Arun NGL has made various efforts torecover losses of energy and water resources during the production process. One of the main focuses for energy conservation is flare gas recovery unit. The flare gas recovery system proposed is skid-mounted type. The primary equipments consists of two compressors that compress the gas from the flare header gas upstream liquid seal drum. The gas is then cooled for reuse in the fuel gas system. The flare gas compressor often experience surge problem due to compressor operating at low flow so that the pressure decreased dramatically while compressor head system stays at high pressure. The compressor playsan important role in generating high-pressure fuel gas. If the compressor is not able to produce enough pressure as required, the production of fuel gas will be disrupted.This analisis focused on the calculation the compressor performance, head, capacity efficiency, and compressor power. Based on the analisys, it is obtained that the flow capacity is 3500 m3/hr, head compressor is 5700 kJ/kg, and the compressor power is 9000 kW. The results show that the operating condition is still whitin the surge limitation. Hibah merupakan suatu pemberian atau hadiah yang memiliki fungsi sosial dalam kehidupan masyarakat baik yang diberikan perseorangan maupun lembaga. fungsi dari hibah yang sebenarnya tidak berjalan dengan sesuai. Seperti salah satu contoh kasus hibah dengan nomor perkara: No.95/Pdt G/2004/PNSMG, dimana penerima hibah dan pembuat akta hibah tergugat dalam gugatan perdata ini yang berkaitan dengan pembatalan hibah oleh pemberi hibah kepada penerima hibah dan PPAT yang mengeluarkan akta hibah yang telah dibaliknamakan dari hibah yang dilakukan dibawah tangan oleh pemberi hibah kepada penerima hibah. Rumusan masalah: Bagaimanakah mekanisme pelaksanaan peralihan hak milik atas tanah yang didapat melalui hibah ? dan apakah dalam proses peralihan hak milik atas tanah yang didapat melalui hibah pernah menghadapi kendala ? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pelaksanaan peralihan hak milik atas tanah yang didapat melalui hibah dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kendala yang dihadapi dalam peralihan hak milik atas tanah yang didapat melalui hibah. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif untuk menentukan variabel yang akan diteliti dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua staf Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) berjumlah 5 orang. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrumen wawancara, selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian: Proses peralihak hak milik atas tanah melalui hibah dilakukan dengan membuat akte hibah dan mendaftarkannya ke Badan Pertanahan Nasional, Badan Pertanahan Nasional tidak pernah mengalami kendala dalam proses peralihan hak atas tanah, dan Badan Pertanahan Nasional melakukan sosialisasi tentang peralihan hak atas tanah. Saran: Kepada Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) diharapkan agar dapat memproses secara tepat dan cepat peralihan hak milik atas tanah melalui hibah dalam rangka menjamin kepastian hukum, kepada masyarakat diharapkan agar segera melakukan pendaftaran peralihan hak milik atas tanah melalui hibah dalam rangka menjamin kepastian hukum, dan kepada orang tua yang akan mengalihkan kepemilikan hak atas tanahnya kepada anak harus memperhatikan proses peralihan tersebut yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
