Based onPermenkes 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 about the Regulations of Drinking WaterQuality, the content of Escherichia coli in a 100 ml sample is zero. The researchaimed to know the differences in the content of Escherichia coli in refill drinkingwater which were analized by Most probable number method and Membranefilter method. The research used observation method with descriptive analyticdesign which is carried out on 28 samples of drinking water refill depot in citycenter and downtown area. The data were analyzed by t-test and Anova usingSPSS version 16. The results showed that there is a significant difference betweenthe membrane filter method and most probable number method. Anova testshowed no significant difference between the downtown area and the city centereither to the monitored or unmonitored region. The average of Escherichia colicontent observed using membrane filter method was 4,46 CFU/100 ml samplewhile the content with most probable number method was 2,64 MPN Escherichiacoli/100 ml sample. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis spektrum Fast Furier Transform (FFT) dan analisis kenormalan curah hujan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spektrum curah hujan aceh Besar memiliki periodesitas 6, 8, 10, 42, 50, 52, 66, 76, 78, 80, 100, 102, 110, 136, dan 156 bulanan terhadap spektrum indeks dipole mode. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dengan cara membandingkan frekuensi indeks dipole mode dan frekuensi curah hujan pada periode yang sama. Dibanding fenomena dipole mode negatif (DM -) fenomena dipole mode positif (DM +) memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap curah hujan Aceh Besar, hal ini berdasarkan pada jumlah kesamaan periode puncak dan lembah frekuensi indeks dipole mode terhadap Aceh Besar. To challenge these problems, the improvement way of learning is needed. Inquiry method is associated to improve student learning outcomes and activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of student learning outcomes and activities that is learned between the inquiry method and conventional learning. The population of this study was all students from five classes in grade VII MTsN Bakti Pidie City academic year of 2010/2011. The samples were randomly selected (random sampling) with VII2 grade students as the experimental group and VII4 grade students as a control group. The data was collected through paper and pencil test: pretest and posttest and non-test through observation sheet. The data is analyzed using t-test, moreover student activities were analyzed by percentage formula. The analysis of data shows t count= 3.80 and ttable = 2.64, it is indicated that the student learning outcomes by methods of inquiry is significantly different from student learning outcomes with conventional methods. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh Local Government Innovations for Community in Aceh (LOGICA2) bersama Aceh Institute (AI) pada beberapa kecamatan di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Responden yang mengurus SKM mayoritas adalah masyarakat dengan status pekerjaan petani dan pada umumnya berpendidikan tidak lulus SD, SD dan SMP/sederajat. Persepsi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik berdasarkan variabel-variabel indikator pelayanan publik, umumnya hasil menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat menilai kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh beberapa kecamatan sudah bagus. Sebanyak 38 variabel indikator pelayanan publik di ekstraksi dan menghasilkan 10 faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam mengurus SKM dengan persentase varians total sebesar 76,717 %. Kesepuluh faktor tersebut yaitu faktor keadilan mendapat pelayanan, kesopanan dan keramahan, kenyamanan lingkungan kantor camat, kemampuan petugas, sikap menghargai, kedisiplinan petugas, kenyamanan kantor keuchik, tanggungjawab petugas, prosedur pelayanan dan kepastian biaya. Getah pepaya (Carica papaya) diperoleh dari Lembah Seulawah Aceh Besar dan minyak jelantah berasal dari Kentucky Fried Chiken (KFC). Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah mendapatkan informasi tentang kemampuan getah papaya (Carica papaya) bertindak sebagai sumber enzim lipase. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa getah pepaya (Carica papaya) dapat berfungsi sebagai sumber enzim lipase pada proses transesterifikasi antara minyak jelantah dan 1-butanol. Struktur butil ester ditegaskan oleh spektrum FT-IR pada 1746 cm-1 untuk regang  C=O dan pada 1213,7 cm -1 untuk regang C-O. Meskipun demikian, butil ester yang dihasilkan masih bercampur dengan alkohol dan asam lemak bebas yang ditegaskan adanya puncak pada 3350,5 cm-1 untuk regang –O-H. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui komparasi faktor-faktor pengambilan keputusan petani (faktor; produk, pelayanan, promosi, dan reputasi bank) dalam memilih menjadi nasabah di lembaga perbankan pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI Unit Suka Makmur) dan Bank Aceh (Capem Aneuk Galong) Kecamatan Suka Makmur, Kabupaten Aceh Besar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif - uji frekuensi (proporsi) dan pengujian hipotesa menggunakan uji-t dengan menghimpun data primer (berdasarkan kuesioner dan wawancara yang ditabulasi kedalam skala likert untuk kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS yang datanya kemudian ditampilkan dan diinterpretasikan).Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data uji-t, bahwa faktor; produk (X1), pelayanan (X2), promosi (X3), dan reputasi bank (X4) mempengaruhi (nyata/ signifikan) terhadap keputusan (Y) petani (nasabah) dalam memilih menjadi nasabah pada Bank BRI Unit Suka Makmur dan Bank Aceh Capem Aneuk Galong di Kecamatan Suka Makmur, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Adapun Komparasi keputusan petani menjadi nasabah pada Bank BRI Unit Suka Makmur dan Bank Aceh Capem Aneuk Galong tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Berdasarkan analisis frekuensi (proporsi) bahwa persentase rata-rata variabel keputusan (Y) menjadi nasabah didominasi oleh pernyataan setuju (53,3%) untuk masing-masing bank. Responden menilai bahwa variabel unggulan yang melatar belakangi pengambilan keputusan menjadi nasabah perbankan lebih didorong oleh dua variabel berikut, yaitu variabel produk (X1) dan variabel pelayanan (X2). Based on the analysis of the frequency (proportion) that the average percentage of decision variables (Y) to be dominated by a customer statement agree (53.3%) for each bank. Respondents considered that the superior variables of the background leading to the decision making more bank customers driven by the following two variables, namely the variable product (X1) and variable service (X2).
