Yang terjadi pada saat ini, pengembangan dan pengelolaan perpustakaan digital belum menjamin adanya kualitas layanan. Hal ini dikarenakan pengembangan dan pengelolaan perpustakaan belum memenuhi standar dimensi bukti fisik, daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan dan empati. Pengelolaan perpustakaan digital di sekolah ini dapat menjadi permasalahan di tinjau dari dimensi kualitas layanan, oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menarik untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan perpustakaan digital. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan digital. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data penelitian adalah pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengelolaan perpustakaan digital di SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh pada saat ini belum dikelola sesuai dengan kriteria kualitas layanan. Hal ini dikarenakan, adanya keterbatasan akan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan di bidang teknologi informasi. 2) Akses layanan perpustakaan digital juga masih belum dapat dipergunakan oleh pengguna dengan maksimal dikarenakan layanan yang ada masih bersifat lokal. 3) Perpustakaan digital pada SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh memerlukan biaya yang besar sehingga menghambat pengembangan dan pengelolaan perpustakaan digital tersebut. Perairan Natuna, khususnya pada Kawasan Konservasi Laut Daerah (KKLD) I diprioritaskan untuk mendukung kegiatan perikanan berkelanjutan, sehingga penting diketahui kualitasperairannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kualitas air berdasarkan parameter fisika maupun kimia sebagai basis data terkini mengenai kualitas perairan Natuna pada musim transisi. Penelitian dilakukan di 31 stasiun pada bulan November 2012. Parameter kualitas air yang diukur antara lain kecerahan, derajat keasaman (pH), oksigen terlarut, suhu, salinitas, padatan tersuspensi total atau Total Suspended Solids (TSS) dan nutrien (nitrat, fosfat, silikat). Parameter pH, oksigen terlarut, suhu, dan salinitas diukur secara in-situ menggunaan alat water quality meter (TOA-DKK), kecerahan diukur menggunakan secchi disk, sedangkan sampel air di bawa ke laboratorium untuk dianalisis konsentrasi nutrien dan TSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai kisaran kecerahan yaitu 2-20,9 (m), pH 8,09-8,27, oksigen terlarut 6,34-7,96 (mg/l), suhu 29,2-30,6 (°C), salinitas 27,9-30,4 (PSU), TSS &lt;3-26 (mg/l), nitrat 0,005-0,078 (mg/l), fosfat &lt;0,005-0,015 (mg/l) dan silikat 0,045-0,704 (mg/l). Hasil penelitian dibandingkan dengan baku mutu air laut untuk biota laut berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 51 Tahun 2004. Sedangkan untuk parameter (BOD5: 3,97 - 5,7 mg/L; COD: 14,68 - 48,06 mg/L) menunjukkan nilai yang telah melampaui ambang batas baku mutu kelas II PP RI. No.82 tahun 2001. The research was conducted to assess the complete ration silage products use traditional local feed materials of high water levels are currently still problematic in storage. The technology used is in a state of anaerobic fermentation technology. This study uses a random group, with 4 levels of water treatment (30, 40, 50, and 60%) and 4 groups of storage time (1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks) at room temperature, each unit of treatment was repeated 3 times. Silage made in a glass bottle filled with 200-300 g of feed a complete and total BAL plus Lactobacillus plantarum 105 cfu per gram of silage. Physically and chemically, products made from raw silage rations complete local feed has characteristics that are not much different from the silage forage. Water content and storage time is very significant (P <0.01) lower pH and increased total acids. The aim is to figure out the learning outcomes and the quality of math test of students grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh Academic Year 2011/2012. Quality of test includes the analysis of validity, reliability, difficulty level, item discrimination and distractor analysis. The population in this research is all student class VIII consists of VIII-1 with 21 students, class VIII-2 with 21 students, class VIII-3 with 21 students and class VIII-4 with 19 students. The total samples are 82 students with the number of multiple choice test is 25 questions and 5 questions of essay.  Data collections in this research by using documentation technique, by checking the students answer sheet in even semester examination academic year 2011/2012. The results shows that (1) the validity of multiples choice questions was low and sufficient for essay, (2) the reliability of multiples choice and essay were good enough, (3) difficulty level of the multiple choice and essay questions were good enough, (4) item discrimination of multiple choice questions still low but the essay questions in good categorize for 60% and bad for 40%. The quality of mathematics test in SMP Negeri 9 Banda Aceh is low for multiple choice questions and sufficient for essay. Thus we can conclude the analysis of learning outcomes data grade VIII SMP 9 Banda Aceh in the classical mastery learning achievement is only 3.66%.
