This study aims to determine the effect of inorganic NPK fertilizer dose and concentration of growth regulators gibberellin (GA3) on the growth of vegetative and generative plant lemon cui. This research was conducted in the experimental farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University Syiah Kuala which lasted from March to October 2013. This study used a randomized block design pattern 2 x 5 factorial with 3 replications, each unit consisting of 2 plants. Factors studied were dose of NPK fertilizer consisting of 10 g/ polybag and 20 g/ polybag and gibberellin concentration consists of control, 150 ppm, 300 ppm, 450 ppm and 600 ppm. The results showed that the dose of NPK fertilizer significantly affected the number of leaves at 30, 60 and 90 HST. The best plant growth contained in the treatment of 10 g/ polybag. Gibberellin concentration significantly affect the amount of interest at the age of 100 HST and the amount of fruit, flowers and percentage loss fruit diameter at the age of 150 HST. The best plant growth found on the treatment concentration of 300 ppm gibberellin. Badan kesehatan dunia mencatat tahun 2009 terdapat lebih dari 7 juta orang meninggal dikarenakan insiden kecelakaan dan sekitar 2 juta orang mengalami kecacatan fisik. Respon cemas yang terjadi pada individu yang mengalami fraktur dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik yakni umur, pendidikan, jenis kelamin, dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan pasien patah tulang di Poli Orthopedi RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil adalah pasien patah tulang yang datang berobat di Poli Orthopedi RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh,Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknikaccidental sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat. Hasil uji didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan pada responden yang berobat di Poli Orthopedi RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh adalah berpengetahuan baik yaitu 59 orang (59,%) dan tingkat pendidikan pada responden sebagian besar berpendidikan tinggi yaitu 49 orang (49%). Kelompok usia yang didapatkan pada responden sebagian besar adalah kelompok usia dewasa awal (18-40 tahun) sebanyak 84 orang. Faktor virulensiA. actinomycetemcomitans memiliki kemampuan untukmemfasilitasi kolonisasi, invasi dan destruksi pada jaringan periodonsium. Pada beberapa dekade terakhir, penelitian tentang obat herbal berkembang pesat. Buah belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) merupakan salah satu obat herbal yang memiliki efek antibakteri disebabkan karena kandungan zat bioaktif berupa alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid, kuinon, dan triterpenoid serta diperkuat oleh asam organik yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri dari buah belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) terhadap A. actinomycetemcomitans. Penelitian yang bersifat eksperimental laboratoris ini menggunakan isolat klinis A. actinomycetemcomitans berasal dari FKH Universitas Gajah Mada, Jogjakarta dan ekstrak buah belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) yang diperoleh dengan proses maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Uji aktivitas antibakteri buah belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi)terhadap A. actinomycetemcomitans dilakukan dengan metode Standard Plate Count (SPC).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya pertumbuhan A. actinomycetemcomitans yang dipapar dengan ekstrak buah belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) pada konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%. Konsentrasi Bunuh Minimum (KBM) dari penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi 25%, Konsentrasi Hambat Minimum (KHM) tidak ada. Berdasarkan uji statistik Mann-Whitney, terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna dari setiap konsentrasi ekstrak dengan kelompok kontrol negatif dan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara setiap kelompok ekstrak dengan kontrol positif. This experimental laboratories research was using clinical isolate of A. actinomycetemcomitans fromVeterinary Faculty Gajah Mada University, Yogjakarta and bilimbi fruit (Averrhoa bilimbi)extract which was maserated with 96% ethanol solvent. Antibacterial activity ofbilimbi fruit (Averrhoa bilimbi)against A. actinomycetemcomitans was evaluated byStandard Plate Count (SPC) method. The result showed the absence ofA. actinomycetemcomitansgrowth at the 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% concentration of extract. Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) at 25% consentration, without Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC). Based on Mann-Whitney statistical test,the significant differences were shown between all concentration of bilimbi fruit(Averrhoa bilimbi)extract compared to negative control (Aquades) group and the significant differences were not shown between all concentration of bilimbi fruit (Averrhoa bilimbi)extract compared to positive control (Ciprofloxacin)group.
