Namun, banyak yang belum menyadari bahwa air rekreasi buatan yang digunakan untuk aktivitas renang dapat menjadi media penyebaran penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kualitas mikrobiologis air rekreasi buatan di sarana rekreasi buatan A dan B. Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi laboratorium dengan pemeriksaan mikrobiologis air menggunakan metode Most Probable Number (MPN) dan Total Plate Count (TPC) terhadap 20 titik sampel air kolam renang pada kedua sarana tersebut. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dua kali yaitu pada waktu pagi dan sore hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan MPN koliform dari 40 sampel air yang diuji berkisar antara 0 - 240 per 100 ml dan hasil TPC 64 - 2980 cfu/ml. Merujuk pada Pedoman WHO Tahun 2006 dan Permenkes RI No. 416 Tahun 1990, hanya 4 titik sampel (20%) yang memenuhi syarat mikrobiologis air kolam renang, sedangkan 16 titik sampel lainnya (80%) masih belum memenuhi syarat mikrobiologis. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan jumlah kuman pada pengambilan sampel sore hari dibandingkan saat pagi hari. Minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pengertian, penyebab, cara pencegahan dan dampak keputihan akan memberi pengaruh yang besar terhadap status kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan siswi SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh tentang Keputihan (fluor albus). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Jumlah populasi adalah 253 siswi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 siswi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan siswi tentang pengertian keputihan berada pada kategori tinggi (92,96%), pengetahuan siswi tentang penyebab keputihan tinggi (67,61%), pengetahuan siswi tentang cara pencegahan keputihan tinggi (84,51%), pengetahuan siswi tentang dampak keputihan tinggi (83,1%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengetahuan Siswi Smp Negeri 8 Banda Aceh tentang Keputihan adalah tinggi (81,69%), baik siswi yang belum maupunyang telah mengalami menstruasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapkan kepada pihak sekolah untuk lebih mengaktifkan sarana dan prasarana kesehatan di sekolah dan kepada instansi kesehatan agar menggiatkan program pembinaan kesehatan ke sekolah-sekolah agar tercipta pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja yang efektif dan berkesinambungan.Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Keputihan (fluor albus)ABSTRACTTeenagers are one part of the population of risk vaginal discharge that need special attention. It is important to know whether vaginal discharge experienced is normal or not. The lack of knowledge about the definition, cause, prevention and impact will discharge members considerable influence on the reproductive health status. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of student knowledge of Junior High School 8 Banda Aceh on Vaginal Discharge (fluor albus). This type of research is used descriptive. The population is 253 students. The sampling technique using a quota sampling.the sample in this study were 71 female students.from the research, found that student knowledge about the understanding of vaginal discharge is high category (92,96%), student knowledge about the vaginal discharge the cause is high ( 67,61%) , student knowledge about the preventive treatment of vaginal discharge the cause is high (84,51%), student knowledge about the impact of vaginal discharge the cause is high (83,1%). Tujuan dari penelitian limbah padat di pulau Weh ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi kuantitas limbah padat di pulau dan daya degradasi oleh lingkungan (alam) yang dilakukan dengan menghitung neraca massa material yang masuk dan keluar dari pulau serta limbah padat yang dihasilkan dan menyusun aliran material di pulau Weh dan akumulasi material di pulau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa material yang masuk ke pulau Weh pertahun 35.466,2 ton yang terdiri dari material organik 9.810,46 ton/tahun dan anorganik 25.655,74 ton/tahun yang digunakan untuk kelompok konstruksi sebesar 52,56% dan untuk konsumsi 47,44%, dari barang masuk tersebut tersebar pemakaiannya di pulau dan lebih terkonsentrasi di kawasan kota. Sumber limbah padat ke TPA (Tempat Pembuangan Akhir) yaitu dari perumahan/pemukiman 38,57% (902,59 ton/tahun), fasilitas umum, kantor, dan sekolah 6,11% (142,98 ton/tahun), pertokoan, hotel, dan restoran 13,78% (322,47 ton/tahun), kawasan wisata 3,81% (89,16 ton/tahun), sapuan jalan 13,78% (322,47 ton/tahun) dan pasar 23,95% (560,47 ton/tahun). Limbah padat yang masuk ke TPA adalah 60% dari limbah padat di pulau Weh, yaitu 2.340,15 ton/tahun dari produksi limbah padat di pulau Weh dan 40% limbah padat tersebar di lingkungan (di luar TPA) yaitu sebesar 1.560,10 ton/tahun. Limbah padat lainnya yang tidak keluar dari pulau Weh dapat merusak ekosistem pulau jika tidak ditangani dengan benar. The purpose of this study of solid waste on the island of Weh is to find and identify the quantity of solid waste and the environment degradation power by calculating the mass balance of materials in and out of the island as well as the solid waste generated and compiled the material flow in Weh island and the accumulation of material on the island. The results showed that the material that enter Weh island 35,466.2 tonnes per year consist of organic material 9,810.46 tons / year and inorganic 25,655.74 tons / year, used for the construction of 52.56% and 47.44% consumption, of the incoming goods are spread use on the island and more concentrated in the cities.
