Biaya pendidikan merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Proses pendidikan tidak dapat berjalan tanpa dukungan biaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsi dan  menganalisis hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan: rencana anggaran pendapatan belanja, penggunaan pembiayaan pendidikan, dan pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data  yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi : kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, bendaharawan sekolah, dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: proses penyusunan anggaran dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah, dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah, ketua jurusan, bendaharawan, guru senior, dan komite sekolah. Penggunaan pembiayaan pendidikan ditinjau dari sisi keuangan, bahwa semua jenis pengeluaran untuk kegiatan pendidikan pada sekolah harus diketahui bersama baik oleh kepala sekolah maupun pihak-pihak internal sekolah yang terlibat dalam proses penyusunan RAPBS. Pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan pada SMK  Negeri Kabupaten Aceh Besar dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah. Sistem pengawasan yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara mengamati setiap pemasukan dan pengeluaran dana. Pemantauan atau pemeriksaan dengan melakukan pengamatan secara tidak langsung misalnya setiap pengeluaran dana harus atas persetujuan kepala sekolah atau bendaharawan. The cost of education is a very important component in education. The process of education cannot work without the support costs. The purpose of this study to Describe and analyze matters relating to: the budget planrevenue expenditure, the use of education funding, and oversight of education funding. The method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Subjects: principals, vice principals, school treasurers, and school committees. The results showed that: the budgeting process undertaken by the principal, with the involvement of the assistant principal, department chair, treasurer, senior teachers, and school committees. The use of education funding in terms of the financial side, that all types of expenditures for education activities in schools should be shared by both the principal and the school internal parties involved in the process of preparing budgets. Oversight of education funding in Aceh Besar district SMK carried out by the principal and vice principal. Control system is by way of observing each income andexpenditure of funds. Monitoring or examination by indirect observations such as every expenditure of funds must be approved by the principal or bursar. The study was conducted on a segment of the Jalan Syiah Kuala. The research objective is to analyze the performance of road maintenance management, upgrading of roads to assess the feasibility to perform analysis of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK), the capacity of the road and the IRI (International Rougnhness Index). Analysis based on the guideline calculations in MKJI 1997. The analysis shows that traffic growth is analyzed by the two scenarios, namely the growth of normal (Do Nothing) and the growth development of the area (Do Something). Do Nothing Jalan Syiah Kuala is rising the traffic growth that need to be handled with four alternatives: (1) analysis of the performance of existing road conditions do minimum (2/2 UD) in 2010 to 2014; (2) alternative A handling (2/2 UD) 2015, to 2016, (3) alternative B (4/2 D) in 2017 to 2021 and (4) alternative C (6/2 D) in 2022 to 2024. Jalan Syiah Kuala needs to have a good way of handling to maintain the degree of saturation as the ratio of traffic flow on road capacity remains below 0.75. For the development activity in Lampulo, it needs to be done with four alternatives: 1) analysis of existing road conditions (2/2 UD) of 2010 to 2013; 2) alternative A (4/2 D) 2014, s / d 2019; 3) alternative B (6/2 D) in 2020 to 2021, 4) alternative C (6/2 D) increase the width of the strip in 2022 to 2024. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of education management in Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School of Peudada District that related on the program management, the learning, the students, the facilities, the relationship with the community, and the teachers. This study used qualitative method. Techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The information and the data were analyzed correctly and properly in order to be able to be interpreted, so that they had meaning in each indication. The subjects of the study were the principal and three teachers of Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School of Peudada District. The results of the study showed that Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School has carrying out religious activities like other Islamic boarding schools. However, its implementation was not optimal and needed improvement in some things. The students had to be handled better and the facilities had to be more organized. As the follow-up, there were some recommendations that needed to be conveyed to the principal especially those that related on the teachers’ quality as the main factor in improving the quality of students.Keywords: Management and EducationAbstrak: Manajemen adalah ilmu yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan, baik pendidikan umum atau dalam pendidikan Islam. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif di dalam penelitian ini. Teknik yang penulis gunakan dalam mengumpul data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dukumentasi. Informasi dan data dianalisa secara tepat dan sesuai, untuk di interpretasi sehingga bisa berarti dari setiap gejala yang terjadi. Subjek penelitian adalah pimpinan dayah, dan tiga guru pengajian dari Pasanteren Nurul Huda Kecamatan Peudada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasantren Nulul Huda Peuadada telah menjalankan kegiatan- kegiatan keagamaan sebagaimana Dayah lainnya, tetapi pelaksanaannya belum optimal dan masih memerlukan peningkatan dan perbaikan dalam beberapa hal. Dalam aspek santri, perlu penaganan yang lebih baik, dan pengaturan fasilitas yang lebih teratur. This study aims to determine the implementation of the management of early childhood education made Al-Fath Sabang. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach to data collection tool while using interviews, observation and documentation study questionnaire. As for the subjects in this study is the element that includes the school principal and teachers in early childhood Sabang Al-Fath, elements of the parents. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan perkantoran pada Bidang Sekretariat,yaitu Asisten Bidang meliputi: mengkoordinir tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dilaksanakan oleh setiap bawahannya yaitu Kepala Seksi. Kepala Bidang Evaluasi dan Kepala Bidang Pelaporan yang di pimpin oleh Bapak Aulia Amri, A.TD Pembina Utama Muda, Bidang Perlindungan Anak di pimpin oleh Ibu Dra. Sri Hardina, Bidang Data dan Kebijakan di pimpin oleh Amrina Habibi, SH., Bidang Kebijakan dan Program di pimpin oleh Dasrita, S.Si. MPA. 2. Penerapan manajemen perkantoran Bagian Bidang Sekretariat pada Kantor Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak Aceh. Yaitu menentukan sasaran organisasi, mempelajari situasi dan kondisi yang ada, mengenal kebutuhan dan keinginan pemakai, mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi agar tercipta sasaran yang diinginkan. 3. Kendala-kendala dalam penerapan manajemen perkantoran pada Bidang Sekretaria Kantor Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Aceh yaitu lalu lintas informasi yang simpang kuta alam yang minimbulkan kekembaran informai dalam penyampaiannya, serta dalam hal pengarsipkan yang dapat menghabiskan waktu dalam pencarian kembali dokumen yang deperlukan. Saran-saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan dalam uraian ini yang mungkin dapat bermanfaat dalam menerapkan manajemen perkantoran dalam usaha meningkatkan produktivitas adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Menerapkan manajemen perkantoran dalam suatu perusahaan sangatlah penting oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perhatian khusus dari pada pimpinan perusahaan. 2. Usaha penerapan manajemen perkantoran dalam setiap aktivitas kantor haruslah dilakukan dengan penuh rasa tanggung jawab, mulai dari tingkat paling bawah atau lower manajemen sampai kepada tingkat paling atas atau top manajemen.
