Alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan 78 buah LED UV yang disusun dalam bentuk matrik yang berukuran 3 baris dan 13 kolom dan mampu menghasilkan radiasi sekitar 110 lux. Kotak ultraviolet LED (LED UV BOX) dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengujian sterilisasi yang menggunakan sampel cawan petri dan intensitasnya dapat diatur sesuai dengan tingkat yang diinginkan.
