Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani karet rakyat di Kecamatan Kuta Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Utara ditinjau dari aspek finansial. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode survey, Penentuan desa sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling). Metode pengambilan sampel petani dilakukan dengan cara acak terstratifikasi (Stratified Random Sampling) berdasarkan umur tanaman karet, besarnya sampel yang diambil dari keseluruhan populasi sebesar 20%. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang di pergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis finansial. Dimana dalam analisis ini dipergunakan kriteria Investasi yaitu Net Present Value( NPV), Internal Rate Of Return( IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Break Even Point (BEP), Analisis Sensivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani karet rakyat di Kecamatan Kuta Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Utara layak untuk diusahakan bila ditinjau dari segi finansial. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa dengan asumsi suku bunga yang berlaku sebesar 18% pertahun, maka besarnya nilai NPV > 0 dari usahatani karet selama 25 tahun pada DF 18% adalah senilai Rp. 19.894.573, Net B/C > 1 yaitu 1,97 , IRR > tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku (18%) yaitu 30,00% dan BEP terjadi pada 6 tahun 9 bulan. Dan dari hasil analisis sensitivitas dengan hasil perhitungan kriteria investasi cost naik 10%, benefit tetap pada usahatani karet hasil diperoleh NPV > 0 yaitu Rp. 17.857.216, Net B/C >1 yaitu 1,79, IRR yaitu 28,00%, dan BEP 6 tahun 11 bulan dan pada hasil perhitungan kriteria investasi benefit turun 10% dan Cost tetap pada usahatani karet hasil diperoleh NPV > 0 yaitu Rp, 15.867.759, Net B/C > 1 yaitu 1,77, IRR yaitu 28,00% dan BEP 6 tahun 11 bulan.Kata Kunci : Analisis Kelayakan, Usahatani Karet Rakyat, Tanaman KaretFEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF THE RUBBER ESTATES FARMING IN KUTA MAKMUR DISTRICT IN ACEH UTARA DISTRICTNadia Fajri /Agribusiness Department of Syiah Kuala UniversityABSTRAKThis study was done in Kuta Makmur subdistrict, North Aceh District. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of smallholder rubber farming in Kuta Makmur subdistrict, North Aceh District in terms of financial aspects. The research method used was a survey method, determination of sample villages purposive sampling. The sampling method was done by farmers stratified random sampling. based on the age of the rubber plant, the amount of samples taken from the entire population of 20%. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Method which used in this study is the financial analysis. Where the criteria used in this analysis, namely Investment Present Value( NPV), Internal Rate Of Return( IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Break Even Point (BEP), Analisis Sensivitas. The results showed that rubber farming folk in Kuta Makmur subdistrict, Aceh Utara District deserves to be developed when the review of financial terms. It can be seen that assuming current interest rates of 18% per year, then the value of NPV> 0 of rubber farming for 25 years at 18% DF is Rp. 19,894,573, net B/C > 1 is 1.97, IRR > the prevailing interest rate (18%) BEP is 30.00% and occurred at 6 years and 9 months. Objek penelitian ini adalah kabupaten induk dan kabupaten pemekarannya di Propinsi Sumatera Barat berdasarkan UU Nomor 38/2003. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder periode 2006-2013.Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Indeks Kinerja Keuangan (IKK) dan uji beda-t. Estimasi dilakukan dengan regresi panel menggunakan program Eviews. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata IKK kabupaten induk sebesar 32,44 dan rata-rata IKK kabupaten pemekarannya sebesar 35,20. Hasil uji beda-t menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan IKK kabupaten induk dan IKK kabupaten pemekarannya. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah baik pada kabupaten induk maupun pada kabupaten pemekarannya. Tidak terjadi flypaper effect pada kabupaten induk dan pemekarannya. PISA adalah salah satu evaluasi internasional yang dilaksanakan secara rutin setiap tiga tahun sekali untuk mengevaluasi peserta didik pada usia sekitar 15 tahun. Pelaksanaan PISA yang telah dimulai sejak tahun 2000 menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan anak-anak Indonesia khususnya dalam literasi matematika masih rendah. Dalam literasi matematika PISA, kemampuan komunikasi matematis merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk menunjang kemampuan matematika lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal PISA di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam siswa kelas VIII-2. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian dijaring melalui tes dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif terhadap hasil tes dan wawancara siswa dengan mengacu pada rubrik penilaian komunikasi matematis. Pemilihan siswa yang diwawancarai berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, yaitu siswa yang mewakili variasi skor untuk setiap konten soal dan siswa yang mengerjakan soal dengan langkah penyelesaian yang unik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten perubahan dan hubungan (change and releationship) berada pada kategori baik, 2) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten kuantitas (quantity) berada pada kategori baik, 3) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten ketidakpastian dan data (uncertainty and data) masih berada pada kategori rendah, 4) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten ruang dan bentuk (space and shape) masih berada pada kategori rendah, 5) terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal komunikasi matematis PISA yaitu: siswa masih sulit memahami informasi dari masalah yang diberikan; tidak mampu mengidentifikasikan konsep dari soal; salah dalam menggunakan konsep; belum mampu membuat model matematika; belum mampu mengaitkan ide ke dalam bentuk gambar; lemah dalam penafsiran gambar; penguasaan materi prasyarat yang masih rendah; dan lemah dalam operasi hitung.
