Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu pemberian kompos dan dolomit. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tiga aspek yaitu : (1) sifat fisika tanah (2) sifat kimia tanah, dan (3) pertumbuhan serta hasil kedelai. Hasil penelitian pemberian kompos berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap penurunan bulk density, peningkatan total porositas, permeabilitas, indeks stabilitas agregat, pori drainase cepat, pori air tersedia, kadar air tanah pada pF 2,54, kadar air pada pF 4,2, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pori drainase lambat, serta berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap peningkatan P-tersedia, berpengaruh nyata terhadap C-organik, N-total, kapasitas tukar kation (KTK), dan kejenuhan basa (KB). Pemberian dolomit berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap bulk density, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap porositas, permeabilitas, pori drainase lambat, pori air tersedia dan tidak berpengaruh nyata pada indeks stabilitas agregat,pori drainase cepat, kadar air pada pF 4,54 dan 4,2, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap N-total, KTK, KB, tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap C-organik. Interaksi pemberian kompos dan dolomit berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap peningkatan pH H2O tanah. Pemberian kompos berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30, 45 hari setelah tanam (HST), cabang produktif, polong hampa, polong berisi, berat biji per tanaman, hasil per hektar, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15 HST, berat 100 biji. Pemberian dolomit berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap cabang produktif, polong hampa, polong berisi, hasil per hektar, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30, 45 HST, berat biji per tanaman dan berat 100 biji. Var. Saccharata) yang berlangsung dari bulan September sampai Desember 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan tiga ulangan. Ada dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor dosis kalium iodat dan air kelapa yang terdiri atas tiga taraf kalium iodat (0, 60, 90 kg ha-1) dan tiga taraf air kelapa (0, 5500, 11000 liter ha-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada efek interaksi antara dosis kalium iodat dan air kelapa terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 45 HST, pH tanah , N-total tanah dan K-dd. Terjadi efek interaksi antara dosis kalium iodat dan air kelapa terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30 HST, bobot kering berangkasan, bobot segar tongkol per batang, bobot segar tongkol pertama, bobot segar tongkol kedua, bobot segar tongkol per hektar, panjang tongkol pertama, panjang tongkol kedua, kadar iodium dalam biji jagung dan P-tersedia. Sampel untuk studi ini adalah anggota perawat rumah sakit umum daerah Kota Sabang yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakam dalam penelitian ini adalah probabilitas sampling. Serta teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan prosedur acak berstrata. Metode analisis jalur digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk menentukan efek variabel yang terlibat. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan emosional dan sinisme memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keterikatan kerja , kelelahan emosional dan sinisme memiliki efek pada intensi tunover baik secara parsial maupun simultan serta keterikatan kerja memiliki efek terhadap intensi turnover kemudian kelelahan emosional dan sinisme memiliki efek terhadap intensi turnover melalui keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel perantara. The sample for current study was nurse member of regional public hospital in sabang city which included 100 rsepondents. Methode of this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. Technique sampling used in this research is probability sampling. This technique is used intake sum up the its sample population used the random procedure have to strata. Path Analysis methode was used as a methode of analysis to determine the effect of variable involved. These results indicate that emotional exhaustion and cynicism have effect on work engagement partially and simultaneously, work engagement has effect on turnover intention and emotional exhaustion and cynicism have effect on turnover intention partially and simultaneously and emotional exhaustion and cynicism have each effect on turnover intention through work engagement as a variable intervening.
