Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji Kruskal-Wallis untuk status penikahan (p=0,00), dan Uji Rank Spearman untuk usia (p=0,00) dan tingkat pendidikan (p=0,004) terdapat hasil yang signifikan antara ketiga variabel dengan tingkat kecemasan. Setelah data dikumpulkan, data tersebut diidentifikasi, diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, yang pertama, kenaikan suku bunga merupakan persoalan yang memerlukan pengaturan tersendiri. Masih adanya pencantuman klausula eksonerasi dalam kontrak baku membuktikan bahwa bank masih beranggapan kenaikan suku bunga merupakan hal yang wajar demi menjaga stabilitas usaha perbankan. Dilain sisi nasabah debitur merasa dirugikan dengan kenaikan suku bunga. OJK mestinya membentuk aturan khusus dan menjadi pengawas terhadap kenaikan suku bunga, serta menentukan berapa persentase kenaikan maksimal yang dapat dilakukan serta membentuk aturan yang memuat renegosiasi kontrak. Selama ini kenaikan suku bunga diartikan dengan penerapaan klausula eksonerasi, padahal kenaikan suku bunga juga dipengeruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya penentuan BI Rate dan itu berada diluar kendali perbankan. Yang kedua, unit pelayanan pengaduan konsumen dibentuk oleh masing-masing perbankan, namun OJK telah menetapkan standard minimum pelayanan pengaduan termasuk rentang waktu penyelesaian sengketa. Unit pelayanan pengaduan ini, bersifat wajib dibentuk oleh perbankan, namun bagi konsumen tidak ada kewajiban untuk menyelesaikan terlebih dahulu ke unit tersebut. According to literatures, the type of their tyrosinase inhibitory activity has not yet reported. The determination of whitening activity of each compound was evaluated by the evaluation of Lineweaver-Burk plot. Walur is one of the carbohydrate sources that can be explored because it can be grown in any area with out special treatment. However, walur has limitation for direct consumption, because it contains calcium oxalate. The purposes of this study were to determine the chemical character (macronutrient content), calculate glycemic index and get the proper washing techniques to elimin ate calcium oxalate of walur. Macro nutrients content studied in this research include carbohydrates, fats, protein, star chand crude fiber. Analysis of macronutrients has been chemically done, while the glycemic index was measured by in vivo using glucose as a standard. Elimination of calcium oxalate was conducted by washing the fresh walur tubers using a solution of0.01NHCl-NaOH, 5% NaCl, and solution of lemon-lime. The content of oxalate before and after washing was analyzed by permanganometry method. The results showed that walur containing 4.34 ±0.07% of reducingsugar,3.24 ± 0.06 % of not-reducing sugar, 11.27±0.40 % of crude fiber,0.03±1.05 % of starchand0.57±0.01 % of protein. Qualitative analysis of fatty acids showed that hexade canoicacid, octade cadienoicacid, and the acide icosatetranoic were detected in high concentrations. The glycemic index valueof walur was relative lylow, about of 16.9. In addition, washing technique using a solution of lemon-lime was the most excellent technique and can reduce the oxalate content up to61.82%.Fromthis research, it can be concluded that walur can be used as food substitute esrice after washing treatment using lemon-lime solution to remove the calcium oxalate content. Terminal Batoh merupakan salah satu terminal angkutan penumpang dalam lingkungan Kota Banda Aceh. Kapasitas lahan parkir pada Terminal Batoh adalah satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Untuk itu perlu di lakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kapasitas parkir di Terminal Batoh. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi saat ini dan masa yang akan datang dimana kebutuhan parkir lebih besar dari kapasitasnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode selisih kedatangan dan keberangkatan yang terbesar (metode akumulasi maksimum). Hasil penelitian berupa kebutuhan parkir, karakteristik parkir, lama waktu parkir dan prediksi kapasitas parkir. Hasil yang diperoleh selama 4 hari pengamatan, yaitu volume puncak harian rata-rata untuk kendaraan roda 2 yaitu 250 unit kendaraan/hari dan 160 unit kendaraan/hari untuk kendaraan roda 4. Waktu parkir rata-rata untuk kendaraan roda 2 maupun roda 4 di dalam areal parkir berkisar antara 15 menit. Akumulasi parkir maksimum terjadi pada hari Minggu tanggal 02 Febuari 2014 pukul 20:00 - 20:15 WIB yaitu sebesar 47 unit kendaraan/jam untuk kendaraan roda 2 dan untuk kendaraan roda 4 terjadi pada pukul 20:15 - 20:30 WIB yaitu sebesar 32 unit kendaraan/jam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas areal parkir yang tersedia di Terminal Batoh Kota Banda Aceh masih mampu menampung volume kendaraan. Volume parkir bertambah setiap tahun di Terminal Batoh Kota Banda Aceh. Adapun prediksi volume parkir pada tahun 2028 diperoleh bahwa Terminal Batoh Kota Banda Aceh tidak akan mampu lagi menampung jumlah kendaraan parkir, baik itu kendaraan roda dua maupun kendaraan roda empat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh meningkatnya volume parkir melebihi kapasitas parkir di Terminal Batoh. In order to assess the discrepancies, qualitative and quantitative content analyses are applied as research methodology. In particular, discrepancies of the conceptual basis of the two contracts are evaluated by content analysis through graphical presentation. The results of this study affirm that the critique raised against contemporary contracts is indeed justified.
