Penanganan kandidiasis oral umumnya menggunakan obat-obatan antifungal sintetik yang dapat menimbulkan efek samping. Kulit pisang barangan (Musa paradisiaca L.) adalah bagian yang sering dianggap tidak bermanfaat namun mengandung banyak komponen antifungal seperti alkaloid, saponin, steroid, triterpenoid, kuinon, polifenol dan flavonoid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antifungal ekstrak kulit Musa paradisiaca L. terhadap pertumbuhan C. albicans. Pada penelitian ini, kulit Musa paradisiaca L. diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Ekstrak kulit Musa paradisiaca L. yang telah diuji fitokimia, diuji aktivitas antifungalnya menggunakan metode dilusi dengan Standard Plate Count (SPC). This was quantitative research; correlative descriptive withcross sectional study design. Population is 229 people. Sample was taken by usingaccidental sampling technique was 70 people. The data was collected by interviewusing a questionnaire form consist of 40 statements in dichotomous and likertscale. Data analysis was using Chi-Square. Hypothesis test, p - value> ? (0.05)mean Ho is accepted, and the p-value ? ? (0.05) mean Ho is rejected. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan program, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru pada SD Negeri 3 Peukan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display data, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan program disusun dalam program tahunan dan program semester dengan tidak seluruhnya melibatkan guru. Program disusun berdasarkan hasil analisis pada pelaksanaan supervisi tahun sebelumnya. Supervisi direncanakan empat sampai enam kali dalam satu tahun. (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan jadwal. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan langsung. Supervisi dilaksanakan dengan cara pertemuan dengan guru, wawancara atau diskusi dengan guru, kunjungan kelas dan mengadakan rapat dengan guru, dan (3) Tindak lanjut dilakukan melalui pertemuan kepala sekolah, pengawas, dan guru-guru. Keduanya memiliki kadar tanin yang berbeda, tanin dalam teh hijau lebih tinggi daripada teh hitam. Tanin ini diduga dapat merubah warna dari restorasi gigi seperti resin komposit. Resin komposit terbaru adalah resin komposit yang memiliki ukuran partikel nano. Resin komposit nanopartikel memiliki beberapa kelebihan, tetapi resin komposit ini juga memiliki kelemahan yaitu matriknya dapat menyerap air yang mengakibatkan perubahan warna. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh paparan larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam terhadap perubahan warna pada resin komposit nanopartikel dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan paparan larutan teh hijau dengan teh hitam terhadap tingkat perubahan warna resin komposit nanopartikel. Metode : penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium dengan jumlah spesimen (n=32) dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Untuk masing-masing paparan dalam larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam (n=16). Setiap spesimen direndam dalam 5 ml larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam selama 7 hari dan setiap hari larutannya diganti. Pengukuran perubahan warna sebelum dan sesudah perendaman dilakukan dengan diletakkan di bawah Stereo Mikroskop, difoto dengan kamera digital, kemudian hasil gambar dimasukkan ke komputer untuk diukur nilai L*a*b* dengan menggunakan Adobe Photoshop lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji T tidak berpasangan. Hasil : berdasarkan nilai ?E yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam terhadap perubahan warna resin komposit nanopartikel yang terlihat jelas.
