Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program peningkatan kinerja personil, langkah-langkah meningkatkan kinerja personil, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kinerja personil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah pimpinan, wakil pimpinan, kepala bagian dan guru-guru Dayah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program peningkatan kinerja personil adalah pembinaan mental personil dan kaderisasi, penertiban administrasi Dayah, pendelegasian tugas, pemberdayaan dan pengembangan, pemberian dorongan serta pengawasan dan evaluasi kinerja personil. 2) Langkah-langkah pimpinan Dayah dalam meningkatkan kinerja personil adalah melakukan pembinaan mental dan kaderisasi personil, menertibkan administras Dayah, mendelegasikan tugas, memberdayakan dan mengembangkan personil, memotivasi personil, mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja personil. 3) Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan kinerja personil adalah pimpinan Dayah memiliki wibawa dan kharismatik serta bersikap demokratis terhadap personil, posisi organisatoris yang seluruhnya adalah murid dari pimpinan, keadaan lingkungan yang kondusif. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan kinerja personil adalah pertambahan jumlah santri melebihi kapasitas asrama yang tersedia, sebagian personil tidak hadir pada pengajian rutin, sebagian personil bukan dari yang memiliki latar belakang ilmu administrasi, minoritas personil yang kurang aktif, tidak semua personil mendapat kesempatan mengikuti pelatihan dan tidak tersedia tunjangan finansial untuk personil.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Dayah dan Kinerja Personil.AbstractMarzuki)The Leadership of Dayah is a factor that affects in improving the performance of personnel. Subjects were Dayah leader ,vise leader, and the head of department and teachers. The results of the study showed that: 1) personnel performance improvement Program is mental coaching personnel and regeneration, administrative enforcement Dayah, delegation of tasks, empowerment and development personnel, encouragement, supervision and evaluation of personnel performance; 2) the Steps of Dayah leadership in improving the performance of personnel is to perform mental coaching personnel and regeneration, to curb Dayah administration, to delegate tasks, to empower and develop personnel, motivate personnel, monitor and evaluate the performance of personnel; 3) supporting factors in improving the performance of personnel among other things; Dayah leaders have charismatic authority and in the presence of personnel as well as democratic attitude towards personnel, organizational positions are entirely student of leadership itself, the state of the environment is conducive. Salah satu tanda infeksi saluran pernafasan bawah adalah adanya sputum yang produktif dan purulen. Saat ini telah banyak ditemukan kuman yang resisten terhadap antibiotik sebagai terapi utama penyakit infeksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pola kuman yang diisolasi dari sputum dan resistensinya terhadap antibiotik di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data penelitian diambil secara retrospektif dari buku register Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Klinis RSUDZA Banda Aceh periode 1 Januari - 31 Desember 2011. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pola kuman dari sputum di RSUDZA tahun 2011 terbanyak adalah Klebsiella sp. (19,8%) diikuti Klebsiella pneumoniae (17,3%), Acinetobacter sp. (16,5%), Pseudomonas sp. (15,7%), Enterobacter sp. (8,7%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (7,4%), Staphylococcus sp. (3,3%), Staphylococcus aureus (3,3%), Streptococcus sp. (2,5%), Proteus sp. (2,5%), Escherichia coli (2,5%) dan Streptococcus grup B (0,8%). Hasil uji sensitivitas antibiotik menunjukkan bahwa bakteri Gram negatif yang ditemukan telah resisten terhadap antibiotik golongan Fluoroquinolon sebanyak 52,3% dan terhadap Cephalosporin generasi III sebanyak 37,1%. Sementara itu, bakteri Gram positif yang ditemukan telah resisten terhadap antibiotik golongan Penicillin sebanyak 87,5% namun masih sensitif terhadap antibiotik Vancomycin sebesar 81,8%.
