The main focus of this study were (1) documenting the profile of livestock estate of Village Breeding Centre (VBC) and Village Fattening Centre (VFC) for beef cattle under local resources base, (2) documenting the profile of local resources in terms of the potential of individual farmer and group dynamic, (3) documenting the degree of livestock estate consist of: elementary, middle and advance. Livestock On-Farm Trials was conducted by survey on Village Breeding Centre and Village Fattening Centre. 81 VBC and VFC located at 5 regencies in Central Java (Cilacap, Banyumas, Purbalingga, Banjarnegara, and Kebumen) were involved in this study. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive statistics were applied in this study. Conclusions remark of this study: (1) The profile of livestock estate for breeding were dominated by secondary grade (92%), followed by elementary (4%) and advance (4%) grades. The profile of livestock estate for fattening better than breeding estate, the grade of livestock estate for breeding was advance (18%) and secondary (82%) and no elementary grade.; (2) The potencial of individual farmer under midle grade (77%) and high grade (23%). These good conditions are really support for developing breeding and fattening beef calte estate; (3) The poteny of group farmer institution comprise of the potency of social resources and group dynamic. The potency of social resources was dominated (85%) by high grade, followed by midle grade (15%). The good condition of social resources potency are really support livestock esate development, unfortunalty this condition unsupported by group dynamic where they are tend to be statis and decline (76%); (4) Based on the development process, beef cattle estate consists of three categories: elementary, secondary, and advance degree. Only 4% of elementary degree was found at beef cattle breeding. Mostly, they are under condition of secondary grade (92% at breeding centre, and 82% at fattening centre). The advance grade was found in small number (at breeding and fattening centre were 4 and 18%, respectively). Sistem keterandalan sebuah gardu hubung sangat berperan penting untuk memenuhi tenaga listrik yang dibutuhkan konsumen selama 24 jam. Sementara gangguan atau kerusakan dalam sistem distribusi akan mempengaruhi nilai keandalan sistem distribusi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, salah satu cara untuk mengantisipasi pemadaman ke konsumen, perlu di analisis nilai indeks keandalan pada sebuah gardu hubung yang harus memenuhi target PLN yang telah ditetapkan yaitu secara kuantitatif mencapai 0,47 kali/bulan untuk SAIFI, dan 0,20 jam/bulan untuk SAIDI. Sehingga tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI pada Gardu Hubung Krueng Cut kemudian membandingkan dengan nilai yang telah ditargetkan PLN. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Feeder Prada, Feeder Lamgugob, Feeder Lingke, Feeder Unsyiah, dan Feeder Tungkop memenuhi nilai target PLN yaitu 0,47 kali/bulan untuk indeks SAIFI, sedangkan Feeder Neuheun dan Feeder Kruen Raya tidak memenuhi nilai target PLN. Dan untuk indeks SAIDI hanya Feeder Prada yang memenuhi nilai target PLN yaitu 0,20 jam/bulan, sedangkan Feeder lainnya tidak memenuhi nilai target PLN. Dari ketujuh Feeder tersebut, hanya feeder Prada yang memiliki nilai yang paling bagus untuk semua indeks. The objective of the present study was to assess fisheries sustainability of flying fish in Takalar, South Sulawesi using RAPFISH analysis which is composed of four dimensions (ecological, economic, social, and technological).The results of sustainability analysis show that sustainability index in Takalar is 30.93, indicates that the status of flying fish commodities was less sustainable. Monte Carlo analysis results revealed that fisheries sustainability index is strongly stable. Leverage analysis results showed that there were 10 sensitive attributes of 15 existing attributes. Ten sensitive attributes should be of concern to policy makers and become policy priorities in the management of flying fish in Takalar.Hence, arrangement and the implementation of policies on sustainable flying fish fishery in Takalar is cricually needed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai status keberlanjutan sumberdaya ikan terbangdi Selat Makassar.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis RAPFISH dengan menggunakan 4 dimensi yaitu ekologi, ekonomi, sosial, dan teknologi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status keberlanjutan perikanan ikan terbang di Kabupaten Takalardikategorikankurang berkelanjutan karena nilai indeks yang dihasilkan hanya sebesar 30.93. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa dari total 15 atribut yang digunakan, teridentifikasi 10 atribut sensitif yang mempengaruhi nilai indeks keberlanjutan perikanan ikan terbang yaitu: jangkauan daerah penangkapan, ukuran ikan yang tertangkap, ikan yang tertangkap sebelum dewasa, pasar utama telur, harga jual, sumber modal kerja, pemanfaatan traditional ecological knowledge, sistem ponggawa-sawi, pola kerja, dan perubahan alat tangkap bale-bale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah melakukan tiga kebijakan, yaitu: pembiaran, penggusuran dan perelokasian tempat usaha. The system of education is also influenced by educational policy. Formulation, implementation of educational policy needs to be evaluated for being appropriate to the objective of education. This research aimed to find out the implementation of educational policy, which included: 1) Program of family education, 2) Implementation of educational policy, and 3) Educational obstacles for improving children’s moral behavior in Aceh Tengah District. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interview, documentation and observation. The subjects of research were Head of Education Ministry in Aceh Tengah District and society figure. From the research results, it was found that there was no one of government policy which was established into regional government regulations (qanun) about children’s moral education, and many family education programs were still run based on parents experience by generation to generation. For children’s moral education out of school time, a regional government issued appeals of reading Al Quran after magrib and activating communal Quran reading. The obstacles of family education in Aceh Tengah were that unequal parental education and weak economy so that children’s development was given over to education institutions. There were no programmed, detailed socialization and society mapping,and the role of society in educating a generation had already been decreased since it was oriented materials. It is recommended that a program of family education about children’s moral should be formulated to be a regional policy by involving all stakeholders. Keywords: Educational policy and family education                          Abstrak: Perilaku moral anak dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan formal dan non formal. Sistem pendidikan juga dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pendidikan. Perumusan, implementasi kebijakan pendidikan perlu dievaluasi agar sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan keluarga dalam memantapkan perilaku anak di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, mencakup, 1) Program pendidikan keluarga, 2) Pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan, dan 3) Hambatan-hambatan pendidikan dalam memantapkan prilaku moral anak di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan belum adanya satupun kebijakan pemerintah yang ditetapkan ke dalam peraturan pemerintah daerah (qanun) untuk pendidikan moral anak, program pendidikan keluarga masih banyak dijalankan berdasarkan pengalaman orang tua secara turun temurun. Pendidikan moral anak di luar jam sekolah, pemerintah daerah mengeluarkan himbauan mengaji ba’da magrib dan mengaktifkan pengajian-pengajian. Hambatan pendidikan keluarga di Aceh Tengah yaitu tidak meratanya pendidikan orang tua, ekonomi lemah, sehingga perkembangan anak  diserahkan kepada lembaga pendidikan. Sosialisasi dan pemetaan masyarakat yang rinci dan terprogram belum ada, peran masyarakat dalam mendidik generasi sudah mulai berkurang karena berorientasi pada materi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 2 jenis benda kerja yaitu granit dan keramik, keduanya memiliki sifat mekanis yang keras dan getas, sehingga pada saat pemotongan akan menghasilkan suara yang sangat keras. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan dan juga mengetahui efek-efek yang akan timbul. Alat potong yang dugunakan adalah mesin gerinda tangan dengan menggunakan 5 jenis mata potong yang berbeda, Pengukuran tingkat kebisingan menggunakan alat ukur Sound Level Meter type GM-1357. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di lahan parkir Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala. Pengukuran tingkat kebisingan dilakukan dengan jarak yang berbeda-beda yaitu dengan jarak 0,3 m, 0,5 m, 1 m, 5 m, 10 m dan 15 m. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui perbedaan kebisingan yang timbul pada pemotongan granit dan keramik yaitu relatif berbeda, hal ini dikarenakan antara kedua benda kerja tersebut memiliki struktur kekerasan bahan yang berbeda. Tingkat kebisingan yang dihasilkan pada pemotongan dengan menggunakan mata potong yang berbeda juga dapat menghasilkan tingkat kebisingan yang berbeda, hal ini dikarenakan perbedaan kualitas bahan atau kekerasan bahan antara mata potong yang digunakan juga berbeda, maka dapat diketahui semakin tinggi tingkat kekerasan pada mata potong maka semakin rendah tingkat kebisingan yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian didapat tingkat kebisingan tertinggi yaitu 119,7dB. Kebisingan yang timbul pada pemotongan granit lebih besar dan perbedaannya mencapai 10,1%. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Kep. 51/MEN/1999 tanggal 16 April 1999 tentang tingkat kebisingan yang diizinkan, menunjukan bahwa operator hanya boleh berada di lokasi selama 15,00 detik tanpa alat pengaman pendengaran pada tingkat kebisingan 119,7 dB.
