Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepala sekolah telah menyusun program dalam mengimplementasi pendidikan karakter. Implementasi program peningkatan pendidikan karakter dengan cara mewajibkan setiap guru bidang studi untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang terbaru, menyesuaikan perkembangan buku pengangan guru bidang studi. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasi pendidikan karakter, masih ada guru yang menggunakan gaya lama dalam mengajar, baik dalam penggunaan metode, alat dan media. Juga guru tidak berani mengemukakan keinginan serta kekurangannya dalam pembelajaran. However beside generating biobriquette energy it also produces emissions gas. Emissions gas resulting from combustion include SOx, NOx, CO and CO2. Calcium is an adsorbent often used to adsorb released SO2 gas in the combustion process. The purpose of this study is to seethe effect of combustion temperature and type of adsorbent used in biobriquette to evaluate the efficiency of absorption of SO2 and the kinetics of the reaction of SO2 gasabsorption as a function of combustion biobriquette ratio Ca/S (mol / mol) on coal and palm shell ratio of 90:10 (w/w). In this study, the ratio of Ca/Swas Specified at1:1, 1.25:1, 1.5:1, 1.75: 1 and 2:1. Combustion temperatures used were 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500°C. The result of this study showed the decrease levels of SO2 for scallop shell and green mussels  was highest at the ratio Ca/S2: 1. The highest absorption of efficiency adsorbent for scallop shells are produced at the ratio of Ca/2:1 at temperatures 400°C, equals to 90.59%. Meanwhile for the green mussels, the highest efficiency was resulted ratio of Ca/S 1.5:1 at temperatures 400°C which was equals to 84.74%. Reaction rate constants of absorption in the biggest adsorbent of scallop shells produced at ratio Ca/S 1:1 equals to  0.265, while the biggest reaction rate constants of adsorbent green mussels produced at being Ca/S 1.5:1equals to  0,198. The problem is expected to be overcome by the presence of rice husk ash as a filler and natural asphalt of Buton Island (Asbuton) as a binder. This study aims to evaluate the performance of Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC) mixture by using rice husk ash as a filler and asphalt penetration 60/70 as binder with the addition of Asbuton. The specimens were made into two major groups: (i) the specimens using stone dust and asphalt pen 60/70 (ABA), and (ii) the specimens using rice husk ash and asphalt pen 60/70 with the addition of asbuton (ASA). The last group was performed with four variations: 0% (ASA 0), 5% (ASA 5), 10% (ASA 10), and 15% (ASA 15) over the total weight of the mixture. Total specimens were 75, each has 15 specimens. Asphalt contents used were 4.5% to 6.5%. Specifications used the standards of the Departemen Permukiman dan Prasarana Wilayah (2005) by using Marshall method Optimum asphalt contents (OAC) for each mixture were 5.6% (ABA), 6.0% (ASA 0), 6.3% (ASA 5), 5.9% (ASA 10), and 5.8% (ASA 15). In sum, the asphalt concrete mixture using rice husk ash as filler was able to compete with the one using stone dust as filler, and therefore can be used as alternative materials to road pavement construction.
