The method used was prepared by field experiments using factorial randomized block design consist of two factors: AMF and animal manure with three replications. AMF consists of two standards, ie, without using the AMF and AMF 10 g hole-1 while the four-stage animal manure factor is 0, 15, 30, and 45 tons ha-1. The results showed that the best interaction to crude protein and crude fiber grass cutting age of 50 days after planting contained in the AMF treatment without a dose of 15 tons ha-1 of animal manure.  The treatment of animal manure dose of 45 tons ha-1 produced an elephant grass was higher than the treatment dose of 30 tons    ha-1, 15 tons ha-1, and without animal manure.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fungi mikoriza arbuskular (FMA) dan pupuk kandang terhadap produksi dan kualitas rumput gajah. Metode yang digunakan adalah percobaan lapangan yang disusun dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu FMA dan pupuk kandang dengan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan FMA terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu tanpa FMA dan menggunakan FMA 10 g lubang-1, sedangkan faktor pupuk kandang empat taraf yaitu 0, 15, 30, dan 45 ton ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi terbaik terhadap protein kasar dan serat kasar rumput gajah umur pemotongan 50 hari setelah tanam terdapat pada perlakuan tanpa FMA  dengan dosis pupuk kandang 15 ton ha-1. Perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang 45 ton ha-1 menghasilkan produksi rumput gajah lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan dosis 30 ton ha-1, 15 ton ha-1, dan tanpa pupuk kandang. The aims of this study is to evaluate the effect of the mercury nitrate (Hg(NO3)2) on the histological  of the liver structure of Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer Bloch) fingerling which reared in the sea water. The fingerling liver tissue structure was analyzed using histological technique method. The result shown that Hg(NO3)2 gave negatively effect on the liver of the fingerling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh logam berat merkuri nitrat (Hg(NO3)2) pada struktur histologis hati benih ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer Bloch) yang dipelihara di air laut. Analisis struktur jaringan hati dilakukan melalui teknik histologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hg(NO3)2 memberikan efek negatif pada hati benih ikan. Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2011-12-15 Description An account of the resource The aim of this study was to identify the most common bacterial cause of urinary tract infections and the patterns of antimicrobial resistance. The study was conducted at Dr. Zainoel Abidin Teaching Hospital, Banda Aceh, Indonesia with descriptive retrospective study approach.  The data was taken from medical records. One hundred and nineteen bacterials was identified, encountered gram-negative bacteria namely Escherichia coli (31.7%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (27.7%), Acinetobacter (12.6%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (10.1%), Enterobacter (5.1%) and Proteus mirabilis (0.8%). Meanwhile encountered gram-positive bacteria were Beta-hemolytic Streptococci (9.2%) and Staphylococcus aureus (3.4%). Observations on the sensitivity profile suggested that the pathogenic gram-negative bacteria had a high resistance against ampicilin, ciprofloxacin, cefuroxime and cefotaxime, while meropenem, chloramphenicol, gentamicin and tobramycin have a high sensitivity level. Descriptive analysis also found pathogenic gram-positive bacteria showed high resistance to ceftriaxone, clindamycin, tetracycline and cephalotin and had a high sensitivity level to meropenem, vancomycin and oxacillin. Based on these results we concluded that the most common of urinary tract infections were caused by gram-negative bacteria species Escherichia coli. Encounters a high resistance pattern to 3rd generation cephalosporin antibiotics group, this was caused by the irrational use of antibiotics and the ability of bacteria to produce beta-lactamase enzymes which results in degradation of beta-lactam ring (β-lactam). We recommended the antibiotics group of chloramphenicol, gentamicin and vancomycin to use as empirical therapy in urinary tract infections. Antibiotic treatment should be prescribed only for as long as necessary to be effective. Recurrent urinary tract infections may be managed better by self initiated therapy or prophylaxis than by continuing to treat each case emergently. We also recommend health practitioners to use antibiotics rationally to prevent the resistances. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK YKA Banda Aceh, adapun yang menjadi subjek adalah siswi yang merayakan pesta ulang tahun di luar sekolah pada bulan Januari sebanyak 4 orang, terdiri dari kelas A sebanyak 2 orang merayakan di rumah dan kelas B sebanyak 2 orang merayakan di KFC, dan orang tua dari masing-masing siswi tersebut sejumlah 4 orang. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ketidak-sesuaian terdapat pada segi model busana, bahan, warna dan pelengkap/ asessoris busana ulang tahun yang digunakan. Desain busana anak untuk kesempatan pesta ulang tahun kurang sesuai dengan usia anak, karena model dan asessoris yang digunakan bertentangan, sehingga memberi kesan ramai dan menambah dewasa karakter anak. Ibu sangat berperan dalam pemilihan busana anak, ini terbukti baju anak lebih terkesan dewasa dibandingkan dengan gaya anak. Kemampuan Pemahaman Matematis, Metakognitif, dan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa melalui Penggunaan Media Komputer di SMP.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman matematis antara siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan penggunaan media komputer dan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian. Selain itu diungkap pula aspek metakognitif dan kemandirian belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media komputer. Subjek populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh dengan mengambil sampel dua kelas (kelas eksperimen memperoleh pembelajaran dengan bantuan media komputer yaitu Cabri Geometry II Plus dan Macromedia Flash 8 dan kelas kontrol memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional) melalui teknik purposive sampling dari delapan kelas paralel yang tersedia. Pengumpulan data digunakan instrumen berupa tes kemampuan pemahaman matematis, lembar pertanyaan metakognitif, dan angket kemandirian belajar siswa. Untuk melihat adanya perbedaan kemampuan siswa antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol digunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 setelah prasyarat pengujian terpenuhi dan hasil uji statistik kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS 16 For Windows dan Microsoft Excel 2007 untuk menginterpretasikan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa serta kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan metakognitif siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan media komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan bantuan media komputer lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional yaitu pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis lembar metakognitif siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan media komputer rata-rata kemampuan metakognitif siswa lebih baik dibandingkan pertemuan-pertemuan sebelumnya dan analisis data skala kemandirian siswa menunjukkan kemandirian belajar yang positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media komputer.Kata kunci: Penggunaan media komputer, kemampuan pemahaman matematis, metakognitif, dan kemandirian belajar.
