The cost of education is a very important component in education. The process of education cannot work without the support costs. The purpose of this study to Describe and analyze matters relating to: the budget planrevenue expenditure, the use of education funding, and oversight of education funding. The method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Subjects: principals, vice principals, school treasurers, and school committees. The results showed that: the budgeting process undertaken by the principal, with the involvement of the assistant principal, department chair, treasurer, senior teachers, and school committees. The use of education funding in terms of the financial side, that all types of expenditures for education activities in schools should be shared by both the principal and the school internal parties involved in the process of preparing budgets. Pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga yang masih kurang baik akanmenimbulkan masalah besar dikemudian hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga pada lansia denganreumatoid artritis di Desa Tungkop Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besartahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitianini sebanyak 46 orang menggunakan total sampling. Alat ukur pengumpulan datamenggunakan kuesioner tugas kesehatan keluarga. Metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan wawancara terpimpin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga pada lansia dengan reumatoid artritis 56,5%berada pada kategori baik. The quality of education is a hope and a dream for community. Total Quality Management can improve school performance if it is applied appropriately. This research aimed to find out the programming, implementation programs, and factors affecting the implementation of Total Quality Management. This research employed descriptive method with qualitative approach. Technique of data collection used was interview, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were principal, teachers, and staffs. The results showed that: (1) the State Vocational High School 1 of Banda Aceh refer to the principles of Total Quality Management in programming. (2) The implementation of Total Quality Management involved all school elements. The beneficial implementation of Total Quality Management was to increase teachers’ performance in order to affect students’ achievement and school performance. (3) The factors affecting were motivating factor and inhibiting factor. Motivating factors include a good quality of teachers and principal, an adequate infrastructure, a high level of trust and public interest of parents and school committee. Tugas guru dalam proses pembelajaran mandiri ialah menjadi fasilitator yaitu menjadi orang yang siap memberikan bantuan kepada siswa jika diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran geografi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri; (2) Untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran geografi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran mandiri; (3) Untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran geografi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri; dan (4) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran geografi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS-3 SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 32 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes (pretest dan postest) hasil belajar siswa, menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran mandiri. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) Persentase ketuntasan secara individual meningkat dari siklus I terhadap 32 siswa ada 12 siswa yang belum tuntas hingga siklus ke II yaitu 32 siswa hanya 4 orang siswa yang belum tuntas, persentase ketuntasan klasikal pertama meningkat dari 62% menjadi 87% pada siklus ke II; (2) Aktivitas guru yang dominan muncul adalah guru memberikan latihan soal kepada siswa untuk dikerjakan secara individu, pada siklus I sebesar 18% kategorinya tidak sesuai dan siklus II sebesar 22,2% kategorinya sesuai. Aktivitas siswa yang dominan muncul pada saat siswa mengerjakan dan memperbaiki jawaban yang keliru, pada siklus I sebesar 13% kategorinya tidak sesuai dan siklus II sebesar 11% di kategorikan sesuai; (3) Keterampilan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri meningkat dari kategori sedang (2,4) menjadi baik (3,15) ; dan (4) Respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri adalah 93% dari 32 siswa mendapatkan pemahaman terhadap materi yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran mandiri. This study aims to determine: the procurement of books, collection books, and library books in the library service in Banda Aceh Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Subjects consisted of: Director, Head of Libraries, Library Staff, Chief of Public Affairs, and a student at the Academy of Midwifery Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. The results showed that: 1) Procurement of library books is done by the Head of the Library and the settings adjusted to the scale of priorities. Procurement of library books not only from institutions AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh, also obtained from students, Muhammadiyah assistance centers, and support the aspirations of the fund. 2) The collection of books in the library consists of books midwifery 382 pieces, 200 pieces of nursing books, science books 300 diseases, and other supporting books. The addition of books from year to year shows an increase in line with the development of the library and in line with the growing interest of students reading at the library AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. 3) Library Services done openly, with the aim that students can freely seek books desired. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengadaan buku, koleksi buku, dan layanan buku pustaka pada perpustakaan di Akademi Kebidanan Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari: Direktur, Kepala Urusan Perpustakaan, Staf Perpustakaan, Kepala Urusan Umum, dan mahasiswa pada Akademi Kebidanan Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengadaan buku perpustakaan dilakukan oleh Kepala Bagian Perpustakaan dan pengaturannya disesuaikan dengan skala prioritas. Pengadaan buku pustaka tidak hanya berasal dari lembaga AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh, juga didapatkan dari mahasiswa, bantuan Muhammadiyah Pusat, dan bantuan dari dana aspirasi. 2) Koleksi buku pada perpustakaan terdiri dari buku kebidanan 382 buah, buku keperawatan 200 buah, buku ilmu penyakit 300 buah, dan buku penunjang lainnya. Penambuku  buku dari tahun ke tahun menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sesuai dengan pengembangan perpustakaan dan seiring dengan meningkatnya minat baca mahasiswa pada perpustakaan AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. 3) Layanan Perpustakaan dilakukan secara terbuka, dengan tujuan agar mahasiswa bisa bebas mencari buku yang diinginkan.
