The current beliefs consider that a conflict is not merely a disadvantage but it can bring advantages to the organization if it is well-controlled. Conflict management is a conflict resolution under pressure and in emotional environment. The objective of this research is to find out (1) the types of conflict; (2) sources of conflict; (3) director point of view regardingthe form of conflict; (4) approaches for conflict management; and (5) organization productivity at Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy of Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data were collected by doing interview, observation and documentation study. The data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display and making conclusions and verification. That is the subject of this research is the principal, deputy principal and teacher. results showed that: (1) The causes of conflict in the MIN Bener Kelipah is the understanding of teachers and principals about the concept of false conflicts, pressure, feeling aggrieved, oppressed, abused, role conflict and welfare of teachers. (2) The positive impact caused by conflict tehadap teacher performance: is the creation  of discipline,  increased teacher performance, increasing the quality of the formation of character education respect others. mature attitude and togetherness. While the negative impacts of conflict is the creation of groups within the school organization, the opposition, the decline in teacher performance,  stress or crazy. (3) The strategy of conflict control  done is: Understanding teachers' economic, social, emotional,  psychological, character and character approaches and sanctions (4) barriers to overcome conflicts also often perceived namely: doubt in conflict resolution, the more senior age familial nature ,  emotional,  cultural and social status. Konflik tersebut akan memberikan dampak yang bersifat positif dan negatif. Seorang pemimpin yang arif akan membuat strategi penangan konflik yang baik, sehingga konflik yang sejatinya  berdampak negatif  akan di arahkan  kepada hal yang positif. Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat secara langsung  bagaimana pengelolaan  konflik pada  organisasi sekolah dapat  meningkatkan kinerja guru  MIN Bener Kelipah Kecamatan Bener Kelipah  Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data dan pengambilan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, Wakil kepala sekolah dan Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:(1) Faktor penyebab terjadinya konflik pada MIN Bener Kelipah adalah  pemahaman guru dan kepala sekolah tentang konsep konflik yang keliru, adanya tekanan, merasa dirugikan, ditindas, dilecehkan, konflik  peran dan  kesejahteraan  guru.(2) Adapun dampak positif yang ditimbulkan oleh konflik tehadap kinerja guru: adalah terciptanya kedisiplinan, meningkatnya kinerja guru, meningkatnya mutu pendidikan terbentuknya watak  menghargai orang lain.  sikap dewasa dan terciptanya  kebersamaan .  Sedangkan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan konflik adalah terciptanya kelompok dalam organisasi sekolah, terjadinya  pertentangan, menurunya kinerja  guru, stress atau gila. (3) Strategi penggendalian konflik yang dilakukan adalah: Memahami guru secara ekonomi, sosial,  emosional,  kejiwaan, watak dan karakter  pendekatan dan pemberian  sanksi (4) hambatan dalam mengatasi konflik terbagi kepada dua macam, yaitu hambatan dari dalam dan hambatan dari luar. The curriculum planning process, conducted according to the provisions and regulations of the department of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNSYIAH. 2) The implementation of the entire learning program based on the vision, mission, and goals are already running but has not yet been fullest. Sample is randomly selected of non-financial firm listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009.  Earnings management is measured by working capital accruals. Auditor reputation is measured by dummy variable Big Four Auditors and Non-Big Four Auditors. Hypothesis test is done by applying Independen Sample T-Test. The result shows that mean of accruals of firms audited by Big Four Auditor is higher than mean of accruals of firms audited by Non-Big Four Auditor. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: manajemen kurikulum, manajemen kesiswaan, manajemen personalia, dan manajemen sarana dan prasarana pada SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie.Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah dan Guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: manajemen kurikulum telah dilaksanakan. Hal ini tergambar dengan adanya program kerja, terlaksananya program, dilakukan pengawasan, serta terlaksananya proses pembelajaran dengan optimal. Manajemen kesiswaan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal ini tergambar dengan adanya peningkatan disiplin siswa, berjalannya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, adanya pembinaan siswa, dan dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan-kegiatan kesiswaan yang telah dilaksanakan. Manajemen personalia yang dilaksanakan termasuk kategori kurang baik. Realitas ini terlihat dari tidak rutinnya pengembangan profesional guru. Di samping itu, masih ada tenaga pegawai yang tidak profesional, yaitu tingkat kualifikasi pendidikan yang diperoleh tidak sinkron dengan tugas yang diembannya. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang dilaksanakan sudah termasuk kategori baik. The purpose of this study was to find out: curriculum, student, personnel, facility and infrastructure in Mutiara State Senior High School of Pidie Regency. This study used qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Subject of the study were principal and teachers. The results showed that curriculum management has been carried out. It can be indicated from the work program, implementation of the program, supervision, and the optimal learning process. Student management has been carried out well. It can be seen from the improvement of student discipline, the extracurricular activities, student coaching, and student activity evaluation that has been going well. Personnel management carried out was in poor category. This reality can be seen from teacher professional development activities that were not routinely conducted. In addition, there were unprofessional personnel. Their education qualification were not linear with the assigned tasks. Facility and infrastructure management was in good category. Namun angka kesakitan balita masih tergolong tinggi untuk beberapa penyakit yang dapat dicegah melalui imunisasi yang dapat diperoleh dari kegiatan posyandu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen pelayanan posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas MontasikKabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif,tehnik pengambilan sampel total sampling dan jumlah populasi 30 orang.Pengumpulan data dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Montasik Kabupaten Aceh Besar pada tanggal 12 juni-16 juni 2015 menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 21 item pernyataan, dengan alternatif jawaban dichotomous. Hasil analisa data univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian manajemen pengorganisasian pelayanan posyanduberada pada kategori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 16 responden (53,3%), pengorganisasian pelayanan posyandu sebelum kegiatan berada pada katagori baik yaitu sebanyak 20 orang (66,7%), saat kegiatan posyandu berada pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%), dan setelah kegiatan posyandu berada pada kategori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 24 orang (56,7%). It is performed through 5 tables system. However, it was found that the number of sick children was quite excessive for some illness that actually can be prevented through Posyandu.This research was aimed to describe the organizing management of Posyandu facility at local government clinic (Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat / Puskesmas) Montasik. The design of this research was descriptive explorative. It was conducted on June 12thto16thyear 2015 at Puskesmas Montasik. The sample was 30 Posyandu members with the sampling technique of total sampling. The instrument for collecting the data was questionnaire that consisted on 21 statements in form of dichotomus. Result from univariate analysis showed that most of organizing management of Posyandu facility was generally in category of lacking with 16 respondents (53.3%). The result also confirm that the organizing of Posyandu facility before carrying out the programmedactivity was in good category with 20 people (66,7%), in the middle of carrying out the programmed activity was in good category with 26 people (86,7%) and after carrying out the programmed activity was in good category with 24 people (80%). It was expected that the health practitioner at Puskesmas give more attention on Posyandu service especially in surveillance and evaluation stage toward the heads of Posyandu in order to get the most out of Posyandu facility each month.
