Dalam penelitian ini ikan dalam keadaan hidup dimatikan dengan menggunakan es curah kemudian disimpan di dalam Freezer selama 10, 12 dan 14 hari pada suhu beku. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap kadar formaldehid yang terbentuk dengan cara Spike dan Non-spike, serta uji statistik untuk mengetahui terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan atau tidak antara variasi waktu penyimpanan. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa formaldehid sudah terdeteksi pada hari ke 10 sebesar 55 ppm untuk sampel Non-spike dan 80,1 ppm untuk sampel Spike, selanjutnya mengalami peningkatan kadar formaldehid sampai akhir penyimpanan. Berdasarkan uji statistik kedua sampel menyatakan angka z output > z tabel, maka H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat perbedaan nyata kadar formaldehid antara waktu penyimpanan 10, 12 dan 14 hari.Kata kunci : Formaldehid, Ephinephelus Fuscoguttatus, Uji statistikABSTRACTDetermination of formaldehyde study of grouper (Ephinephelus fuscoguttatus) has been conducted to determine the concentration of formaldehyde that is formed fish during frozen storage. In this study fresh fish turned off by using the bulk ice and then stored in the freezer for 10, 12 and 14 days. Observations were made of the levels of formaldehyde that is formed by Spike and the Non-Spike, as well as statistical tests to determine significant differences between time storage above. The results showed that formaldehyde is detected at day 10 that was 55 ppm and 80.1 ppm for Non-Spike and Spike samples respectively. Next that was found increasing of formaldehyde until the end of storage. The purpose of this study to determine the application of media using balls, cardboard and rope to mastery learning class X student development activities SMA 6 Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan media menggunakan bola, kardus dan tali untuk ketuntasan pembelajaran aktivitas pengembangan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian tindakan adapun instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data ini format observasi. Data yang dianalisis dengan mentabulasi hasil pengamatan, melihat ketuntasan pembelajaran sesuai dengan perencanaan dan tujuan penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran pokok aktivitas pengembangan dapat menuntaskan pembelajaran pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Kota Banda Aceh siklus pertama menerapkan media seperti bola mengembangkan kekuatan, tali mengembangkan kecepatan dan kardus untuk mengembangkan kelincahan dengan ketuntasan 86.66% sebanyak 26 orang yang tuntas sedangkan siklus kedua masih menggunakan bola, kardus dan tali dengan merubah pola bermain maka naik menjadi 100%. This research aimed at figuring out the description of process of recruitment, selection, and replacement and also the obstacles in recruitment, selection and replacement of State Junior High School principal at Education Agency of Banda Aceh. This research employed descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by using observation, interview, and documentation technique. Subject of the research was principal and teacher at State Junior High School. The result of the research showed that: first, the recruitment process, the Education Agency prepared a recruitment program comprising of implementation and technical guidance of recruitment implementation for the candidates of principal, then there was an official announcement from the Education Agency. Second, the selection process on the principal candidates comprised of administrative selection carried out through the assessment of the completeness of documents and academic selection carried out through the assessment of the leadership potential and initial mastery of toward competence of principal. Third, the replacement process of principal candidates was conducted because there was principal vacancy caused by the transfer, retirement, and dismissal. Fourth, the obstacles in recruitment, selection, and replacement of the principalwere lack of interest of the teachers to run for principal and lack of the budget for principal recruitment. Perubahan aktivitas seksual pada ibu hamil mulai dirasakan trimester III atau usia kehamilan lebih dari 28 minggu, pada trimester ini ibu hamil umumnya tidak melakukan aktivitas seksual karena libido menurun, disertai dengan perubahan fisik yang terjadi yang merupakan hal fisiologis dari proses kehamilannya . Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional survey. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini secara accidental sampling selama bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juni 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perubahan fisik dengan aktivitas seksual ibu hamil di Puskesmas Pembantu Kampong Ateuk Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kota Madya Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 58,8% ibu hamil mengalami perubahan aktivitas seksual selama hamil. Berbagai teknologi diperlukanuntuk meningkatkan kualitas nutrisi daun dan pelepah sawit, salah satunya dengan teknologiamoniasi dan fermentasi menggunakan mikroorganisme. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untukmengevaluasi daya cerna in vitro campuran daun dan pelepah sawit yang diamoniasi dandifermentasi dengan menggunakan efektif mikroorganisme (EM4). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Jurusan Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Darussalam Banda Aceh, selama 75 hari dimulai pada tanggal 20 Februari s/d 7 Mei 2014, dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi kecernaan secara in vitro campuran daun dan pelepah sawit. Materi yang digunakan adalah daun dan pelepah sawit, urea, dan EM4. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Model Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola faktorial 3x2 dengan 3 perlakuan dosis urea, yaitu A1 (3% urea), A2 (4%), A3 (5%) dan 2 perlakuan dosis EM4, yaitu B1 (2% EM4) dan B2 (4% EM4). Masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Peubah yang diamati adalah persentase bahan kering (BK), persentase bahan organik (BO), koefesien cerna bahan kering (KCBK) dan koefesien cerna bahan organik (KCBO) secara in vitro. Hasil penelitian tidak terdapat interaksi (P>0,05) antara perlakuan amoniasi dan fermentasi menggunakan EM4 pada campuran daun dan pelepah sawit terhadap persentase bahan kering, bahan organik serta nilai KCBK dan KCBO substrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pemberian urea 5% pada perlakuan amoniasi daun dan pelepah sawit mampu meningkatkan nilai KCBK dan KCBOsecara nyata (P0,05) between ammoniation and fermentation treatments using EM4 on the percentage of dry matter (DM), percentage of organic matter (OM), in vitro coefficient of dry matter digestibility (DMD) and organic matter digestibility (OMD) of POF substrate.
