The purpose of the research is to give evidence about how is the people’s behavior towards the wild life conservation area of Sibelia Mountain, the. The population of the research was all of patriarchs in three villages: Sawadai village, Tuokona and Gandasuli village. Furthermore, 46-47 people are chosen randomly from each village to get 140 patriarchs of total sample. Questionnaire instrument was used to collect the data. Questionnaire instrument and closed response interview guideline were used to collect the data of people’s behavior toward the wild life area conservation. Prior to distribute the instrument to the respondents, a test is carried out to the people who live in east Halmahera wild life area excluding from the research sample to get its validity and reliability. The result of analysis on people’s behavior in three different villages living in wild life area shows that they still have a low level of land utilization (about 20% - 25%). This result indicates that respondents who answered the questions of utilize of the conservation area tend to be in small number. This result also shows that the people of the three villages are having a tendency to do activities that caused environmental damage (contra conservation). The analysis result on people’s behavior in maintaining wild life conservation area of Sibela Mountain is also at a low level. From the three villages, the percentages are 8% - 13%. It indicates that people’s behavior tendency of maintaining or preserve the conserved area is at a very low level. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) cara, yaitu: penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder melalui pengkajian terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, perjanjian internasional, buku, jurnal, dan makalah. Penelitian virtual dilaksanakan untuk memperoleh data penunjang dalam penelitian ini yang diperoleh melalui mekanisme pengumpulan dunia maya yang bersumber dari sistem informasi dan teknologi internet.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa senjata fosfor putih (white phosphorus) yang digunakan pihak militer Israel dalam operasi Cast Lead 2009 telah melanggar Protokol ke III Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons 1980, karena fosfor putih (white phosphorus) yang dihasilkan oleh senjata ini dapat menyebabkan penderitaan dan luka bakar yang cukup parah terhadap korban. Walaupun Israel bukan merupakan negara peserta Statuta Roma, Konvensi Jenewa 1949, dan Konvensi tentang Senjata Konvensional 1980, negara ini melalui mekanisme internasional masih dapat diadili dengan mekanisme penerapan norma Jus Cogens. Dikarenakan Israel tidak memiliki keinginan (unwilling) untuk mengadili kejahatan perang yang dilakukan oleh pihak militernya, dan yurisdiksi ICC ( International Criminal Court) dapat diterapkan untuk mengadili pihak militer negara Israel.Disarankan agar pihak yang bertikai harus lebih memperhatikan jenis senjata apa yang dipakai, sehingga sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum humaniter dan konvensi internasional. The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) learning planning, 2)learning implementation, 3) learning evaluation, and 4) supporting factor of learningin physics lesson in Kluet Utara State Senior high School of Aceh Selatan Regency.This Study used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data collectiontechniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Subject of theresearch were physics teachers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Arthropoda permukaan tanah sampai tingkat ordo pada habitat hutan berbeda ketinggian di kawasan hutan Telaga Warna Puncak Bogor. Penelitian dilakukan di kawasan hutan Telaga Warna Puncak Bogor, dan pengambilan data dilakukan pada lokasi A : hutan bagian bawah, ketinggian ± 1.500 dpl, lokasi B : hutan bagian atas,ketinggian ± 1.600 dpl, lokasi C : hutan pinggiran telaga, ketinggian ± 1.400 dpl, lokasi D : hutan dekat pondok, ketinggian ± 1.400 dpl. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pitfall trap, yang diletakkan pada habitat hutan yang memiliki ketinggian yang berbeda. Arthropoda yang diperoleh diindentifikasi sampai tingkat ordo, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kawasan hutan dengan ketinggian ± 1.500 dpl diperoleh 35 individu dari ordo Amphipoda, Araneae, Blattodea, Coleoptera, Collembola, Diptera, Homoptera, Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera, Orthoptera, pada ketinggian ± 1.600 dpl diperoleh 89 individu dari Ordo Amphipoda, Araneae, Coleoptera, Collembola, Diptera, Hymenoptera, Orthoptera, pinggiran telaga pada ketinggian ± 1.400 dpl diperoleh 29 individu dari Ordo Araneae, Coleoptera, Collembola, Diptera, Hymenoptera, Orthoptera, dan hutan dekat pondok dengan ketinggian ± 1.400 dpl diperoleh 26 individu dari Ordo Amphipoda, Collembola, Diptera, Hymenoptera, Orthoptera. Dalam pelaksanaan JKA masih terdapat mengalami kendala didalam lapangan terutama tentang penyedian fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti Rumah Sakit Pemerintah dan Puskesmas yang belum memadai untuk menampung pasien yang terlalu banyak apalagi bila pasien-pasien yang harus mendapat perawatan khusus seperti operasi jantung, operasi tulang dan rawat inap lainnya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin melihat berapa willingness to pay masyarakat terhadap kesehatan dan faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi WTP tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Banda Aceh dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Berdasarkan jumlah KK yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 59.116 KK (BPS, 2011), dilakukan penarikan sampel berdasarkan Rumus Slovin sehingga didapat sebanyak 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Liner Berganda dan Uji Parsial (Uji-t) pada tingkat signifikan 0,05. Dalam uji-t untuk melihat keinginan masyarakat terdapat dua variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi variabel terikat, variabel bebas yaitu variabel pendapatan dan variabel jumlah anggota keluarga dan variabel terikat yaitu keinginan membayar. Dari hasil regresi linier berganda yang telah dilakukan untuk menguji variabel keinginan untuk membayar maka dapat di ketahui bahwa variabel pendapatan dan jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk membayar dan Pembuktian secara parsial (uji-t) menunjukan bahwa variabel pendapatan dan jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keinginan untuk membayar. Sedangkan pada Uji Simultan (Uji-F) dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen atau dengan kata lain variabel jumlah anggota keluarga dan pendapatan responden berpengaruh terhadap keinginan membayar (WTP).
