Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adaptasi psikososial adalah stres. Munculnya stres maupun tekanan mental pada penderita kanker payudara dapat menciptakan perubahan psikososial, sehingga individu dapat melalui perubahan dalam kehidupannya dan berusaha beradaptasi untuk menanggulanginya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan stres dengan adaptasi psikososial pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelatif, dengan desain cross sectional study. Sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 55 orang. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah Depression Anxiety Stres Scale (DASS) dan kuesioner adaptasi psikososial. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan stres pada pasien kanker payudara pada kategori ringan (50,9%), sedang (18,2%), berat (30,9%), sedangkan adaptasi psikososial pada pasien kanker payuadara pada kategori adaptif (54,5%), dan kategori maladaptif (45,5%). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan stres dengan adaptasi psikososial (p-value 0,085). Ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara stres dengan adaptasi psikososial pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2014. Diharapkan kepada Poliklinik agar terus memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien terutama terkait informasi yang mendukung untuk meningkatkan adaptasi psikososial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam yaitu metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari tiga siklus yaitu siklus 1, siklus 2, dan siklus 3. Data diperoleh dari siswa kelas VII/4 SMP Negeri 2 Pasie Raja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran tipe STAD pada materi ekosistem di kelas VII/4 mengalami peningkatan. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 yaitu 57.83, siklus dua 76.46, dan siklus tiga 89,2. Pengelolaan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Picture and Picture yang dilakukan oleh guru antara siklus I, dan II mengalami peningkatan yang baik. This study was conducted at the Field Lab Peternakan Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh from October 29 until January 29, 2013 by using a Latin square design (RBSL) 4x4. This research used four Aceh cattle (age 1.5-2 years old, body weight 160-165 kg) treated in four periods, one period during the 3 weeks of treatment. A ratio of feeding treatment were A (concentrate + forage), B (silage + concentrate + forage), C (concentrate + forage + ammoniation), and D (+ silage + concentrate + forage ammoniation). The results giving a combination of concentrate, silage and forage (B) stimulated the growth higher than other treatments because is able to raise 0.58 kg ADG and feed efficiency of 11,04% also lowered the value of 9.35 kg of feed conversion.
