Coral transplantation is one of the techniques to rehabilitate the damaged coral reefs. The objective of this study is to observe the composition of reef fishes in the coral transplantation location in Rubiah Island, Sabang. The study was conducted in February 2011. Some of reef fishes Family were found in coral transplantation location (16 Family at 3 meters and 14 Family at 10 meters). The Family of Acanthuridae, Chaetodontidae, Pomacentridae Scaridae and Labridae were found in 3 meters. Reef fish families that dominated at depths of 10 meters were the Family of Acanthuridae, Pomacentridae Scaridae and Chaetodontidae. There are 40 reef fish species found in this study (34 species in 3 m and 38 species in 10m). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 2013 dengan tiga kali sampling yaitu pada Maret, Mei, dan Juli mengikuti musim. Pengambilan sampel ikan menggunakan alat tangkap yang tidak selektif, yaitu langgian (hand operated scoop net). Hasil penelitian didapatkan 5 famili yang meliputi 21 spesies, dengan jumlah spesies terbesar berasal dari famili Cyprinidae (15 spesies). Beberapa spesies yang dominan adalah Labeobarbus leptocheilus dan Crossocheilus sp. Kondisi musim berpengaruh terhadap struktur komunitas ikan, dimana keanekaragaman dan kemerataan cukup tinggi terjadi pada musim hujan (Maret) dan peralihan (Mei) tetapi rendah pada musim kemarau (Juli). Amino acid was analyzed usingHPLC, minerals and heavy metals were examined using AAS and phosphorus by spectrophotometer, fatty acids by GC, and cholesterol by Liebermann-Buchard. The results showed that the chemical composition of water content, ash, protein and lipid of mussels meat were decreased about 6.09%, 2.25%, 1.39%, 0.42%, respectively after boiled while carbohydrate was increased 4.07% and the amino acids were decreased after boiling. The Ca, Mg, K, P, Na, Cu were declined after boiled, while Co, Fe, Mn and Zn were incraseed. In addition, the Pb was decreased after boiled while Hg and Se were not detected in both fresh and boiled mussel meat. SAFA fatty acids was 38.71% (fresh) and 37.31% (boiled), MUFA 8.13% (fresh) and 8.02% (boiled), PUFA 10.31% (fresh) and 8.77% (boiled), and the cholesterol contents were 102.57 mg/100 g of fresh and 100.97mg/100 g for boiled mussel meat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2012 sampai Maret 2013. Terdapat 4 lokasi stasiun pengamatan yaitu Amat Aramanyang, Ujung Pancu, Ujung Kareung dan Benteng Inong Balee. Pengambilan sampel pada seluruh stasiun dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode transek kuadrat, stasiun dibagi menjadi 3 substasiun, jarak antar substasiun 10-20 m, kemudian dibentangkan transek sepanjang 30 m pada zona intertidal disetiap substasiun, lalu pada transek dilakukan 5 kali pengulangan menggunakan plot kuadrat 1 m x 1 m dengan jarak 5 m antar plot secara zigzag. Hasil penelitian menemukan 40 jenis makroinvertebrata dari 6 kelas, dengan komposisi tertinggi adalah kelas Gastropoda sebesar 80,81%. Indeks keragaman pada stasiun penelitian berkisar antara 1,78-2,53, dimana nilai ini termasuk dalam katagori sedang. The objective of the research was to determine community structure of macroinvertebrate at the intertidal zone in Aceh Besar coastal. The research had been conducted on september 2012 to march 2013. The observasion was at 4 sites; Amat Aramanyang, Ujung Pancu, Ujung Kareung, and Benteng Inong Balee. The sampling method used quadrate transect. The samples were collected from 3 sub station at each observation site. The interval of each sub station was 10-20 m. Within the 30 m of transect observation at the intertidal zone, the quadrate plot of 1 m x 1 m was used in zigzag wag with 5 m of interval, with 5 repeatitions. It was founded 40 species of macroinvertebrate of 6 classes at all observation sites. The higher composition of macroinvertebrate was Gastropod of 80.81%. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok bifaktorial 3x3 dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Faktor komposisi media tanam yang perbandingannya berdasarkan volume yaitu: sekam bakar + pakis (1:1): sekam bakar + serbuk gergaji (1:1): pakis + serbuk gergaji (1:1), sedangkan faktor konsentrasi pupuk terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: 0: 2: dan 4 ml L-1 air. Peubah yang diamati adalah: panjang daun, lebar daun pada 30, 60, dan 90 HST, dan bobot segar per tanaman pada 90 HST. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pakis + serbuk gergaji berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman anthurium. Pemberian pupuk organik super bionic sebanyak 2 ml L-1 juga memberikan pertumbuhan yang baik bagi tanaman anthurium. Terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara komposisi media tanam dengan pupuk organik super bionic terhadap luas daun anthurium pada 60 dan 90 DAT. Pertumbuhan anthurium terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan media tanam sekam bakar + serbuk gergaji dan pemberian konsentrasi pupuk organik super bionic sebanyak 2 ml L-1 air.The Composition of Media Growing and Concentration of Organic Fertilizer Super Bionik on Anthurium (Anthurium polwmanii L.).ABSTRACT. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of growing media composition and concentration of organic fertilizers superbionic on the growth of anthurium plants and the interactions between these factors. The research used Randomized Block Design 3x3 with 3 replications. Factor under study is a comparison planting medium composition by volume (1:1) consisting of three standards are: roasted rice husks fuel + fern, roasted rice husk + sawdust and fern + sawdust. Fertilizer concentration factor consists of 3 level of control, 2 and 4 ml L-1 water. Factors evaluated were leaf blade, leaf length, leaf width at each 30, 60, and 90 days after planting (DAT), and fresh weight per plant at 90 DAT. The results showed the best growth of anthurium plant found in the composition of the media treatment of fern + sawdust. Best anthurium plant growth found in the treatment of organic fertilizer superbionic in concentration 2 ml L-1. There is a significant interaction between planting medium composition and concentration of organic fertilizer super bionic at variable plant leaves of anthurium  at 60 and 90 DAT. Best anthurium plant growth found in the combination of planting medium roated rice husk + sawdust on the concentration of organic fertilizer super bionic 2 ml L-1 of water. Micro minerals and heavy metals were analyzed using atomic absorption spectrofotometric (AAS). The results showed that the highest levels of micro minerals were found at weight ±150 g (6.95±0.16 mg of zinc/kg of dry basis, copper 0.55±0.01 mg/kg of dry basis , and iron 12.14±0.06 mg/kg of dry basis. The highest iodine content contain was found at weight 102 g ± is 76.33±0.01 mg/100g of dry basis. The concentrations obtained in lead was 0.143±0.0057 mg/kg, cadmium was 0.0433±0.011 mg/kg, and mercury was 0.143±0.0057 mg/kg of dry basis,. The heavy metals level from Tanjung Pasir Tangerang District are safe to be comsumed since it is still below the limit for food savety. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasangan yang menikah beda Suku Pakpak dengan Suku Jawa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, Komunikasi antarbudaya yang terjadi di Kota Subulussalam memang sangat terlihat dengan baik, karena pasangan yang menikah beda Suku, berusaha membuat perbedaan mengenai komunikasi yang berbeda menjadi sama dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dalam keluarga, serta pasangan masih menjunjung tinggi agama Islam dengan baik, dan membuat perbedaan budaya yang sangat jauh berbeda berusaha sekuat mungkin untuk bisa memunculkan persamaan, guna untuk terjalinya hubungan yang harmonis. Latar belakang personal pasangan kawin campur antara Suku Pakpak dengan Suku Jawa diawali dengan bermacam-macam hal, ada yang memang sengaja di pertemukan oleh orang tuanya, dan ada yang didasari oleh cinta yang mempertemukan mereka, dan ada juga pertemuan pada saat mereka masih duduk di bangku sekolah, serta bisa di bilang berpariasi. Nilai sosial dan nilai budaya perkawinan campur antara Suku Pakpak dengan Suku Jawa, sangat terlihat teliti karena pasangan yang menikah beda Suku menanamkan nilai sosial yang tinggi kepada anak mereka dan pasangan mengajarkan kepada anak supaya saling tolong menolong. Mengenai nilai budaya adanya ketakutan istri yang mempunyai suami Jawa karena tidak adanya marga untuk anak mereka nantinya, karena marga salah satu tonggak tiang budaya bagi Suku Pakpak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan komunikasi antarbudaya yang terjadi pada karyawan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Banda Aceh dan menjelaskan upaya yang dilakukan para karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Banda Aceh untuk mengatasi permasalahan komunikasi antarbudaya dalam meningkatkan harmonisasi kerja. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (indepth interview) dan observasi terhadap informan penelitian. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 11 orang karyawan yang masing-masing terdiri 7 orang informan dari karyawan budaya luar dan 4 orang informan dari karyawan budaya Aceh. Informan ditentukan dengan menetapkan dari sejumlah kriteria dimana karyawan dari budaya luar semua menjadi informan ditentukan dengan menetapkan dari sejumlah kriteria dan karyawan dari Aceh dipilih dari berbagai kriteria. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa komunikasi antarbudaya yang terjadi dilingkungan kerja BPJS Ketenagakerjaan memberikan dampak dan berbagai macam kendala yang diakibatkan dari perbedaan etnik, ras dan suku yang menyebabkan timbulnya masalah culture shock , prasangka dan komunikasi antarbudaya merubah budaya organisasi yang telah ada dan iklim komunikasi organisasi. Upaya yang dilakukan karyawan dalam mengatasi permasalahan komunikasi antarbudaya yaitu mengikuti pola interaksi sesuai lingkungan kerja dan daerah, membangun hubungan kekeluargaan, menciptakan suasana kerja penuh canda tawa, bekerja secara profesionalitas dan saling membantu serta meningkatkan kajian dan pemahaman agama. Hendaknya karyawan dari budaya luar menghargai budaya dilingkungan kerja dan budaya daerah lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi antarpribadi orang tua dan anak dalam memberikan pengetahuan bahasa daerah, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi orangtua dalam memberikan pengetahuan bahasa daerah, untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dalam melestarikan bahasa daerah dalam keluarga dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi antarpribadi orangtua dan anak dalam memberikan pengetahuan bahasa daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori S-O-R (Stimulus- Organism- Response), metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode gabungan (mixed methods) antara penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan alat pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini, cara pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Simple Random Sampling dan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 47 orang. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tabel tunggal dan kemudian diinterpretasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi antarpribadi orangtua dan anak dalam memberikan pengetahuan bahasa daerah sudah berjalan efektif, tetapi intensitas penggunaan bahasa daerah ketika berkomunikasi masih kurang, hanya 27,6% saja yang menggunakan bahasa daerah ketika berkomunikasi dan 31,9 % orangtua menjadikan bahasa daerah sebagai bahasa untuk berkomunikasi sehari hari. Dengan demikian perkembangan bahasa daerah dalam keluarga sudah berjalan, meskipun dengan tingkat perkembangan yang masih rendah. Motivasi orangtua memberikan pengetahuan bahasa daerah adalah untuk melestarikan bahasa daerah yang menjadi identitas suku atau budaya dan menambah jumlah penutur bahasa daerah suku mereka serta bagi suku pendatang agar anak dapat berintraksi dengan bahasa daerah ketika pulang kampung..
