This experiment was conducted at the experimental field of the Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh. The experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design, 4 x 2 with three replications. There were two factors investigated: organic material consisting 4 levels (control, manure, compost peat, and compost), varieties consisting two levels (Permata and Lentana F1). Variables observed were height and stem diameter, fruit weight per plant, number of fruits per plant, number of bunches per plant, number of fruits per bunch, average weight per fruit and yield potential. The results showed that the type of organic material highly significantly affected plant height and stem diameter at the ages of 30 and 45 days after planting, fruit weight per plant, number of fruits per plant, and significantly affected plant height at the age of 15 HST but did not significantly affect the number of bunches per plant, number of fruits per bunch, average weight per fruit and yield potential. Growth and yield were better at manure compared to compost, peat compost, and control. Varieties significantly affected stem diameter at the age of 15, 30 and 45 days after planting, fruit weight per plant, number of fruits per plant, number of bunches per plant, number of fruits per bunch, average weight per fruit and potential results. Growth and yield were better found in varieties Permata. There were significant interactions between types of organic materials and varieties in all observed variables on growth and yield of tomato. Simulation model of secondary postharvest handling (processing technology) of  pineapple (jam, candy, and dodol) is an effort informing the relevant parties in order to obtain information rate of profit (income) greater compared with direct selling in the form of fresh fruit. The purpose of this study was to get some information of an eligibility secondary postharvest handling (processing technology); to simulate the level of benefits pineapple growers through refined products, as well as to predict the pineapple farmer returns for 8 years.  Data processing was performed using software Powersim to measure the feasibility of secondary post-harvest handling (processing technology) pineapple based on the technical and economic analysis. Aceh people frequently consume this fish in fresh with complicated special recipe, so that the rate consumption of this fish is still low. Therefore, it is important to find the method for preserving this fish to improve its consumption. Liquid smoke can be used as one method to prepare the fish. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of catfish under the treatments with and without soaking the fish in liquid smoke.Catfish was cleaned and washed, then it was dipped in solution with 2% salt for 30 min. Afterthat, catfish were air-dried for about 1 hour. About 200 ml of liquid smoke was diluted in 9800 ml water. After soaking in solution with 2% liquid smoke for 10min, catfish were dried by using a cabinet dryer which has three layers. The parameters observed were moisture content and sensory analysis. About 25 panelists had evaluated the samples for appearance, flavor, taste, texture, and color.The results showed that the combination process of smoking and drying might maintain the product quality. The moisture contents of all products were still in appropriate amount as required by the Indonesian Standar (SNI).  According to organoleptic test, the smoke-dried catfish was preferred by panelist than the unsmoked-dried one. Therefore, soaking catfish in liquid smoke can be used to improve the taste of the fish. Further study is recommended to evaluate the shelf life of smoke-dried catfish. Baitul Mal merupakan lembaga yang mengatur perbendaharaan negara yang menyimpan semua harta kekayaan negara yang menyangkut negara Islam, termasuk juga zakat. Di Aceh, pengelolaan zakat oleh Baitul Mal Aceh diatur oleh Undang-undang No. 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan dana zakat. Tujuan penyaluran dana Baitul Mal adalah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan dana Baitul Mal Aceh dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya: reduksi data, kategorisasi, sintesisasi dan analisis data akhir. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa dana yang masuk ke Baitul Mal tidak mampu untuk mencukupi untuk pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat di Provinsi Aceh. Selain itu, dana yang masuk ke Baitul Mal merupakan Pendapatan Hasil Daerah (PAD) sehingga seluruh dana tersebut harus disetor ke Kas Daerah (KASDA) yang mengakibatkan dana yang diperoleh mustahiq sanat sedikit. Dari hasil wawancara didapatkan terdapat banyak kendala dalam penyaluran zakat konsumtif dan zakat produktif. Dari berbagai hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan pemanfaatan dana Baitul Mal Aceh belum maksimal dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat di Provinsi Aceh karena banyak mustahiq yang menunggak pembayaran modal usaha yang telah disalurkan. Pelaksanaan proyek ini menggunakan alat berat antara lain adalah wheel loader, dump truck, motor grader, vibrator roller, tandem roller, water tank, compressor, pneumatic tire roller, asphalt sprayer, asphalt finisher dan excavator. Penjadwalan pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode LSM (Linear Scheduling Methode) yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik, dimana sumbu x mewakili waktu dan sumbu y mewakili jarak. Penjadwalan dilakukan setelah didapat produktivitas dan durasi dari masing-masing pekerjaan, setelah itu akan didapat waktu mulai dan selesainya masing-masing pekerjaan, dari hasil analisa didapat waktu pekerjaan sebagai berikut: pada pekerjaan galian biasa didapat waktu pekerjaan selama 6 hari, pada pekerjaan penyiapan badan jalan selama 2 hari, pekerjaaan timbunan biasa selama 10 hari, pekerjaan timbunan pilihan selama 5 hari, pada pekerjaan Lapis pondasi agregat klas B dan iibahu jalan selama 4 hari, pekerjaaniiiiLapis pondasi agregat klas A iiselama 3 hari, pekerjaan lapis resap pengikat selama 1 hari dan pekerjaan pengaspalan selama 2 hari.
