This study used a mix of open and closed questionnaires adopted from Kelsen (2009) on the motivation of using YouTube for listening. 45 students enrolled in a Listening III class were taken as the sample. The findings showed that the highest motive for students to use it was because ‘using YouTube has been beneficial to their English, followed by ‘using YouTube is interesting’, then, ‘using YouTube motivated them to study English’ and ‘the YouTube material was relevant to what was studied in class”. The lowest motive included ‘using YouTube in class motivated them to use it to themselves to study English outside of classes. Furthermore, some students’ open responses to YouTube were: they can practice their English by watching native speakers; it has pictures so it is easy for students to understand the topic, and the materials were relevant since they were practicing listening. Yet, negative responses were also found such as they did not have internet connection at home, were not motivated to do it alone and were not assigned homework to use it. Thus, YouTube can be considered to be used as a material in listening class because it is found to provide many benefits for students. But sports alone is not enough to lose weight and it must be coupled with good eating pattern settings. The problem is many of us are very difficult to control our diet and it needs to be analyzed further. This research aims to carry out an analysis of the influence of aerobic gymnastics to weight loss without diet interventions given.  The subject was 15 women, aged 20-25 years old, have a normal body weight. The intervention provided in the form of gymnastic aerobics three times a week, performed for 45-minutes practice session, and each was given for 1 month. This research was a quasi experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Weight measurement was done before and after aerobic gymnastics given. The results indicated that the aerobic gymnastics for 1 month losing 0.73% of body  weight, but the decline was not statistically meaningful. This showed that aerobic gymnastics for 1 month for women in the age 20-25 years has started to give response, but the duration has not been enough to lose significantly of body weight. It was concluded that in order to lose or control body weight, besides  takes aerobic gymnastics with the duration of up to 1 month, it has to accompany with  diet arrangement. The experiment model is constructed based on the real operating system behind a vehicle braking system. The model consists of a sliding bar, a caliper and an arm. The analysis shows that the main frequency of generated low-frequency stick slip of the creep groan is 100 Hz with sound pressure level of 70 dB. It is found that the low-frequency stick-slip motion the result of the vibration in tangential direction. The frequency of the generated stick-slip is close to the bending natural frequency of the system. Several parameters that are important in the generation of the low-frequency of stick –slip are the sliding velocity and the contact roughness. Therefore, further study of creep groan should take into account these important parameters as well as other operating parameters.
