Mopoli Raya serta peran perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga karyawannya. Jenis data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 32 keluarga karyawan yang bekerja di PT Mopoli Raya. Tingkat kesejahteraan diukur berdasarkan indikator tingkat kesejahteraan menurtut Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 90,6 % keluarga karyawan berada pada tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi.
