Model analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan uji t dengan bantuan menggunakan software pengelolahan data statistik yaitu SPSS. Metode pengunpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BEI periode 2008-2011. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling hingga diperoleh 10 perusahaan. Hasil uji penelitian ini menerima Ha dan menolak Ho yang membuktikan bahwa Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equiti Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (INTO), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earnings Ratio (PER) saham syariah perusahaan perdagangan, jasa dan investasi di Indonesia. Secara simultan Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equiti Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (INTO), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earnings Ratio (PER) saham syariah perusahaan perdagangan, jasa dan investasi di Indonesia sebesar 49,4% dan sisanya 50,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dari luar model penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory turnover (INTO), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Price Earnings Ratio (PER)ABSTRACTThis study empirically examined the influences of analysis factors on Price Earnings Ratio (PER) among sharia stocks of manufacture, service, and investment companies in Indonesia. The analysis model in this research used multiple linier regression, F-test, and t-test which were elaborated using SPSS. Meanwhile, the collecting data method used secondary data from IDX in year 2008-2011 and the sampling was taken by purposive sampling, so that the sample were 10 companies. The research found that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, it showed that Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turn Over (INTO), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) was significantly influenced the Price Earnings Ratio (PER) of Sharia stocks of manufactures, service, and investments companies in Indonesia. Penyediaan sarana usaha dalam bisnis ini menjadi kebutuhan bagi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi. Toko adalah sebutan bagi bangunan yang dibangun bertingkat antara dua hingga lima lantai, di mana biasanya lantai bawah digunakan sebagai tempat usaha ataupun kantor dan lantai atas dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat tinggal. Fenomena tersebut menuntut penyedia sarana usaha untuk menyediakan toko yang ekonomis, menarik dan berkualitas. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah berapa besar biaya konstruksi berdasarkan harga satuan dan faktor yang dominan dari harga jual dan harga beli toko di Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya konstruksi dan faktor-faktor harga toko yang dominan dalam penjualan dan pembelian toko di Kota Banda Aceh. Dalam konteks penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada 27 responden yang berisikan pernyataan menyangkut faktor harga jual dan faktor harga beli toko dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran yaitu skala likert dalam bentuk check list. Pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, dan rumus rata-rata. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu objek proyek yang bisa di analisis, sebagai sampel adalah proyek pembangunan pertokoan di Kota Banda Aceh. Dari pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, 23 item pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Unsyiah sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang membuka jalur Prodi Pendidikan Geografi sangat berperan penting dalam menghasilkan guru yang berkompeten. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan guru yang profesional dengan memberikan satu mata kuliah yang bersifat praktis dan khusus yang dinamakan dengan Program Pengalaman Lapangan. Kegiatan ini meliputi praktik pembelajaran, bimbingan konseling serta kegiatan yang bersifat kurikuler dan ekstra kurikuler yang berlaku di sekolah. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah bagaimana persepsi guru pamong terhadap mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Geografi yang melaksanakan PPL di SMAN se Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru pamong terhadap mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Geografi yang melaksanakan PPL. Informan dalam penelitian adalah guru pamong yang berjumlah lima orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menekankan penjelasan serta penguraian data melalui cerita tentang peristiwa yang telah diteliti. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa guru pamong mempunyai persepsi yang baik terhadap mahasiswa PPL Prodi Pendidikan Geografi karena dalam melaksanakan PPL telah mampu menerapkan empat aspek kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional.
