Sinar-X digunakan sebagai sarana penunjang diagnosis karena sifat fisisnya yaitu dapat mencatat gambaran jaringan yang dilaluinya pada film foto. Selain bermanfaat, sinar-X dapat menimbulkan kerugian berupa kerusakan jaringan tubuh karena sifat biologisnya yaitu dapat merusak deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) dan memicu pembentukan radikal bebas. Kerusakan jaringan akibat radiasi ditentukan antara lain oleh radiosensitivitas jaringan dan usia pada saat pemaparan. Usia anak-anak lebih rentan terhadap cedera radiasi daripada usia lainnya karena sedang dalam masa pertumbuhan dan sel dalam tubuhnya sedang aktif membelah. Dokter gigi muda di RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh sering memanfaatkan sinar-X untuk diagnosis dan perawatan gigi, sehingga seharusnya mereka memiliki pengetahuan tentang radiasi terhadap anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dokter gigi muda tentang radiasi kedokteran gigi pada anak di RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 205 dokter gigi muda yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Subjek penelitian diminta mengisi lembar kuesioner berupa pertanyaan mengenai radiasi kedokteran gigi pada anak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan dokter gigi muda mengenai radiasi kedokteran gigi pada anak sebesar 51,2% termasuk kategori sedang, diikuti 31,7% kategori baik dan 17,1% kategori buruk. Kesimpulannya bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dokter gigi muda tentang radiasi kedokteran gigi pada anak sebagian besar berada dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: pengetahuan dokter gigi muda, radiasi kedokteran gigi, anak-anak, radiosensitivitas jaringan. Material yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah material logam aluminium dan logam aluminium tersebut dari pemanfaatan kembali aluminium bekas, profil dari aluminium batangan yang diperoleh dari industri pembuatan lemari/rak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat produk wajan penggoreng melalui teknologi pengecoran logam dari pemanfaatan aluminium bekas. Penelitian dilakukan dilaboratorium pengecoran logam Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala. Komposisi pembuatan cetakan pasir ,Pengadukan CaCo3 dan pasir ditambahkan air untuk pembentukan cetakan wajan. Dapur Crucible dirancang untuk melebur logam menggunakan bahan bakar arang. untuk melebur material aluminium bekas, dalam proses peleburan aluminium panas berasal dari bahan bakar arang dibantu oleh udara yang dihembuskan kedalam ruang bakar dengan menggunakan blower dan Nilai kalor arang yaitu bekisar 6.750-7.860 kal/gr. Aluminium memiliki volume besar dengan massa jenis 2,71 dan titik lebur 660 0C untuk meningkatkan kekuatan mekaniknya maka ditambahkan Cu, Mg, Si, Mn, Zn, dan Ni. Aluminium bekas yang berhasil dileburkan didalam dapur dengan bahan bakar arang. kemudian di tuangkan kecetakan wajan penuangan logam cair melalui lubang saluran masuk dengan menggunakan ladel. Setelah produk hasil coran diambil dari cetakan langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan finishing yaitu penyelasian akhir yang bertujuan guna menyempurnakan hasil coran. It was done in 2 cycles, in which each cycle consisted of planning the action, implementing the action, observing the action, and reflection. The instruments used in collecting the data were tests, observation sheets for the researcher and students, and questionnaires for the students. The results showed that KWL strategy gave better result in improving the students’ reading comprehension skills in finding out the main idea, detailed information, word meaning, and references. The results from tests showed that students’ mean score from pre-test was 62.8 and this increased to 68.2 at the end of  cycle 1, and reached 80.4 at the end of cycle 2. Furthermore, the percentage of students’ participation in the teaching and learning process gradually increased. This is shown from the observation checklist where the percentage of students’ involvement is 57% (in the enough category) in cycle 1 and increased up to 80% (in the very good category) in cycle 2. It means that they worked well in conducting all activities.  Furthermore, the results of questionnaire showed that 80% of the students responded positively towards the implementation of KWL. This strategy was found to help overcome problems encountered by teachers in getting the students to be more active to participate in the process of learning, expanding knowledge, learning about their needs and their interests, and activating their background knowledge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Budaya organisasi sekolah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 47,61%, dengan indikator: lingkungan harmonis warga sekolah, harapan dan optimisme warga sekolah, kebersihan dan keasrian lingkungan sekolah (2) Kinerja guru berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 53,29 %. (3) Budaya organisasi sekolah dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 67,24%.
