Teknikpengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkansubjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Budaya organisasi yang diterapkan oleh kepalasekolah dalam aspek inisiatif individual, toleransi terhadap resiko, pengarahan,integrasi, dukungan manajemen, pengawasan, identitas, sistem penghargaan, toleransiterhadap konflik, dan pola komunikasi organisasi sudah diterapkan dengan baik sesuaidengan peran dan fungsi manajerial; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalammenggerakkan budaya organisasi melibatkan ketiga keterampilan manajerial yaituketerampilan konseptual, keterampilan tehnikal, dan keterampilan menjalin hubungandengan manusia diterapkan dengan gaya yang berbeda dan disesuaikan dengan kondisikerja; dan (3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadapkinerja guru dalam aspek harapan pemimpin maupun bawahan belum memilikipersamaan persepsi sehingga menimbulkan kesalahan dalam menterjemahkan ide-idekepala sekolah, sedangkan dalam bidang teknologi pendidikan yang dimiliki sekolahsampai saat ini belum terealisasi dengan sempurna, baik dari komponen pengelolamaupun penggunaan sarana teknologi pendidikan sehingga menjadi hambatan bagikepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.
