Ironically, the province has been ranked as the third corrupted province in Indonesia. This study analyse descriptively the role of the higher education institutions in combating the corruption in Aceh. The efforts to empower the universities in combating the corruption were proposed in the study. The universities are supposed not only to transfer knowledge but it also to transfer the values. The universities should educate student to become a good citizen, intellectually and spiritually. The values, norms, and Islamic ethics should be inculcated into the students during the studying and learning process at the universities. The content of the curricula needs to be developed, inculcating these Islamic values, i.e., amanah (trustworthy), honesty, responsibility, ikhlas (sincerity), ihsan (benevolent), ‘adil (just), and teaching for the sake of Allah. It is strongly believed that by inculcating Islamic principles and values into the students’ mind, the university graduates will be able to free themselves from any corrupted activities and even they emerge as the heroes who readily stand in forefront to combatcorruption in Aceh. Geologically, Simpang Tiga is formed by sedimentary rocks and carbonate minerals. This study aims is to identify the types of minerals in Simpang Tiga that has economic value. In this study the samples are identified using naked eye and optical microscope to identify more clearly. After that, the comparison with catalogue is made. HCl is used to identify carbonate type minerals. The results indicate that there are classes of carbonate mineral that are calcite (CaCO3) and dolomite (CaMg (CO3)2). Oxide groups with the type of mineral are the mineral magnetite (Fe3O4), hematite (Fe2O3), magnesium (MgO) and agate (SiO2). Group with the type of mineral silica is a mineral biotite (K(Mg,Fe)3 (AlSi3)O10(OH, F)2. Result shows that Simpang Tiga have deposit of carbonate and oxide type of mineral, which are potential for economic development, building materials and industrial materials such as cement raw material and iron ore. Adsorpsi ion logam krom (Cr (NO3)2) oleh arang aktif berlangsung cukup baik pada semua kondisi. Pada waktu pembakaran 2 jam, serapan minimum sebesar 98,90% terjadi pada waktu aktivasi menit ke-60 dengan waktu kontak 90 menit dan serapan terbaik terjadi pada pada waktu aktivasi 15 menit dengan waktu kontak 45 menit, dimana serapan ion logam krom (Cr (NO3)2) mencapai 100%. Sementara itu pada pembakaran 4 jam, serapan minimum sebesar 98,79% terjadi pada waktu aktivasi 30 menit dengan waktu kontak 45 menit dan serapan terbaik terjadi pada pada waktu aktivasi 30 menit dengan waktu kontak 90 menit, dimana serapan ion logam krom (Cr (NO3)2) mencapai 100%. Proses adsorpsi ion logam krom (Cr (NO3)2) sudah dapat berlangsung secara efektif pada pembakaran arang selama 2 jam. In this study, nutmeg shells used as adsorbent of Cr (II) has been activated with a solution of 1 M ZnCl2 activation time in several variations. Adsorption of metal ions chromium (Cr (NO3)2) by activated charcoal lasted quite well in all conditions. At the time of the burning of 2 hours, a minimum of 98.90% uptake occurs at the time of activation of the 60th minute with a contact time of 90 minutes and the best absorption occurs at the activation time of 15 minutes with a contact time of 45 minutes, where the uptake of metal ions chromium (Cr (NO3)2) to reach 100%. Mean while, the burning of 4 hours, a minimum of 98.79% uptake occurs at activation time 30 minutes with a 45 minute contact time and the best absorption occurs at the activation time of 30 minutes with a contact time of 90 minutes, where the uptake of metal ions chromium (Cr (NO3)2) reaches 100%. The process of adsorption of metal ions chromium (Cr (NO3)2) was able to take place effectively at burning charcoal for 2 hours. The research aims to measure the imbalance level of household’s income distribution in the sub district of Peukan Bada, Aceh Besar. The method used is survey method. Sampling was conducted randomly and multi stage. The results were analyzed with gain ratio coefficient. It shows that the income distribution of households for those who work as farmer and local labor is categorized as moderate while that for those who work as civil employee and merchant is categorized as low. The calculation shows gain ratio index is 0.386 which lies on moderate category. Based on the World Bank criterion, it was found that 40% of the people with low income in this area have 11.4% of income per year. That means, the imbalance of income distribution in the sub district of Peukan Bada lies in a low level. Pengobatan epilepsi memerlukan waktu selama 2 tahun sehingga diperlukan kepatuhan dari pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan keluarga, penyuluhan kesehatan dan sikap petugas medis dengan tingkat kepatuhan berobat pasien epilepsi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu variabel - variabel yang dinilai diukur melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah keluarga pasien epilepsi yang berobat di Poliklinik Saraf dan Poliklinik Anak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Zainoel Abidin Kota Banda Aceh yaitu sebanyak 38 orang. Hasil dari uji Chi Square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan pengetahuan (p value 0,001), penyuluhan kesehatan (p value 0,003) dan sikap petugas medis (p value 0,001) dengan tingkat kepatuhan berobat pasien epilepsi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan pengetahuan, penyuluhan kesehatan dan sikap petugas medis dengan tingkat kepatuhan berobat.Kata kunci: Epilepsi, Pengetahuan, Penyuluhan Kesehatan, Sikap Petugas Medis, Tingkat Kepatuhan BerobatABSTRACTEpilepsy is a syndrome characterized by disturbances of brain function that is temporary and proximal, which provide a manifestation form a disruption or loss of consciousness, disturbance of motoric, sensory, psychological, and autonomic systems, as well as episodic. Epilepsy require 2 years treatment therefore the obedience needed of patients in treatment time. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of family knowledge, health education and attitudes of medical personnel to the level of treatment obedience of patients with epilepsy. This research is a cross sectional analytic design is variables assessed were measured through interviews using questionnaires. The sample in this research is a family of epilepsy patients who had treatment in the Neurology Clinic and Polyclinic for Children in General Hospital Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh as many as 38 people. Results of the Chi Square test shows there is a relationship of knowledge (p value 0.001), health education (p value 0.003) and the attitude of medical personnel (p value 0.001) with the level of obedience treatment of patients with epilepsy. The conclusion from this research is that there is a relationship of knowledge, health education and attitudes of medical personnel to the level of treatment obedience. Telkomsel telah ada di Aceh sejak 19 tahun yang lalu, khususnya di wilayah kampus Unsyiah Telkomsel mendirikan 1 BTS tersendiri ditambah dengan beberapa BTS disekitarnya yang melayani wilayah Unsyiah. Penelitian ini akan mengukur dan menganalisa kualitas sinyal GSM Telkomsel di wilayah kampus Unsyiah. Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran akan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi G-Net Track dengan menggunakan parameter RxLev yang dapat mengukur kekuatan sinyal yang diterima dari telepon seluler. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa sebesar 74.72% sinyal yang didapat termasuk kategori sangat bagus , 20.65% sinyal dikategorikan bagus, hanya 4.61% dikategorikan cukup dan tidak terdapat ketidakcukupan sinyal di wilayah cakupan Unsyiah.
