                <text>The zone of hatching anf nursery of Gelonia erosa in brackish area of Leupung is unknown. Therefore, the study of the zones of both activities, hatching and nursery, must be done.  The study was aimed to determine the zonation of hatching of Gelonia erosa, indicators for hatching and nursery zones, and strategies of management of both zones in the brakhish area Leupung. Data was collected in three locations; Location I (River Leupung), Location II ( River Reuleng), and Location III (River Lhok Kulam). The methods of collecting data were Jarnis Larva Collector used for larva collection, in-situ used to collect biophysic data, and sweep area and destructive methods used to collect the young and mother of the species. It was found that in downstream of Location I, dominated by Nypa fructicans, there were 24 larvas, 10 and 61 individuals of young and mother of Geloina erosa respectivelly. Location II dominated by Nypa fructicans  and Fimbristilys sp had 10, 14, and 49 individuals of larva, young, and adult of Geloina erosa whereas Location III dominated by fructicans  and Fimbristilys sp as well had 12 and 65 individuals of young and adult of Geloina erosa. It can be concluded that the zone of hatching can be determined by the presence of larva, young and adult of Geloina erosa with fully-grown of gonad while the determination of nursery zone is relied on the presence of young and male and female adults of Geloina erosa with well-matured gonads.</text>

                <text>Geloina erosa as one of Bivalve species has growth and development comprising the proliferation of the shell length, volume, and body weight. Generally, the growth of G. erosa has negative allometric, isometric and  positive allometric fashion. This encourages the study of G. erosa living in the region of mangrove ecosystem of west-coast of Aceh Besar. The objectives of the research are to determine the growth pattern of shell length against body weight as well as the growth pattern of shell length against its total body weight. The research was conducted from February 2006 to January 2007 in the region of mangrove ecosystem of west-coast of Aceh Besar. The region was divided into three different locations. Each location was set a sample square with 10m x 10m in size which was perpendicular to coastal lines. There were 10 sub-squares also set in every sample square with 50cm x 50cm in size. Sample collection in the sub-square was carried out by scratching and disturbing the bottom of the waters in order to sieve them. G. erosa was then measured for its shell length, body weight, and total body weight. The growth pattern was analyzed by using Excel program and t-test. The result showed that a negative allometric growth pattern was found in the measurement of shell length against total body weight of G. erosa, whereas an isometric pattern was found of the measurement of shell length against its body weight. Moreover, a positive allometric pattern was figured out in the measurement of shell length against total body weight. The proliferation of shell length, body weight and total body weight has contributed approximately 58% to 59%. This indicates that the growth pattern of G. erosa in the region of mangrove ecosystem of west-coast of Aceh Besar has negative allometric, isometric and positive allometric fashion.</text>

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, Subjek penelitian para ketua sekolah tinggi, ketua prodi, dosen, kepala tata usaha, dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi dosen dalam melaksanakan proses perkuliahan telah mengikuti prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran, hal ini dilihat dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi perkuliahan yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen. 2) Motivasi dosen dalam melaksanakan perkuliahan tercermin pada kemauan dan kesadaran dosen dalam melaksakan tugas-tugas yang diembankan kepadanya. 3) Sebagian dosen telah melaksanakan perkuliahan dengan baik dan disiplin, hal ini dilihat dari penggunaan waktu secara efisien dalam proses perkuliahan, dan usaha dosen dalam membantu dan membimbing mahasiswa 4). Besar ukuran transaksi pemesanan yang ekonomis perlu ditentukan agar biaya inventori barang yang dikeluarkan minimum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar cadangan pengaman, tingkat pelayanan, besar pemesanan ekonomis, dan saat pemesanan ulang dengan menggunakan model probabilistik sederhana. Metode model probabilistik sederhana dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan inventori selama lead time. Data permintaan barang pada tahun 2011 menunjukkan bahwa permintaan tertinggi ditempati oleh produk Carnation. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa besar cadangan pengaman dan biaya inventori produk Carnation juga lebih besar dari produk Dancow dan Bear Brand.Kata kunci : inventori, model probabilistik sederhana, cadangan pengaman</text>

                <text>Model are a physical medium used to deliver educational content educational materials that can stimulate students to learn. One of the model that can be used in learning, especially learning the human respiratory system are the model of scrap materials. The research was conducted in South Aceh regency Sawang MAN. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in academic achievement and student responses to the use of model used ingredient in explaining the human respiratory system in Sawang MAN South Aceh regency. The subject of this study was all students in grade XI IPA-1 MAN Sawang South Aceh district, school year 2010/2011. The design of this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Instruments used in this study is Teacher Observation Sheet (LOG), Student Observation Sheets (LOS), test (pre-test and post-test), and questionnaire responses of students. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that an increase in student achievement based on the thoroughness of student learning both individually and classical indication of the success of student learning based on test results (pre-test and post-test), t test analysis, as well as the positive response of students towards learning with use props material scrap materials on the human respiratory system. Teacher and student activities are categorized either as a whole.</text>

                <text>Penertiban Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik (P2TL) menurut Pasal 1 angka 18 Keputusan Direksi PT PLN (Persero) No.68.K/010/DIR/2000 adalah pemeriksaan oleh PLN terhadap instalasi PLN dan instalasi pelanggan dalam rangka Penertiban Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik. Dalam prakteknya terhadap tindak pidana di sektor ketenagalistrikan khususnya tindak pidana pencurian arus listrik tidak diselesaikan melalui lembaga pengadilan tetapi melalui lembaga di luar pengadilan. Kondisi ini tidak membuat pelaku jera untuk mengulanginya bahkan mengundang pelaku lainnya untuk melakukannya.     Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk menjelaskan alasan dilakukannya penyelesaian di luar pengadilan terhadap tindak pidana pencurian arus listrik, mekanisme penyelesaian yang dilakukan oleh PT PLN dan akibat hukum penyelesaian di luar pengadilan terhadap tindak pidana pencurian arus listrik.     Untuk memperoleh data dalam penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data sekunder, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.     Hasil penelitian menunjukkan alasan dilakukannya penyelesaian di luar pengadilan terhadap tindak pidana pencurian arus listrik adalah karena pihak PT PLN (Persero) yang melakukan penertiban melalui Tim Penertiban Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik (P2TL) lebih fokus pada upaya untuk menghindari konflik dengan masyarakat dan berupaya memperoleh ganti kerugian guna membiayai produksi. Mekanisme penyelesaian tindak pidana pencurian arus listrik yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan PT PLN dilakukan dengan melalui petugas P2TL yang datang ke lokasi terjadinya pelanggaran atau penggunaan arus listrik secara ilegal (pencurian) untuk melakukan pemutusan sambungan listrik sementara dan menyerahkan surat tagihan susulan. Apabila pelanggar melaksanakan kewajibannya membayar tagihan maka arus listrik akan disambungkan kembali. Akibat hukum penyelesaian di luar pengadilan terhadap kasus ini adalah dengan adanya penyelesaian di luar pengadilan, maka kasus tindak pidana pencurian arus listrik menjadi hapus dan apabila pelaku telah melaksanakan pembayaran tagihan, pelanggan dapat kembali menjadi pelanggan PT PLN sebagaimana sebelumnya.     Disarankan kepada pengambil kebijakan agar dapat mengeluarkan aturan hukum yang lebih tegas mengenai sanksi hukum bagi pelaku tindak pidana pemakaian/pengguna asrus listrik secara illegal guna menghindari tindakan pelanggan mengulangi perbuatannya yang dapat merugikan PT PLN di kemudian hari. Disarankan kepada pihak PLN agar dapat terus melakukan upaya penertiban guna menghindari adanya pelaku lainnya yang melakukan penggunaan arus listrik secara illegal yang dapat merugikan PT PLN dan juga pelanggan lainnya yang menjadi konsumen tenaga listrik.</text>

                <text>Fungi are cosmopolite organisms that able to grow in any substrates such as Acacia’s leaf litters. The aim of this research was to identify the fungi from litter layers. Identifying was done by observing fungal structure and colonies characters on PDA. Isolates which were estimated as Basidiomycetes tested by laccase test and peroxidase test. Based on those characters, there was 7 isolates from  genera of Pythium belongs to Mastigomycetes, 1 isolate from Basidiomycetes and 6 genera belongs to Deuteromycetes, i.e. 5 isolates of Penicillium, 10 isolates of Aspergillus, 5 isolates of Trichoderma, 2 isolates of Fusarium, 1 isolate of Geotrichum and 1 isolate of  Phialophora. Seven other isolates were unidentified. </text>

Pemberian status otonomi kepada pemerintahan daerah ditujukan guna mempermudah daerah dalammelakukan pembangunan disegala bidang. implementasi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah kota/kabupaten dalam melakukan pengembangan pembangunan belum sesuai dengan standard dan norma yang berlaku. Dimana pembangunan yang dilakukan di Aceh tidak didahului dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.     Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pemerintah kabupaten/kota dalam melakukan perencanaan pembangunan telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, Untuk mengetahui dampak dari perencanaanpembangunan yang tidak sesuai dengan Aturan Perundang-undangan, untuk mengetahui solusi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan.     Pengumpulan data dalam penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yuridis normative. Setelah data dikumpulkan, diklasifikasi dan ditelaah maka akan disusun dalam satu bentuk karya ilmiah dengan cara deskriptif analitis dan kualitatif.     Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Masih terjadinya pembangunan yang tidak mengedepankan Partisipasi masyarakat dan Pembangunan yang tidak melihat terhadap dampak Lingkungan hidup. Sehingga sering terjadi gesekan kepentingan masyarakat dan Pemerintah, Pembangunan yang tidak sesuai dengan Aturan perundang-undangan bagi pejabat pemerintah yang mengeluarkan izin tidak sesuai dengan rencana tata ruang, diancam pidana penjara 5 tahun dan denda Rp. 500.000.000 (lima ratus juta rupiah). Selain itu, sanksi pidana tambahan yakni dipecat dari jabatannya. Menurunnya kualitas hidup masyarakat di perkotaan karena permasalahan sosialekonomi,serta penurunan kualitas pelayanan kebutuhan dasar perkotaan      Disarankan kepada Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh agar konsisten dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan mulai dari proses perencanaan sampai pelakasanaan pembangunan yang melibatkan seluruh elemen masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan agar sesuai dengan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh dan kepada Masyarakat agar lebih kritis mengawasi proses pelaksanaan pembangunan, apabila tidak sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama dapat melakukangugatan terhadap kebijakan pembangun tersebut.</text>
