Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan sensus sebagai proses penilitian.Pengumpulan data dan informasi yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian lapangan (field research). Data yang dipakai adalah data primer, yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui kuesioner dari 58 responden.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pejabat pemerintah daerah yang berlatarbelakang akuntansi dan pejabat pemerintah yang berlatarbelakang non-akuntansi tidak sama. Penelitian ini mencoba menginvestigasi peran intermediasi perbankan syariah dalam memicu pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time-series kuartalan SBIS, total pembiayaan perbankan syariah, pertumbuhan sektor riil dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan periode waktu penelitian 2000:Q4 sampai 2012:Q4. Hasil-hasil empiris mengindikasikan dalam jangka panjang, terdapat hubungan ekuilibrium antara perkembangan perbankan syariah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Uji kausalitas Granger menunjukkan adanya hubungan dua arah (bi-directional causality) diantara pertumbuhan sektor riil dan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta hubungan satu arah yang berasal dari total pembiayaan yang disalurkan oleh perbankan syariah terhadap pertumbuhan sektor riil dan petumbuhan ekonomi. Radhi Description An account of the resource ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of regionally original income, transfer fund, gross regional domestic product, and population, to local government spending in regencies/municipalities in Aceh Province For the year 2009-2011. The research type used in this research is causal study. By using purposive sampling method and balanced panel data, there are 42 regencies/municipalities observations fulfilling the population criteria.The data type used is secondary data gotten from the DJPK (Directorate General of Fiscal Balance) and BPS (Central Statistic Agency) Aceh Province. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari DJPK (Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan) dan BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) provinsi Aceh.
