This study aim to get project duration and labor wages rate according to the  foreman experience in housing construction project type 36 in the city of Banda Aceh. The scope of this research, is from prepation work to the finishing of the job and selected respondents who had experienced more than 5 years. Each activity of the project was examined using three assessment time. Time data will be used to obtain the age of a construction project using the Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Based on the results of earlier studies that have been conducted on 50 respondents by which the questionnaire are closed deploy the average contractor needed pay by the piece-wage jobs to the chairman of the working group (in this study foreman / foreman). Contractors only provide material at the project site and control the course of the project as agreed in the contract, the cost, time and quality. Each head group using the average working group consisted of 1 foreman / foreman, two carpenters and two workers. The average wage for the labor contract per house is Rp. 19.500.000, - and the duration of completion of the project 62 days. When the level of probability of success by 90%, meant the duration of the project is 64 working days.Keywords : time, labor wages, foreman, craftsmen, workers, PERT methodAbstrak: Tenaga kerja di lapangan diharapkan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan, akan tetapi seringkali pelaksanaannya tidak sesuai dengan rencana dan mengandung ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan durasiproyek, upah tenaga kerja, dan metode pelaksanaan berdasarkan pengalaman kepala tukang yang pernah mengerjakan proyek rumah tipe 36 di Kota Banda Aceh. Lingkup penelitian yaitu dari pekerjaan persiapan sampai dengan pekerjaan finishing dan responden dipilih yang berpengalaman ≥ 5 tahun. Setiap pekerjaan pada proyek ini diteliti dengan menggunakan tiga waktu penaksiran.  Data waktu tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan durasiproyek konstruksi dengan menggunakan metode Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT).  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian awal yang telah dilaksanakan terhadap 50 responden dengan menyebarkan kuisioner bersifat tertutup rata-rata kontraktor membayar upah pekerjaan secara borongan kepada ketua kelompok kerja (dalam penelitian ini kepala tukang/mandor). Kontraktor hanya menyediakan material di lokasi proyek dan mengontrol jalannya proyek sesuai kesepakatan dalam kontrak yaitu terhadap biaya, waktu, dan mutu. Setiap kepala kelompok rata-rata menggunakan kelompok kerjanya yang terdiri dari 1 mandor/kepala tukang, 2 tukang dan 2 pekerja. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Perencanaan yang disusun terdiri dari program tahunan, program semester, minggu efektif, KKM dan RPP yang disusun pada setiap awal tahun ajaran. Mayoritas guru masih bingung dengan kurikulum 2013, sehingga mengadopsi RPP dari internet dan memodifikasi RPP yang mereka susun pada tahun sebelumnya. Pada RPP yang disusun kurang tergambar secara jelas tentang pendekatan scientific dan penilaian Autentic. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru kurang sesuai dengan RPP dan tidak menjadikan RPP sebagai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Kegiatan awal dilakukan berupa memberi salam, berdoa, apersepsi, motivasi, melaksanakan program pemerintah one day one ayat. Proses pembelajaran berlangsung pasif karena pembelajaran berpusat pada guru. Metode yang digunakan secara umum adalah metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Pada kegiatan penutup guru melakukan refleksi, pesan moral dan doa. 3) Evaluasi belum menerapkan evaluasi authentik berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. In this study physicochemical properties of soil were analysed from different high and low Lantana infested areas. Significant site effect was frequently observed than effect due to invasion status. The present study tested the impact of soil properties in the measured and calculated attributes of Lantana by randomly sampling soil from the highly invaded and less invaded sites in different habitats using the Modified Whittaker plot design. Ten samples were collected at high invaded and ten at less invaded sites per habitat totalling to 120 which were obtained and analysed. One way analysis of variance (ANOVA) results indicated that edaphic factors such as soil pH, total nitrogen, soil organic carbon, Phosphorus and Potassium content positively influenced the growth of Lantana and helped in the further invasion process. These factors were also positively influencing the measured and calculated attributes of Lantana such as canopy coverage, average crown diameter, shrub canopy area, phytovolume and biomass from all sites. However some attributes like shrub height and stem diameter were negatively influenced by these soil factors. The level of these soil nutrients was found elevated in all Lantana invaded sites as compared to less invaded sites. The research was conducted in a coffee plantation in Kebet Village, Bebesen Sub-District, Central Aceh District. The experiment was carried out from February to March 2011. The method used in this research was a descriptive method, using direct measurements in the field. The samples of coffee plants were 4 years and 15 years old. The results showed that rainfall interception of 4 years-coffee-crop was 56.87% of the total rainfall of 82.50 mm  and  that of 15-year-old coffee plants was 72.12%, of total rainfall of 133.50 mm. The greater the rainfall was, the greater the interception would be, as well as the older age of the coffee plant was, the greater the percentage of interception was recorded. The average proportion of rainfall as the water passes (throughfall) was greater than the proportion of rainfall that becomes stream stems (stemflow), due to high density of leaves covering the stem. Relationship between rainfall and interception on coffee plants was a natural logarithm equation: (1) for 4 years coffee crop,  I = 3.440 ln (Pg) + 0.650 and R2 = 0.56; (2) for 15 years old coffee crop, I = 2.992 ln (Pg) + 2.371 and R2 = 0.69.
