sesudah. Hasil analisa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai kekasaran permukaan resin akrilik heat cured yang signifikan sesudah perendaman dalam larutan jeruk nipis 10%. Denture base needs to be cleaned to reduce the plaque and accumulation and bacterial growth. One of natural cleanser solution that has effect as anti-bacterial and anti- fungal is 10% lime solution. Lime solution not used as a denture cleanser solution however used as a mouth wash. The aim of this study was to determine the surface roughness after immersion in 10% lime solution of heat cured acrylic resin. The specimens used in this study is quadrilateral size of 12x12x3 mm, totaling 20 specimens divided into 2 group. Control group (n=10) and treatment group (n=10) soaking for 4 days. Surface roughness was tested before and after immersion using Surface roughness tester. The data obtained and analyzed using paired t-test for measuring roughness test before and after. Result of the analysis showed a progressive increases in the value of surface roughness heat cured acrylic resins significant that after soaking in 10% lime solution. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the differences in brand equity prepaid card As and XL among the students of Faculty of Economics, University of Syiah Kuala. The location and the object of this study are the students at the Faculty of Economics, University of SyiahKuala. The number of sample of 100 respondents was taken by using purposive sampling. Based on the data analysis using T test, the greatest difference imperceptions of brand quality variables between As and XL is 10.422, Whilethe smallest difference on the variable of brand associations is only 1.649. Berdasarkan Survei Kesehatan Rumah Tangga (SKRT) tahun 2005,kematian akibat penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah di Indonesia sebesar 26,3%dengan faktor utama adalah hipertensi. Hasil pengambilan data awal di KlinikSumber Sehat didapatkan dari 6 orang penderita hipertensi, 3 orang mengeluhbosan minum obat, 1 orang sering lupa minum obat dan 2 orang menjelaskankeluarganya terlalu sibuk diajak keklinik. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptifkorelatif dan teknik pengambilan sampe lmenggunakan purposive sampling yaitu70 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner denganmetode wawancara terpimpin. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisaunivariat dan bivariat. Dari hasil analisis bivariat diketahuipenderita hipertensi diklinik sumber sehat di kategori tidak patuh sebanyak 38 orang (54,3%), adanyahubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, akomodasi,perubahan terapi,lingkungan sosial, interaksi tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga dengankepatuhan berobat (p0,05). Diharapkan pada tenaga kesehatan untukdapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang hipertensi terutama kepatuhandalam berobat, supaya dapat mencegah terjadinya peningkatan angka hipertensiyang signifikan. Selama proses penyusunan skripsi, mahasiswa mengalami hambatan-hambatan yang dapat menjadi stresor bagi mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa perlu menggunakan mekanisme koping sebagai upaya mengatasi stresor tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mekanisme koping pada mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Unsyiah yang sedang menyusun skripsi dengan desain deskriptif eksploratif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 42 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data angket dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk likert dan dichotomous choice. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa mekanisme koping yang berfokus pada masalah (problem-solving coping) berada pada kategori efektif dengan frekuensi 25 orang (69,4%) dan mekanisme koping yang berfokus pada emosi (emotion-focused coping) berada pada kategori efektif dengan frekuensi 19 orang (52,8%). Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme koping pada mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi berada pada kategori efektif dengan frekuensi 28 orang (77,8%).
